Had a great experience with the team here. Very straightforward and forthright on purchasing my 997. This was an older car and they were very upfront with the vehicles history and maintenance. Purchase and logistics was as smooth as possible. We flew out and drove and validated the paperwork. The car was then driven 1200 miles back home without any incidents. Great team and highly recommend for Penske dealerships.

My husband and I are really glad that we gave Porsche Chantilly another chance because wow, the customer service, attention to detail and professionalism from Michael, Brian and Kareem were above and beyond. My husband purchased this blue turbo beauty two weeks ago and every single employee we interacted with made this purchase simple and efficient for us. We even met two other repeat customers who raved about their experiences there. My husband got an excellent deal and we really appreciated feeling valued as customers. I may have to buy my next car from here.

If you re in the market for a pre-owned Porsche, I want to let you know that you can trust Porsche Chantilly to provide excellent post-sale customer service!I bought a 2015 911 Targa 4S from Porsche Chantilly, and had the car transported from Virginia to my home in Southern California. Unfortunately, the transport company damaged the front bumper and actually tried to hide the damage! When I told Christian (my awesome salesperson) about this, he assured me that Porsche Chantilly would take care of it .It turned out that the transport company was refusing to pay for the damage, arguing that they weren t responsible, even though the dealership had pictures of the condition of the car pre-delivery, and I had pictures of the car damaged post-delivery.Well, I started to worry that I was going to get stuck with the repair bill, but Brian (the pre-owned sales manager) stepped in and assured me that if they couldn t get the transport company to cover the repairs, then Porsche Chantilly would cover the repairs.It s always a risk to buy a $100K+ car sight unseen, but I felt comfortable working with an official Porsche dealership, and that faith in Porsche Chantilly was confirmed by their willingness to stand with their customer, even after the sale, for something that they weren t even responsible for. A true 5-star dealership!

I had an amazing 7 star experience at Porsche Chantilly, but I can only give 5 stars here. Tati treated me like a king in their showroom of toys. The whole team here worked with me to learn about what I am specifically looking for and get me what I want. I was personally dreading the car buying experience but found that was not the case here. I highly recommend seeing Tati at Porsche Chantilly as there is truly no substitute for the people, experience, and level of service.

The entire staff, from sales to finance to service and management all strive to provide excellent service. This is my 4th Cayenne. Porsche Chantilly is the best dealership with which I have dealt and I have had dozens of cars. I rate them 10 out of 10.

Our recent experience purchasing at Porsche Chantilly was nothing short of extraordinary. From customer service to the sales process, financing, to the facility, 5-stars across the board!Our sales associate, Zeb, made our experience so pleasant as first-time Porsche buyers! He was extremely professional, personable and patient (we arrived about an hour or so before closing). We appreciated how detail oriented he was and how attentive he was as well (thank you again for the gifts!).Brian M., the sales manager, was a pleasure to work with as well and was very thorough in explaining our add-ons and options as we finalized everything.We appreciate that the culture at Porsche Chantilly made for a seamless and stress-free experience for us. I am so happy to share that I have had the most amazing dealership experience at Porsche Chantilly in my life. I wish I could give more than 5 stars here. The entire staff was very friendly and welcomed us like VIPs as soon as we walked in (totally different from other dealerships). They were down to earth to assist us like family - they were not all about business. I loved that the manager and sales professional showed the harmonized, strong teamwork and communication with special attention and support to help us purchase the vehicle. Very positive experience with ordering a custom built car. Very knowledgeable sales team walked me step by step, answered all technical questions and set right expectations for the timeline of delivery of the ordered car and provided regular updates during my waiting. Post-sales support was also exceptional I left the dealership on a new car after I was trained on all features and full setup of all electronic systems of the car. The sales rep Farheen is the role model for a sales person calm, patient and knowledgeable. Well done guys! Definitely will return to you again!

Love Chantilly Porsche. We started out going to another local "specialty car" dealer and were very disappointed by the experience. On our way home empty handed, we passed Chantilly Porsche and decided to drop in. We couldn't have been more impressed by the facility, staff, and inventory. Farheen greeted us right away, was eager to help, was very knowledgeable, and she ended up helping us drive away that same day in our dream car.

I'm glad I bought my new 2023 Porsche Carrera S from Porsche Chantilly!Farheen C. was my SA and she helped me navigate the long supply chain delays and always responded quickly to my text messages and phone calls. When I told her that I ordered a 7MT, she asked me if I had a chance to test drive the manual before I placed my order. When I told her I had driven the PDK but I hadn t driven the 7MT, she arranged a test drive of a manual 992 that was almost identical to the car I ordered. It was a great experience that confirmed that I made the right transmission choice. I was very thankful for her arranging that test drive for me. She didn t have to do it, but she went the extra mile for me. Each visit throughout the journey was a positive experience. Everyone was warm and down to earth.Prior to taking delivery, I met Kareem S., the finance manager. He guided me through the additional coverage choices and patiently answered all of my questions as I evaluated the warranties, I needed but not the ones that have dubious value. We spent several hours Saturday afternoon discussing, not only my new car, but our lives, children, and our life choices that brought us to meet at Porsche Chantilly. I enjoyed every minute of it.The delivery experience was exceptional. On the day of the delivery, Farheen and Kareem met my family. Farheen took my phone and kindly recorded the unveiling of my new car and our family s reactions. She captured priceless photos for our family. Everyone at Porsche Chantilly treated me like I was their most important customer. From end to end, it was a great experience.

Recently switched to this dealership since it is closer to me. The service department has been great! Very friendly, knowledgeable staff, not pushy at all. Definitely recommend for Porsche service, especially with Tiara as your service advisor.

This is regarding a recent routine service experience for a 2017 Cayman S . This was my first time for service here, though I had used another Porsche dealership under the same ownership. After an initial scheduling hiccup, the General Manager, Jahangir Shahid, stepped in and got things quickly back on track. The process went well. Between Phil the Service Manager and Tiara my Service Advisor I was kept well informed along the way. Impressive facility.

I would not give this dealership and the customer service I received today anything below 5 stars. From the front desk associate to my sales person, Eric everyone was so welcoming and most of all accommodated me and my kids that I had to take along to the dealership. The process was seamless and Eric and team made it the best car buying experience I have had in years. I would highly recommend them!

This is by far the nicest dealership I have been to.. and I ve been to a lot of nice ones.. bmw , Lexus, Mercedes, Tesla, to name a few The atmosphere is top notch. Tiara in the service dept. went above beyond to ensure my level of service was above satisfactory. Ronald was very nice as well. All the staff in general just seemed to make sure you were taken care of. 5 stars all around!

A no pressure atmosphere, especially combined with an extremely knowledgeable and friendly salesman named Austin Stuebner. During both our initial visit and our follow-up visit, the pleasant environment with Austin as well as the professional finance department experience, made it a very easy decision to purchase a vehicle at the Chantilly sales location. 5+ stars service all the way.

Farheen was the absolute best Porsche salesperson I had the pleasure of working with! Her customer service and that of her manager Tim are the best out of all the Porsche dealers in the area. I had a bad experience at Tyson s and would not recommend going to Tyson s for a Porsche. Come to Porsche Chantilly, ask for Farheen and you will be absolutely happy!

The team at Porsche of Chantilly was amazing to deal with. I couldn t be happier with my decision of cars or dealerships! Michael LaGuardia was my sales contact and he is top notch! He stayed after hours to help finish the deal and made sure I was comfortable with the car before leaving. He has also graciously offered for my wife and I to return for a full delivery and car tutorial if I want! This was hands down the easiest car transaction I have ever completed!I can not recommend this location enough! The entire team works to clearly give the customers the best experience. Porsche of Chantilly is top notch. From the first interaction I had over phone when calling to confirm the availability of a used Cayenne it was clear to me that the staff there valued every potential customer. I scheduled an appointment for the following day with a sales professional named Farheen. She followed up with me the day of to confirm my appointment. Upon arrival she greeted me and immediately took me to see the Cayenne.After the road test I decided I wanted to buy the vehicle. She along with the gentleman from the finance department made the process super smooth and efficient. The coolest part to me was how they treated me and made me feel. I was there buying a used 2008 Cayenne but they treated me the same as a client that could have been buying a 2022 Cayenne. Top notch service, attention to detail and just a really rewarding experience as a consumer.Thank you to the team at Porsche of Chantilly. I couldn t be happier with my new to me Cayenne.
