Marlyn Phillip and his team were great! The team did an excellent job installing my four new tires. They were thorough in their inspection and even identified a potentially dangerous bubble in one of my old tires, which they promptly replaced. I feel much safer on the road now, thanks to their attention to detail. Highly recommend their service!

Always such friendly and fast service anytime I come here! The staff is very receptive to your needs/concerns. They explained everything that is going to happen and even after what was done. Marlin is by far one of the kindest and professional mechanics around! If you need your car serviced, I HIGHLY recommend come seeing them.Thank you guys so much!!

Had an appointment scheduled for 3pm to install new set of tires. After four separate emails sent to me to confirming my appointment in the last two days, I was told at drop-off that my service is delayed at least 1.5 hours due to unscheduled drop offs. Why even bother with scheduled appointments? Update: 3.5 Hours later and 2 hours after being raised on the hoist, still no tires on the car. Pathetic.

I will never in my life come here to to any other location.. many reasons why but let me just show the latest afyer getting my new tires and rims installed, ony of my tires has a nail in it and how I need thisncar for work I decided to just plug it for now and get it patched up after work... well upon loosening the lugs one of them wouldn't come off and well just using arm strength and my ratchet it decided to snap off... now not only does it seem it was torqued beyond specs. I now have to pay even more money to replace the stud that snapped off...I swear this will be the only time I ever buy from NTB... sadly I even bought the extended warranty so I'll have to deal with them till I need new tires again... smdh stay away from this and all other locations.Update: Spoke to the parent company, they wanted to fix the problem but after what has happened I did not trust any if their technicians to touch my vehicle. So I took it to the Honda dealership in Manassas (Koons Honda) and since I got there close to closing they were able to just fix the one wheel and inspect it, once the Honda technician put it on the lift and went to loosen the nuts another snapped off, mind you I hand tightened the remaining 4 nuts cause it eas almost 1 am and I was going to use power tools to wake my neighbors. So 2 studs now have snapped off and of course I paid the bill and I'll have them check the remaining 3 tires and lugs this coming week while the re-do my alignment and balance because it has been completely out of wack since I have had NTB replace my tires. Lesson learned I should've just went to Koons for new tires and everything. Now I'm paying the price of trying to be convenient and to save a few bucks when Koons was offering much better deals on tires from the beginning. Received a phone call from what I believe was the Regional Manager and I sent him the invoice like they asked of the one wheel and I informed him that I will have the other 3 inspected this week and I have not heard back since. Will update soon.Update Part 2:Well i got my realignment and balance done all over again and this time at Koons Honda of Manassas. i had a feeling that it kept pulling to the right a lot and my intuition was correct. The advisor came to me and showed me the computer print out and it was completely out of alignment, and now when i go above 70 mph there is no more shaking in the wheel. This has been one very expensive lesson for me, never again will i allow a 3rd party to maintenance my vehicle ever again, NTB has yet to call back or even get in any form of contact with me.

The Best NTB, I Recommend to all, marlin and yabi the best at the front helps me a lot, They helped us so quickly and it was done very fast. They changed the tires of my car in a very professional manner. They use the latest technology products. Thanks a lot.

I caught a flat, changed to the spare which then blew out. This was on a Sunday around 4:00 pm. After driving a mile on the blown out spare I made it to NTB where Marlon and his team took really good care of me. I was an hour away from home and they ensured my tire got fixed and I was able to make it home safely. I'm really appreciative of that, thanks Marlon and team!

I want to say thank you to Marlyn Phillips. I was having problems with my breaks making noise . I knew I was going to need brake pads and rotors. Marlyn had my car inspected, checked the batteries, wipers, shocks and tires. I was very pleased with the replacement of the brakes and rotors. I would definitely visit again.

Marlin and Saeed were great. I needed a new tire because of flat. Their service was quick and I was extremely grateful because it was one of the only shops open on a Sunday in the area. I d recommend this location to anyone.

I will never ever go to your Chantilly store and will not recommend this store to any one. The reason - your store manager stated to me, "Corporate is pushing me hard as my average ticket is too low". And he refused to do oil change on my vehicle.

I needed some brakes and belt changed after a state inspection. I had called a few mechanics in the area requesting quotes and NTB said they would take care of me and gave me a quote $200 less than anywhere else. Saeed Khan was incredibly friendly and helpful from start to finish. He made sure he understood exactly what I needed done and did not try to upsell me into anything else! He ended up getting everything done in half a day and was even able to save an additional $100 from the original quote! He has made me a loyal customer and I would love to request to work with Saeed again!

I had 4 new tires installed and the front suspension replaced on my Acura RL last summer. However, recently noticed an issue with the front suspension. I brought this issue to store manager Marlin's attention and he took care of the issue by repalcing right front strut under the warranty. It took few days but the issue has ben resolved nonetheless. Many thanks to Marlin and NTB (that take good care of customers)!!

Saeed was fantastic! I had a flat tire and they got me in right away for tire replacement. Even got the alignment specialist to come in to make sure I didn t leave without an alignment. I would highly recommend this shop for any tire replacement or repair!

Wife and daughter caught a nail in the tire Friday late afternoon. NTB fixed it right away. Other places told them they d have to wait several hours, leave the car overnight or just come back with an appointment. Thanks NTB! Great service.

Walked in and needed a tire repair and replacement. Saeed Khan was friendly, very helpful, knowledgeable, and very responsive. I was able to obtain the tire and my spare was repair very quickly. Due to the great service from Saeed and the technicians, in addition to NTSB having tires in stock is the reason why I recommend.

Terrible service at this location. We have in the past taken our vehicles to the location on Metrotech but the service difference is like not and day. The person at the counter was extremely rude and the manager on duty grossly estimated the time it took. A 1.5 hr estimate on waiting turned into 4 hrs. The service ticket also didn't have the actual service we came in for but the upcharges they added. When asked about these things it was very difficult to even have a simple answer. I would not trust this location with a shopping cart let alone a vehicle that is supposed to be on the road.

Mr khan and sitaram were very accommodating. I came in at 330pm on a rainy Saturday and they were able to replace 2 tires and alignment and squeezed me in. Very nice folks.

NTB Chantilly was awesome. This was my first experience with NTB. They had me dropoff my vehicle since I didn t have an appt. Marlin called with an assessment, recommendation & projected cost. He completed the work within the timeframe he gave. He also walked me through the work performed and things to look for as I drive the car. He and his associate were very friendly and helpful. Awesome place to do business!
