K & W Body Shop is very professional. They arranged the tow and picked up my vehicle at the agreed time. Their contracted tow company were polite and professional. K & W honored the Insurance estimate, did the work as written in the estimate. K & W completed the work and had my vehicle ready to pick up in 72 hours. Visited more than 3 times for same problem. They finally gave up to repair, asked me to fix from some other places and it's okay for me to request the cost.(can you believe how they said so?)Within few months from last visit in July, I tried to fix at their way. so I took my car to different place and got an estimate cost to repairs.However, now they mentioned they didn't say so.The first time, my insurance company paid them to fix my car. so the claim is completed already. But my car is still looking ugly and wrongly.Driver door is not lined - they should fix the car body frame before fix the door, they just attached the door which it never lined up correctly.Driver side rear door paint needs to correction - they did twice but already faded within 2 months. very noticeable now.All other area has paint drips like over sprayed.I contacted this shop for all the issues few days ago because they mentioned 1 year warranty. Now they told me they are going to close the business and told me there is nothing they can do for me.I cannot believe how they have full 5.0 stars reviews.I guess 5 stars from 77 customers, but other thousands customers felt too bad including myself. I wanted to leave 1 star since day one, but I gave them a chance, but it went wrong.My car looks so ugly after they repaired.They are not professional. they don't know how to .maybe they know but they don't have skills.they told me they have newer paint machines,that doesn't matter if they don't have good skills.I really regret that I chose this shop, I picked here because they're Korean and I'm Korean. and it was faulty decision.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Highly recommend this auto body shop. I got referred by several mutual friends and now I know that this is the place to go. The employees there are all extremely respectful, friendly, and very professional. The shop is very cleaned and extremely organized. I couldn't of asked for a better place. I turned in my car for repair on a very late Tuesday evening, around 6:25. They close at 6:30. They waited for me to arrive to give me an estimate. I turned my car in the next day, and got it all 100% fixed the following morning! Very punctual, but more importantly, they did a fantastic job on the car itself! Almost like new! Couldn't of asked for better service. And what's even better, the price is extremely reasonable. I went to multiple shops for an estimate and found them being the cheapest, with detailed explanations of how they are going to fix the car, so you don't feel like they are doing a mediocre job. Ultimately, highly recommended place and I will definitely be going back there if needed. Kudos to this shop!

Great body shop, very professional and easy to work with! I needed a few areas of rust replaced on my old VW and they did a seamless repair including a few last-minute requests. The service was above my expectations and they even had my car ready ahead of schedule. I will definitely be back!

I ve had an accident and took my car to potomac auto body shop in Chantilly and they did a phenomenal job. They were Professional,Provide great service, fast, on time and detail. They even detail clean my car. Also They helped me with returning my rental car. I am super happy with the work they did on my car. I m a customer forever and recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much for fixing my baby!!!

Very personable and professional service. They even detailed the interior of my car afterwards making my car look brand new! They are also very easy to communicate with and are quick to respond to any questions/concerns during the process. If you live in the Northern Virginia area I would highly recommend trusting them with your vehicle.

I'm very glad I took my car to this shop. The service was unbeatable, the work done was professional and it was fast! I had nothing to complain about. They went above and beyond without being asked. I felt like I found a hidden gem with the overall experience. I would highly recommend this shop to my families and friends!!

I had the best experience that anyone could ever have at an Auto Body Shop. Mr. Yang helped make the experience great and everything was smooth. He had enterprise picked me up to take me to my rental car. It was super painless and my car look brand new. I recommend this to everyone that doesn't want stress!!

Excellent work and excellent service; highly recommend! I had my front bumper, hood, and random spots repainted due to wear, tree sap, and lovebugs. I also had a window switch replaced due to no function and headlights lowered. I also noticed they cleaned other parts of the car and fixed worn areas on the front grill, showed me how to raise and lower the headlights myself, and asked if there was anything else needed. I then asked a question about a non-functioning cigarette lighter (not expecting anything to be done that day), and they immediately troubleshot for ~10 mins, fixing the issue! That lighter has been non-functioning since the first day I had that car 8 years ago. Three other places couldn't figure out the issue.The price was very fair compared to 4 other places I called. I picked this place due to fair price and excellent online reviews, and am happy I did. I'll definitely come here again.

I just got my car fixed yesterday. What excellent job they did? My pool car looks like a brand new one. It was three corners and one site door hit by me at the parking lot. I m a new driver. I always think I have to buy a new car, but I don t need to. I really like my car now. Save my money to travel, Yeah . A lot of thanks to Mr. Cho. I definitely will bring my friends and family to this place!

Steve got my parents' POS 2002 Ford Focus tow vehicle street legal for my teenager to drive. He is honest and does great work, and he doesn't rip you off on labor rates like so many dealerships and gas station garages will do. We were referred to him by our next door neighbor, who is a retired auto mechanic. He will be my go to mechanic from now on. He was very clear about what he was doing to the car, and even gave my back my old parts so I could see for myself what was going on. Highly recommend!

I got my car detailed at this place and they did a fantastic job, they performed the task under the estimated time. These guys are very hard working individuals and all very friendly! Highly recommended if you want to get any type of work done to your car

Unfortunately, I had 2 car accidents last year. The owner and staff members never failed my expectation and always do their best. I trust this body shop and I hight recommend to everybody who has a car accident or even oil change. They are very quick and friendly. This will be my go to auto body shop for the rest of my life. I finally found the one that I meet my expectation!!

I brought my 2012 Honda Accord here after the front bumper was damaged. Potomac auto body and service did an excellent and speedy job in reparing the broken parts. Their serivce and customer interaction is fantastic. Would definitely recommend.

I had my car's rear bumper got fixed here and the repair was done really well in time. Very competitive price and very kind employees. They also did a favor - buffing the right front body area that was not related to the fix. I highly recommend this shop.

I was truly amazed by the work they did. They just didn't fix my car but they made my car look stunning. I was totally blown away when I saw my car after repair. They were very through and detailed and tailored to my need. I really recommend Potomac Auto Body & Serive!

DONT LOOK ANY FURTHER FOR AN AUTO SHOP. I came in because I heard this shop accepted geico insurance. When I came in and we talked about the car, he went over to look at it. He noticed my hood had a big dent in it. HE ORDERED ME A NEW ONE AND REPLACED IT FOR FREE!!!! I believe he is the owner of the shop, his name is Jason. I came in one day to try and talk to him cause my phone wasn't working and i couldn't make phone calls, door was locked. I realized they were closed but as I was walking back to the rental car, he shouted for me because he saw me through the window and invited me into the shop to show me where he was in the process of fixing the car, even though they were closed at the time I came. He showed me everything he did after I came to pick the car up. OVERALL I WAS VERY PLEASED AND HE TOOK THE EXTRA MILE!! They are very professional and he has an amazing work ethic. I advise you to pick Potomac Auto Body as your car's designated auto shop, they deserve it! IF YOU ARE READING THIS JASON, THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!!!

I needed paint job for my car. I was searching for a good and reasonable price place .one of my good friend recommended this place .The place was really clean and new . Owner had a lot of knowledge and very confident for his work.I am very satisfied with the result especially for price .Compare with Mercedes service center ,price was less than half..can u imagine!???From now on,I will use only this shop for my car .

I've done several thousands of dollars if work in multiple cars with Steve. He's a great mechanic and incredibly honest. Unlike other places I've been, he doesn't try to scare you to make unnecessary repairs or convince you your car is an accident waiting to happen. I trust him...and he doesn't overcharge!

This was my first time getting auto body damage repaired through insurance. I wanted to get the work done right so I called a few different places. Most local shop do not perform paint-less dent repair PDR or only do PDR with no other body work or contract the PDR out to a third party. I wanted a place that does everything and had good reviews. I am so happy that I went with Potomac Auto Body. All I had to do was hand Jason my car keys and he took care of the rest. He took care of all the back and forth with my insurance company and did a phenomenal job on the repairs. I am very pleased with the quality of work and the customer service I received. Potomac Auto Body will get all of my family work from now on and I highly recommend them.

I took my 2017 camry and they fixed my car and remove all scratches for 40% less than neighboring body shops. I went to two others but I end up on Potomac auto body for the price and excellent customer service.

Just want to say they were the friendliest and worked with us to make sure we got our car fixed . Not only that but even cleaned our car and added small details that made us realize that they put a lot of energy into each and every car my family and my friends have been going to them for a while and worth the distance for us to find kind and caring people to give you the service you deserve!!!

I dropped my Toyota sienna to fix from accident. He did awesome job. Delivered 2 days before the promised date with good quality work. i will definetly recommend other to this potomac autobody.

Been there 1 month ago, for my left rear bumper and body..Took a week to fix and body paint .. Fantastic Job they performed..specialy my car was pure white... came out matched color.... Technicians are very professional and kind.. Strongly recommend..

Potomac Autobody give a top notch workmanship. I had a broken door, when I get it back not just a broken door fixed, my whole car look brand new from the exterior to the interior even the engine look super clean. Thanks Jason.

I took my 2006 Toyota sequoia a month ago and the service was phenomenal. they were very thorough and I was very pleased. 10/10 recommend.
