I cannot say enough about how well I was treated when Matt Frick and Jeff Washington took care of me and my 2019 Highlander. They fought to get an engine replacement from my extended warranty company (sold to me but another dealership) and would not give up! They are now my "go-to" service provider.

James, my service advisor did a great job in servicing my vehicle. He went above and beyond for me. His communication and updates over text was great. He noticed I didn t have the state inspection and took care of it for me in 20 minutes. Thank you so much!

Free loaner cars are a big plus. Unfortunately, this shop will always try to sell you at least two services you do not need. Not good at letting you know when your car is ready for pickup unless you re waiting at the dealership. The last time I went there, the technician even managed to break one of my windshield wiper blade assemblies the scheduled service was a tire rotation!

I have 5 maintenance service agreement which is two year and unlimited mileage, the guy assistant manager tell me the my service expired, I showed my agreement papers but she insisted own words ,i called toyota finance and forwarded phone the guy and the toyota finance staff explained half an hour the dealer guy insisted not to do my service ,at the end i ignored went different toyota service and the fix the problem very short ,oursiman chantilly not helpfull you any way , and i saw their eyes kind of foreginer discreminations ,i will never go Oursiman toyota chantilly service again ,i bought my 3 of previous car from there !

Refused to even look at my car for less than a 4 hour diagnostic after I had it towed to them, then when I tried to have it towed away, somehow they had magically moved the car to a different spot, and denied knowledge of the vehicle. I will never return.

These guys are great. I've been taking my car to be serviced here for years. Everyone is really polite and helpful. Once I had a nail in my tire and as I watched my pressure decrease I knew I needed to get it in right away. I drove up to the service bay with 5 minutes before they closed. Unfortunately, the techs had already started to go home so a repair wasn't possible, but the one guy left to close the place put my spare on my car and put my tire in to be repaired first thing the next morning. This is what I love about Ourisman. They go the extra mile for you, all the time.

Took my work Sienna in for recommended tuneup as well as state safety inspection and emissions. They didn't charge me for the safety inspection as part of a summer deal! Eddy Cruz my service manager is excellent! He's very attentive and provides exemplary customer service.

From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted by Dean McDonald who went above and beyond to make me feel like a valued customer and a member of their extended family.Not only did he take the time to listen to my concerns about my car, but he also took the time to explain everything in detail and answer all of my questions. It was clear that he truly cared about my car and my safety, and went above and beyond to ensure that everything was taken care of to the highest standard.Overall, I cannot recommend this service manager and their team enough. If you are in need of any car repairs or maintenance, I would highly recommend reaching out to them. Went for my first service visit for the new RAV4. Service rep James R exceeded expectations when he took a flashlight all over the interior of the SUV, trying to find tie downs for the cargo net I had trouble with. Fluids check, tire rotation, safety check accomplished in just over an hour. I'm very happy with the level of service I received on a very busy, very rainy day at Ourisman Chantilly Toyota.

Service Rep told my wife if there's an engine fire, that's because of you didn't do this service and that service. I was so mad about that kind of remark from the service rep. I wouldn't buy Toyota after 60K miles and missing few services results in engine fire. Not going to that service center. I changed it to other location where they don't twist their customers arms to force the service we decided not to do at the certain time.You just lost your potential customer as well. Because i was about to get a new car from there through Mr. Yang who we bought serveral cars from.Service: Oil change

This has been my go-to place ever since my SUV hit 100K miles. They have always serviced my car at an affordable price and more importantly, with honesty. Victor is my go-to and he has always been professional. He provides great communication whether I wait at the dealership or opt for a rental. I do highly recommend the rental if you don't have time to wait. Even with their new rental policy, which makes sense, it is still a great option. And of course, you can always wait at the dealership. From my experience, the wait time has always been reasonable. All in all, Ourisman Chantilly has always treated me well.

I've used the services from this location for about ten years. I have always had a great experience using the Chantilly location. I've had them replace tires, and brakes, replace the smashed mirror, inspections, emissions, minor repair of a broken bumper cover, recall repairs, and paint problems.Over the years, the service department experience has continuously improved by adding the drive-up concierge, remodeled waiting area, Wifi, free coffee machines, and service approval.You should book an appointment the night before on their website, then drop off your vehicle and grab a rental car for the day. Brought my car in for warranty work. The issue was confirmed and the dealer was able to get the issue covered under warranty. They offer shuttle service within 5 miles, which is very convenient, as well as loaner cars at no charge (at least for warranty covered work, not certain about other situations.) This department's pit crew approach is not only efficient, it's a bit entertaining. The techs and advisors here know exactly what to recommend because they care about their clients and are genuine car enthusiasts. Not the brightest people here!I took a Toyota Camry there that had weird shifting problems. They "looked it over" and said the transmission must be replaced, for $6500. I spoke to my mechanic and he suggested we reset the computer so it could relearn how to shift, and that fixed the problem.Later, just to see if other dealers do the same, I spoke with a different dealer's service department, in Leesburg, and they knew about resetting the computer and suggested doing that first.I wouldn't trust this dealership to change a light bulb! They have too much bureaucracy and never allowed me to talk with a real tech!

I had a disappointing experience with my last service here. The service advisor Eddy Cruz sent me the wrong service estimate and service center charged my card with an additional amount of $500. When I checked on the cashier and a different service advisor, the advisor said there was a glitch on their system. Had I known that it s going to cost me extra dollars I would have deferred some of the inspection recommendations. I would never go back to this service center again and won t recommend others to do.

This place was absolutely incredible. The mechanics know their stuff and are very good at breaking everything down for you and allowing you to see all the charges laid out very clear and you do not feel robbed. My mechanic even explained things that soon will be needing to be worked out and laid out my options for doing the work now or waiting. And he explained a cost benefit analysis so clear for me. I was able to do what needed to be done now and know to save up for work on the car that isnt immediate needed but will soon need to be taken care of. I felt they had great skill and integrity.

Yesterday I had the best service experience ever. Thought my front headlight needed to be replaced and drove into the service center. My adviser Sean came over and said he might be able to fix that right away. He had me purchase the bulb in their parts store and he replaced it and I was good to go in about 10 minutes. Awesome !!!

I went here for the first time today. I made an appointment for an oil change. After the typical inspection, I received a notification of things that should probably replaced and I opted into the engine filter replacement but none of the rest. Upon check out, the service agent opted me into something I didn t agree on because he decided it needed done that minute. In addition, he asked for the registration of my car, which I have never been asked for in 22 years. We won t be going back, and would rather travel 30 minutes to Koons Toyota, where I was always treated well and everything was done above the table. I don t appreciate a complete stranger deciding what should be done with my money.Service: Oil change

The online scheduling system needs improvement. I scheduled a recall work order that was sent to me. It didn't tell me long the work will take. Assuming 1 to 2 hours, I chose to wait while they work on it. Once I get there, they told me 4 hours. They wanted to charge me 35 dollars for a rental, for a recall repair. Had I knew it would take 4 hours, and get charged for a rental car due to a recall repair, I would have arranged a ride.

The car is good but the plastic trims keeps popping out and they say they have ordered for the parts during 5k service. Have not heard back from them after that. Also post the 5k service I realised that they don't clean the car interior or exterior and only when i specifically asked, it was water sprayed on exterior. The demand for cars I think makes good customer service optional

Everything was excellent. From the moment I pulled up to when I heard mrs. Stokes....your ready all done and I didn't have an appointment! Love it Toyota. Nice gentleman delivered me my car and told me how nice my car was. It's been 3 months since I got rid of that thing called a HONDA

Took my car every time to this location for regular maintenance. Never heard anything about maintaining transmission.Transmission failed on 85.000miles, and their service manager just has to say we don t offer transmission maintenance by Toyota manual.If you are looking to buy car just make sure it isn t this place and Toyota.

I had service here last weekend and it was an excellent experience. I had an appointment but they have many vehicles lined up for service. I was offered loaner car. Devon is very professional and very nice. I dropped it off and picked up Monday. I been going to this place from past 9 years and will continue to do that.

I had my vehicle serviced there. I brought it in for a 10k mile service and to update the software for a fix that would cause it to stall. The latest software update was supposed to fix it. Every person I talked to ignored me. After 4 hours they still didn't do the software update. 4 hours for an oil change. I was ignored at every level.Afterwards I got an email from Toyota asking to review the service. I filled out the survey accordingly. I later got a phone call from the person that gave me such a hard time about it asking why I gave him a bad review.
