Being new to the Porsche family, every experience I've had was a satisfying one. Both Tiara and Mike are very accommodating, pleasant and knowledgeable about the vehicles they help to service at their Service Center. So, if possible - I'd give them 10 Stars, that's 5 Stars a piece.

I cannot stress enough how our last visit to Porsche for servicing was fantastic. My service advisor went out of her way to find a cost-effective answer to my cars problem. Cost-effective is not something I would have thought I would use in a sentence about Porsche. I was wrong. I truly felt like they appreciated me as a customer. Really great experience.

In for routine maintenance. All went well. Service manager and service advisor Tiara very personable and professional. On the one hand I was surprised it wasn t a one day thing but this seems to be the new normal at dealerships and independent shops alike. But not a big deal since I had a loaner.

Porsche Chantilly is great! Everyone there makes it the best experience. I particularly wanted to point out the video made by the service team. Technician Mark made a great one. I watched Mark work and look over the car from the second floor. You can tell he takes great pride in his job and the work he does. Also, my advisor, Ronald was excellent and on point.

Mike Esprella, my service advisor, did a top notch job of setting up the service project which included a test drive, followed by an in-shop diagnosis and estimate. I knew at all times what needed to be done, what it would cost, and how the work was progressing. The work was completed on time in under budget. It was a great experience for me to work with a guy like Mike to get my Porsche back up to 100%. Couldn't be more satisfied.

I went in for my 10K service. Scheduling the appointment using their online system was easy. My SA Ronald was expecting me when I arrived. He discussed my options with me and went over the paperwork (a large potion of which was digital). I was provided with a loaner. Everyone at the service dept. was pleasant to deal with. Their service dept. has a glass wall which inspires a lot of confidence in their work. I was on my way shortly. Later in the afternoon I was sent a video with the mechanic going over my inspection items (tires, brakes etc.). That is new. I have not had anyone provide this before. The service was completed promptly. When I came to pickup the car, it was already waiting for me in the service lane. Ronald had made sure that my inspection sticker was put on straight as I requested. Grabbed a bottle of water and toured the show room with my daughter before heading out. All in all, an excellent experience. Highly recommend Porsche of Tysons service dept.

Very easy to schedule appt; my representative - Ronald is the best - works with me and communication is excellent; vehicle was clean upon completion with future service recommendations to ensure my safety and preserving the quality of my vehicle

Excellent service! A highly professional team who cares about their customers cars and concerns. Porsche Chantilly Service Department has the best technology systems, technical advisors and mechanic technicians who provides 100% rating service. No other place I will take my 911. Be sure to ask for Ronald Choque Sanjinez, very customer service focused. Convenient check-in process to the service department. Tiara and Mike were very friendly and helpful. Timely completion of the service to my vehicle. They also made transportation to and from my home easy so I wouldn't have to wait at the dealership. Keep up the great work!

The courteous people helped me from check in to check out. They provide me with an explanation for each recommended fix. The final cost was a bit high, but the result was worth it - my 60k mile car was like new, just like when I first drove it out of the dealership. Thank you Chantilly Porsche!

The reason for my loyalty is that they have a very professional staff who always take care of their customers well, and the service technicians provide top-notch maintenance for my vehicle. Great service, and very helpful and friendly staff. It was easy to schedule my Macan s annual maintenance service. I was provided with a loaner as my car was worked on. My wife's 2018 Macan Turbo had an unusual issue associated with the VVT. It was making a rattling noise on startup and also I could sometimes here it rattling when she drove it up our driveway. Setup an appointment with a loaner car and luckily the problem showed itself at the dealership as well. With supply chain issues and short staffing the car was at the shop for 7 weeks. Not a problem since a very nice loaner car was provided. Once completed it was like a new car. Unbelievable the difference in how it drives now! this problem must have existed for a while but the car is driving amazingly well. Thank you Porsche Chantilly!

Mike was very welcoming and actually called early in the day to advise me of an event and that I could drop the vehicle off at any time, which ended up being very convenient for me. No issues and vehicle was ready when promised.

Chantilly Porsche is first class. From the time I walk in and during my stay, I am treaded with professional and great care. It s truly a wonder experience. And last but not least, the exspresso and coffee machine is outstanding. Can t wait to visit again. Haha.

I m so glad I live close enough to frequent this location - everyone there is so kind and professional and helpful. I always contact Ronald and he is THE BEST! I have needed to bring my older SUV in several times over the last couple years which is stressful, but Porsche Chantilly always makes a stressful situation easy. The showroom is beautiful and clean. Even if I move out of the area, I d go out of my way to take my car here.Services: Tires, Oil change
