Had the pleasure of working with Jonah as my salesmen. He was very knowledgeable and listened to me to help me get what I wanted. The rest of the staff was super nice and checked up on me while I waited for the paperwork to process. I was able to get my windows tinted the same day as my car purchase. 5 stars isn t enough. I d also like to shout out Stephen the business manager thanks for you help.

The sales team at Pohanka made the process as easy and seemless as possible. Our sales agent, Brook, made sure that I was getting exactly the vehicle that I was looking for and that the paperwork was taken care of. When our truck was delivered to the dealership, I was able to quickly finalize the sale and drive off the lot with it that day. I really appreciated the personal touches and no-games approach. They made me feel like I was the only customer. If I am ever in the market for another vehicle, I will be going back to Pohanka first.

My experience at Pohanka in chantilly was absolutely amazing. The car sales man named Brooklyn helped me to get into the car that I wanted at a very aggressive price. The sales manager Hunter was very pleasant and everyone that worked there was super friendly and just wanted to help out. I never once felt any pressure or uncomfortableness. Thank you Brooklyn and thank you Pohanka!!!!

Had a 2023 Yukon on order GM still hasn t accepted it so I looked at some 2023 high countries and premiers Tahoe w/22 inch wheels and panoramic sunroof there wasn t many around but I found several at Pohanka and the staff there was wonderful. I lived over an hour away and they treated me like I was a lifelong customer. After this purchase, I will be a lifelong customer and will share my experience with my family and friends. Thank you so much For making An awesome experience!

I recently had my 2023 Chevrolet serviced at their service department, and I must say, I'm thoroughly impressed. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure my car was taken care of promptly. The quality of work was exceptional,I highly recommend their service department for anyone needing maintenance or repairs on their vehicle.

Not a great experience taking in my company truck. After agreeing to over $2k worth of work, which included exchanging the brake fluids, I go to drive it out of the dealership and there is a weird brake sound that had not been there before. They then tell me it is a sound consistent with "normal wear and tear"?! It was not making any sound when I brought the vehicle to them, and they were taking no responsibility that all the work they just did was somehow causing the issue.The service advisor said they were willing to "flush the brakes" to see if that helped but that he couldn't do that for "free" and would have to charge me $20. I just agreed because I was so fed up at that point and didn't put two and two together (that they had just worked on my brakes). I was told it would take 1 hour and almost 2 hours later I was able to drive my truck out without the noise.The worst part? I receive an automated text the next day asking how my experience was. I called the manager, left a message and texted back and never heard back from anyone.This will be my last trip to this dealership - the customer service was horrible.

This dealership is great to take your Chevrolet to. You don t even need to make an appointment! I was wasting time and money at other maintenance shops. They have high quality technicians and the customer service reps are friendly and professional. Adam assisted me and was very accommodating. My car needed to stay there overnight, so he made complimentary Lyft arrangements for me to be dropped off and picked up. He went above and beyond keeping in contact with me about my car s warranty claims. I would highly recommend them and will be taking my car here from now on!

I was extremely dissatisfied with the service experience this past weekend when I brought my 2018 Chevy Equinox in for an oil change.A multi-point inspection was performed, and a slew of service recommendations were presented with fear-mongerring tactics.Service rep Kayla Ayala was discussing the "critically" needed repairs openly in front of other customers. Stating that I would not pass the inspection if not done now. I questioned several things, like why these recommendations were not reported just 6 months prior when the same inspection was completed at this same location. Kayla was extremely arrogant in her responses and dismissive when asked questions.The costs on the estimate sheets did not add up. The multi-point inspection paperwork presented was missing several pages.When inquiring about the length of time these 'immediate action' services would take (in order to make other transportation arrangements) the response was shockingly degrading.2 hours in, and they were talking in circles. I just wanted my car back to get out of there. The other cashier/former sales rep tried to help her out, but the damage was done.

We are loyal GM customers and usually purchase from one of your competitors. However, there has been a change in staff at that location and we did not feel as welcome as we previously did. That made us decide to shop around and we came to Pohanka. From the time we entered the dealership everyone was nice, professional, and made us feel welcome. Jock Stokes, forgive me if I misspelled his name, was exceptional. He listened to what we were looking for and worked with us to ensure our expectations were met. Jock was transparent and there were no games! Just a seamless car deal. From Jock, to the management team, to the financial team, everyone treated us like we were a member of the Pohanka family! Over the past six years we have purchased 5 vehicles from a competitor dealership. After this experience, Pohanka has our business and we look forward to purchasing more vehicles from Pohanka in the years to come. Great team!

I bought a car here from out of state, Stephen and Wilber were very helpful! They set up shipping to get the car to Arizona and did all the paperwork to register it here. It was nice and clean inside when it arrived

Roberto the salesman was incredibly kind and went above and beyond in showing us some newer models of the Silverado and Colorado. He not only offered to show us key aspects of each vehicle we were interested in, he accommodated our questions with exceptional answers. We own and ATV and he went out and brought out a measuring tape so we could measure and get a sense of the difference to our current truck we own. Please forward our commendation to him, give him a raise and a promotion! Truly remarkable experience and thanks to him; we will be making a solid purchase we re content with.

Had an incredible experience! I usually dread car buying but Jacques our sales rep, and Stephen our finance guru made it easy, comfortable, and relatively quick. Their customer service was great and didn't feel like they were just trying to make money it was about creating a positive customer experience and making us clients for life. Would recommend to anyone in the market for a car!

I would say average. I recently bought a new truck from this dealership. The process was typical, back and forth. I was overall happy, but I m used to pre-Covid priced and negations. This is not that, but we all must change. The reason for the 3 stars is due to communication breakdowns. The salesperson, sales manager, and overall dealership. I get a lot of people are involved, but I bought my truck late at night and the dealership rushed it through detailing. I was told to bring it back, which I schedule to do Friday. I came and the salesperson was sent on a trip to deliver a car. No issue, but this was the breakdown in communication. Only limited help from the one salesperson, and it was like I didn t exist by anyone else in the dealership. Now, I m not expecting a red carpet, but you spend 60K you expect some sort of solid customer service & communication.

Absolutely amazing experience at Pohanka Chevy. Jonah was my sales person for my brand new Z92 Silverado intruder. This truck had roughly 27K in upgrades. I am a big truck guy myself and was blown away at the amount of knowledge he had. The best part though when a question was asked that he did not know he stated he did not know and asked. At no point did he just answer to give me what I wanted. I highly recommend Pohanka and specifically Jonah.

Kay was super helpful and courteous! I have never met another person like Kay at any dealership! The wait was too long and I wish I would have been told the estimated wait time but I also forgot to ask, so it s not only the dealership s fault.

Adam in the service department was great! He kept me in the loop about my car's repairs and his customer service is excellent. I also love the fact that the service department is open later than most dealerships and you don't need an appointment. I will definitely keep bringing my car here.

My wife and I enjoyed working with Jonah Kemp (Sales) and Stephen Bobersky (Finance) to get into a beautiful new Chevy Blazer at Pohanka. I started the process on Monday evening, received a call back very quickly from Jonah, then drove out with the new car Wednesday night at the first visit. All questions answered, processes were smooth, and we crafted a finance package that makes sense for a "buy and hold" car owner. Best of all, loving the car!

Won was a phenomenal salesman. I didn t feel pressured to make a choice right there and then. Had me weight the pros and cons of both vehicles Was in and out in about 2 hours and gave me a very high offer for my trade. Highly recommended Won!

First off- Jonah Kemp has been incredible to work with!The Shelby mustang I have been searching for - happen to appear on your lot, we called and were able to purchase Pete . We live in Oklahoma and Jonah was wonderful, helping figure out the shipping, taxes, etc. He took videos and answered all the little questions we would think of. This has been one of the best car dealership experiences we have ever had.Thank you all and again a huge thank you to Jonah.

What a fantastic experience with Jonah Kemp and Won Seo during the recent purchase of my Tahoe. I was impressed with their knowledge and willingness to spend time to make sure I had all of my ducks in a row to get the vehicle. Jonah even spent time driving the car around the lot so I could see how it looked in motion (which, surprisingly, helped me decide). I'll look to Jonah and Won again the next time around for a vehicle.

Adam Leno was very helpful with a difficult repair situation. I had an older model Corvette that required a hard to find part and Adam was ver patient throughout the search process. Once we had the part, the car was ready the next day. Pohanka even washed and dried my Corvette for me after the repair was done. Excellent service!

I had a great experience with this location. I actually bought my very first car here many many MANY years ago. But here recently I had to take one of the buses for my school in for a fixer-upper, and the team here has been incredibly helpful, patient, and kind. They seems to always have a positive can-do attitude which is much appreciated in a world where there is a severe lack of compassion. Feels good to do business with the Service Department. Namely, Frank, who has been very kind.

My sales person Lucas was excellent. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I hate purchasing a car but between Lucas and Hunter the sales manager they made it a pleasant experience. I highly recommend seeing Lucas if you are looking for a car.

Customer service is amazing. Despite being a no appointment-based dealership, they got me in and out within a reasonable amount of time. It's amazing that they are open all days throughout the week up until 10 pm. Amazing shop!

Took my car in for some things that needed to get fixed 2 days after purchasing it. The car was covered by their 90 day warranty and it had extended warranty on top of that. I brought it to service and they told me that they would check it out. For starters, they did not inform me how long it would take, also they don't offer loaners. So I had to find a ride home. Long story short. I left my car there to get worked on. 10 days passed by and I was the one calling them every 2-3 days to check what was being done to the car. Kayla from Service department is completely unprofessional. She does not communicate anything regarding what s being done to the cars. She gets rude and lies about the car being worked on when it s just sitting there at the lot

Good morning,I reside in Spotsylvania County. My wife and I purchased a new Chevorlet Trax LT last week. As a senior citizen I shopped at 2 other dealers without success. Upon meeting Brook and Korosh, a deal was made in less than 10 minutes without pressure and with respect. This is a great vehicle. The reviewers state the new and improved Trax is for young people that want to be hip and old people that will need a hip. Steve in Finance was very informative. A purchase order was submitted to our Credit Union in Fredericksburg. The loaning agent was surprised at the value of this deal. We are very happy with this Company. My only issue is that my wife took control and will not let me drive just yet. She will not share! Much success to the team.

Quick and friendly service and a courtesy car wash. It was also a Saturday so I m glad I was able to easily walk in and get an oil change without an appointment. It minimizes the stress of it all. What s even better took less time than my husbands dentist appointment!

My wife and I had a great experience at Pohanka while purchasing a beautiful 2024 Equinox RS for her birthday. Everyone on the team recognized we had done our homework and so didn t waste our time. Korosh got us the price we were looking for; Jonah was a first rate sales rep from start to finish prompt, professional, and personable; and Muhammad was even able to find a lower interest rate for us than we had found ourselves. We also appreciated that he didn t waste our time trying to upsell us on things I have never purchased in 50 years of buying cars. Five stars.
