I pulled into the service bay at 6:45 on a Friday evening, 15 minutes before the service department was due to close, with a giant nail in one of my tires. Maribel was incredibly helpful by putting me in a loaner and working with the claims department for several days to get me a new tire. She was so friendly and kind, even though I'm sure she was probably looking forward to going home that Friday evening. She texted me throughout the process to keep me informed on the status of my claim. Excellent customer service!

From beginning to end Maribel was great. I originally called the morning of my incident to get a quote in 4 new tires (was waiting on a call back with prices). Literally 10 seconds after hanging up the phone my tire went flat (in the middle of morning rush hour). I called the dealership back and I was given the number for the towing service. As soon as my car arrived around 10:30ish Maribel text me, I let her know the car was under my moms name and I would be the person of contact because it was my car. She let me know my car had just been dropped off, and I let her know I had just called for a quote on tires. She was able to give me a quote through text for a few brands that were available and also gave me the price for an alignment. My car was ready for pickup the next morning around opening. Maribel text me and said she was finishing up the paperwork and if I needed a ride to pickup my car she could make arrangements. I m still kinda bummed that I couldn t use my coupon (because the tires were already discontinued) but it is what it is. Thank you to Maribel for assisting me with getting my new tires and getting back in the road safely.

We purchased a car from the dealership in 2017. Excited for the priority for life with oil changes and inspections included. We went in for an oil change today (a Saturday) with a scheduled appointment. The service for a standard oil change took 2 hours. We have been coming since 2017 it was not as long of a wait in years past. When asking today why it took so long, we had an appointment. (Which is now required). We were told two hours is standard for an oil change, and on the weekends we they have less staff and more appointments. I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle here or using the service department. Over the years the service has decreased in quality and honesty.

Conducted diagnostics on flashing air bag light.Excellent customer service experience.Maribel was very knowledgeable and professional.I would give the service department a triple A rating . Along with five stars!They even washed my car after service.

Michael is an incredible service agent. Honest, kind, and a great communicator. Reflective of the whole Priority Chantilly practice. Patricia was fantastic as well. I will continue to bring my Nissan back here despite living closer to another Priority location.

I had a great experience with Priority Nissan, my service advisor Maribel Martinez was very courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable about what was going on with my vehicle. She answered all of my questions and concerns honestly, and quickly. It made my small wait that more bearable. I would definitely recommend Priority Nissan for any auto service needs. They care about their customers.

Michael met me at my truck and got me checked in quickly. He gave me an estimated time and I was finished in half the time estimated. He sent me a text once the inspection was completed with suggestions on additional services my vehicle may need. Check out and pick up was also quick and easy. Thanks for a great experience!

Great service! Maribel was such a great help. I was late for my appointment (oops ), but was assisted the moment I pulled in. Even had an extra service added on that I forgot to mention when I made the appointment, saving me a trip next month! A load off of my shoulders making me a very happy customer! It was the first time at Priority Nissan Chantilly after the one at Tyson Corner closed. I was gladly surprised by the friendly and professional staff. The work was well done in a timely manner and there was no issues honoring the service contract from the other shop. I look forward to come to my next service. Very great and knowledgeable service advisor. I was a bid tired and wanted someone who can give me clear and fast answer right away and he was that guy. I m very happy he was the one on that day. Was very Knowledge of her work. Had oil change , I had appointment at 11:00. I arrived at 10:30 . And didn't have my vehicle ready until 1:00 . It's was so busy. They said it's going to take about 2 hour"s.

I needed some work done in my older Nissan. Curtis took care of me. He got me a Lyft ride to work while my car was being service and helped me out with whatever discounts he could. They are a little expensive, but the work is quality and they know what they are doing.

Marlow was fantastic! I needed quiet a bit of maintenance done on my vehicle to ensure quality continued at best, and he made sure to keep me updated on what was needed, changes in the maintenance plan, included costs, etc Marlow was very professional , kind, had a great sense of humor and most importantly, he was trustworthy! I m grateful that he is a part of the Priority Nissan team. I picked up my vehicle today and it drives beautifully. I ve already scheduled for my other vehicle to go in for maintenance next week and I insisted that everything be done with my main man, Marlow! THANKS MARLOW!

I had a really great experience at Priority Nissan Chantilly. I thought I had an appointment today but it wasn t showing up, Marlow still was able to get me in and out in about 1.5 hrs. My only complaint was that I had a 10 point inspection but wasn t given any of the results. Still a great location

My first visit to this place. It went quickly and smoothly-oil change and check fluid levels and tires. They let me sit in an empty office while I waited and car was ready in less than an hour. All ok.

Went in for an oil change with an appointment and they didn t get to my car over an hour. After working on the car, they lowered it and drove it out of the garage and THEN they said my tire had a nail and do I want it fixed. Of course I do bc it is the tire. Driving home, the tire indicator light came on but I was already half way home so I called to bring it back first thing the next morning. That afternoon my tire was totally flat and I had to call roadside assistance. Unbelievable. I have called them several times now and still no call back.

Appointments only for oil change. I used to go there without appointment (9+ years) and wait about 2 hours to get it done. I was there at 8 am as well. I was denied service because I had no appointment. I understand this is partly my fault but this sudden switch was not expected.Also even with appointment its a wait time of 2 hours. Whats the point of appt when a 30 min job is causing you to wait 2 hours. Acting like no one elses time is important but theirs. If its appointment only, get it done in time. This is the reason for 1 star.

Priority, Nissan and Chantilly did a great job changing the oil in my wife s car. The car was done ahead of schedule and they gave us a free car wash on top of that. Thank you very much!

I ve been a loyal customer of this dealership since 2011 and due to a recent experiences I will not return. The service department claimed to have verified that my transmission was under a lifetime warranty. 4 months later when the transmission failed there was no such warranty. I had a previous appointment where I had been charged for work that was not performed on a different car. I no longer will recommend to friends and family.

Very courteous and professional staff! The process for taking care of customers who bring their vehicles in for maintenance appears to more streamlined. Which greatly reduces wait time!
