For over a week, the search was on for a (graduation gift) FIRST CAR for my daughter. She told me several vehicles that she was interested in. After speaking with my mechanic, he eliminated 3 of her 5 choices. After that, each car dealer I went to, I'd send the car info to my mechanic, and he would give me the yes or no concerning make, model, mileage and possible things to look for... and ways of negotiating the selling price.We went to Number 1 Auto Group and was immediately greeted with a smile by Steve. He asked what we were interested in, I pointed to the CR-V, he went to get the keys, we test drove the vehicle and brought it back. My daughter was thrilled that this may be the car we purchase for her.2 days later, I'm still looking at 3 different car selling sites, looking at other options and this car kept popping up in my search. I was convinced that the picture kept speaking to me saying "Look no more, here I am for your daughter". So back to Number 1 Auto Group we went.Steve was honest about everything concerning the price and the process. Being as car searching and buying can be draining after a few days, the simplicity of conducting business with Steve put me at ease. He showed me that there was a new serpentine belt, and he made sure that the alternator was replaced as well.Thank you, Steve! You made this easy for me to put a smile on my daughter's face and for that I'm grateful and will be sending others your way for their car needs.

I traded in my old Honda for an even older Honda, but this was a definite upgrade! I bought a super clean 2002 Honda S2000 from Number 1 Auto Group and I couldn t be happier with my purchase. Steve and his team made sure this car was ready for a new owner. New exhaust and new coil-overs made this gem a diamond in the rough. Steve made this process so easy. He also was very patient with me during the financing process and will stay in communication with you. There were multiple offers on this car, but Steve is an honest businessman and held the car for me. This is a dream car for me and my husband and we re so happy to have gone through an independent dealer. Thank you, Steve!

My daughter purchased her 1st vehicle. Our experience was great. Our salesman was Bobby and he was very professional. Our vehicle was clean and had a full tank of gas. The transaction was quick and easy. We did not have all the money but when we came back a few hours later with the balance, all the paperwork was completed and easy for our signature. I purchased my first car which was a lexus here in 2022 and had to trade it in at Carmax within 5 months. There were many issues that appeared within a few months including failing brakes, no air conditioning and 5000 in repairs which all took place before passing maryland inspection (I purchased the car in VA and live in MD). If you are to purchase a car here please make sure to check EVERYHING before purchasing so you don t have to go through the same situation as I did

Do not trust these people. Sold me a car that had severely rusted frame with rusted brake lines and fuel lines. Fuel line leaking. Very unsafe car. Coated the whole undercarriage black to hide all the rust. Extremely unprofessional. They still decided to sell the car without fixing the gas leak even after i returned it and were fully aware of it. They claimed they knew nothing about it but they get their cars inspected . Do not buy from this place. Putting people s lives in danger selling a car in those conditions and trying to hide it. Already 3 people have been through this situation unfortunately.

They are called Number 1 auto group for a reason. They took care of me great! No long wait awesome vehicles and the staff was great I m definitely referring friends that are looking for quality used vehicles thanks to Bobby and Steve I am riding nice . And when I got home , my a friend of mine was checking out the car looked at the temp tags to see what dealership I went to , and then said oh number 1 auto yeah you have a good car because i ( meaning him) brought two cars from them bottom line is I m very pleased and I think you will be too.

I had a very good experience buying my car from Sean at Number 1 Auto Group. I LOVE my 2016 BMW 340i M Package. The car is in amazing shape and my salesman, Sean, really worked with us to make sure I got what I was looking for at a great price. I just bought a ford focus st from here and the process was extremely fast and easy. The vehicle is my first manual car and Sean explained the process and I took the car 2 hrs home and made it safe. If you ever need to buy a vehicle come here and ask for Sean for a seamless and easy experience.

I had to find a vehicle for my son found Sonata 2015 Hybrid. I was apprehensive at first at the whole used car experience BUT after talking with Steve, my mind was put at ease. This by far has been my best experience at buying a car. Steve was straightforward and honest. He did everything he said he would do and didn't "try to get over on me". I spent the last three weeks looking for that right car. And when I was just about to give up, I chanced upon what I considered the proverbial "needle in the haystack." You see, I was looking for a decent car at an affordable price and reasonable mileage. The catch was, I had to drive an additional 150+ mile to test-drive "this find" and get there before they closed at 7 pm. I called the salesman as I headed in that direction. I asked if I got there by 6:30 would I be able to see and drive this prize, he assured me I would. So off I went, already over 100 miles from home, I was now trekking an additional 150. I kept telling myself "I must be crazy to do such a thing." But it was, after all a 2004 Lexus LS 430 you see me proudly standing next to in the picture. A very well-made automobile in the Lexus Series my considerable research kept reiterating.Now I want to talk briefly about the Number 1 Auto Group in general and my salesperson, Sean, in particular. The company is organized with lots of interesting inventory (I believe I even saw a Maserati on the lot.) It is also a well-kept environment by all appearances. The sales team is friendly, courteous and interested in helping you come to the right decision. That being said, I am under no illusion that they are also in the business of selling. But they deserve to be recognized for their level of professionalism given the nature of the work. Moreover, I also think it is rare to find a salesperson of the caliber and integrity that Sean exhibited at any dealership, must less a used car shop. He allowed me to test drive the automobile as they were closing. Also, after realizing this might be the car, and I knew I was going to have to stay overnight to get it vetted by mechanics. Sean made it possible, as well as others on-staff, for me to do that unencumbered. I had time to decide and wasn't once pushed to make a decision. This was no high-pressure sale - which makes you realize/think, they must have a great deal of confidence in their products to behave this way.I am thrilled with this purchase and equally satisfied with the service I received from the Number 1 Auto Group. Sean creates an atmosphere that allows you to be comfortable with the process. And in fact, it is because of his character that I decided to write this review. The Number 1 Auto Group is lucky to have someone with his set of skills representing them; especially when you have to walk through the door late at night, unsure and tired.

I was driving through the complex of different car dealers and stopped at this one. Im glad I did. I was approached by Bobby to look at a lexus. He was the nicest sales person Ive dealt with when buying a car. They were easy to deal with, prices were right in line with what they're worth and not alot of haggling like other dealers have. If I ever need another vehicle number 1 auto group will be the first place I go.

Great guys over there. I purchased an older vehicle from them, clean, with low miles. Bobby was very tentative and responsive in regards to my requests and offered what I feel was a great deal.There was a small issue with the title, but they resolved the situation quickly and amicably.I'd absolutely recommend them to others in the future. I definitely got the sense they are trustworthy individuals and actually care about the condition of the cars they sell.You all are greatly appreciated. Thanks again.
