So I will say upfront that the people at Moore Cadillac are outstanding, their professionalism and attentiveness is great. Everything associated with my purchase went very well, except for the cleanliness and detailing of my vehicle when I picked it up. I was absolutely disappointed that even after sending the Vehicle back to detailing a second time, my vehicle returned with dirty rims, light, scratches, and scuffs and dirt marks on the interior. So my soul that I called the dealership and asked if I could bring the vehicle right back. It was only because I had already paid for an exterior detailing and ceramic coating that I opted to just wait until the following Monday to have the interior scuffs looked at by the dealership. It would not bother me so much if I was not picking up $114,000 car. You would think that car would be inspected five times before it made it to me again no complaints about the personnel and service and sales department, but their detailing process prior to customer delivery definitely needs to be worked on.

My wife buy2016 Cadillac Escalade from Cadillac Moore on the same week we started having a transmission problem and we took it to be inspected the problem on Cadillac Moore maintenance shop they don t fix the problem said to wait a few minutes for the car to warm up we were using it started to get worse I took it to other specialists and they said the transmission was not working I went back to Cadillac Moore for another inspection and they said transmission need some maintenance Cadillac Moore sell the Car with bad transmission problem was never resolved. The car is not inspected good for Cadillac Moore If you are going to buy a car at Cadillac Moore, I do not recommend it. They are not honest people Be careful the cars are not being well inspected by Cadillac Alex's sales manager, when we talked about the fact that they sold us a Cadillac Escalade with a bad transmission, did not want to help us solve the problem and behaved in a rude and unpleasant manner.They are doing dishonorable and dishonest business

Moore Cadillac offered me an above and beyond buying experience. They are very straight forward with their pricing and don't offer any gimmicks. My sales person was Essie, and I recommend anyone coming in to ask for him. He was very kind, helpful, professional, and provided great attention to detail. I also had the pleasure of dealing with Darin the sales manager who is exceptional as well. 10/10 dealership experience.

This morning I had all intentions to purchase an ATS from a small dealer located about a half mile behind Moore Cadillac. Before the test drive I had major doubts and that doubt was solidified once I drove it AC didn t work, one of the tires was rusty and needed air, amongst other things. I drove it back, and immediately searched the used inventory at Moore. There was a car that was a match, so I headed there. Unfortunately the car was recently sold, but Matt Jackson my sales advisor said there were similar options available. He wasn t a pushy sales person and you could tell he enjoyed what he does. He was down to earth and very nice. I happily left in a much better car than I expected when I woke up this morning. I m incredibly thankful that I went to Moore today and even more thankful for Matt. He presented the best option and I was sold. Thank you again Matt!!!!

My experience with more Cadillac was great. The sales team did an excellent job ensuring that I was able to get the car of my choice. Although there was an issue been able to take possession of the vehicle on the day that I was in the dealership. The sales team went above and beyond to ensure that the vehicle was delivered in a timely fashion I will definitely recommend this dealership to friends and colleagues.

I purchased my vehicle in 2006, and since that day, no one besides more, Cadillac ever touched my vehicle. They do quality work very kind and professional and courteous. I like the fact that they text you and show you pictures of your vehicles as they re working on it. It shows me what they re doing and what is wrong so I can make a decision on whether to get it taken care of or not I would never take my vehicle to anyone else besides more Cadillac. From making my reservation to checking out all personnel in between deserve five stars

I am not one to ever post reviews, especially not negative ones but my time was very much disrespected. I chose to wait while my car was getting serviced (oil change). When u asked how long it would take he told me about an hour and a half. At the two hour mark I decided to go out and ask them how much longer because while I was trying to be patient it was also a half an hour longer then I was told it should take. When I went out there the service rep told me that the service mechanic was waiting for me to respond to a message he had sent me. I checked my phone, my email and the GM app nothing. At that point I was super frustrated because my car had been done and instead of walking 100 ft and speaking with me they were waiting for me to respond to a message I never got. What if I hadn t come out there? I told them to just please bring me my car. 20 minutes later and 2-1/2 hours after I got there, I finally left. I did opt for a complimentary wash when I first got there, I shouldn t have. It was not good either. I m guessing because I told them I just wanted to get out of there they did a rush job.I understand the place was packed and I wasn t even upset that it took longer then originally quoted because I get it. But the fact that they couldn t walk over to me and let me know my car was done and talk about their recommendations is what upsets me. It cost me at least an extra hour of my time. My time is valuable to me and you all made it clear it is not to you. I really wish I had not gotten the service plan if this what I have to deal with every single time.

Bought a 2019 CT6-V from Moore Cadillac. I live in NJ, so most business was over the phone and email. Karen was very responsive to my questions and provided all needed documentation in order for me to make a purchasing decision. I traveled to the dealership to take delivery and it was flawless. I would recommend Karen and Moore Cadillac to anyone looking for a Caddy. Thanks for the great experience.

Not a good service experience on my 2012 garage parked SRX with slightly over 70K miles.In December 2023 my car was towed to the shop because it wouldn't start. I called the following day for a status left a voice message for the service advisor to call me. He never did. The next day I tried to reach the service advisor via voice ans email and he never responded. Over the next 2 days same thing...numerous voice and text messages without a response. I finally called the service manager who was very apologetic about the lack of service. They ran numerous tests and informed me the battery was bad everything else was fine.Three months later my wife went out of town so the car sat for 10 days. Upon her return the car would not start. I returned to the dealership and he thought it was a bad battery. I told him the battery was replaced by them, which he didn't believe until he checked the records.I left the car overnight and ask the service advisor to run additional tests, change the oil, wash the car and call me the next day. He never called......my wife also called the service advisor who never responded. She had my daughter drive her to the dealership to get the car. Service advisor told her nothing was wrong and maybe the car is getting old and this is normal. Moreover, they forgot to change the oil and never washed the car, even though the receipt says they did.Not sure what is happening , but the service department doesn't come close to the same level of customer service it used to provide.

We visited Moore Cadillac to purchase a used car from their lot. The salesman, Amir, reached out to us to arrange for a test drive. The car was clean and ready to try. They offered a good car at a fair price, and Amir (our salesman) was a kind "driving instructor" for my teen (who was buying their first car) on the test drive. Very pleasant dealership with no pressure to add anything to the purchase. The only complaints are minor--definitely not deal breakers and certainly things we expected in buying from a dealership. While the car's price was very good, the fees were quite steep. That was a tough pill to swallow for a first-time car buyer who was working with a specific budget. The only other "complaint" was the time it took to get on the road. We weren't financing, so no delay there. The delay had to do with them detailing the car for us--a nice gesture, but we hadn't planned to wait that long. They did a nice job though, and my kid drove home very happy with the car and overall experience. I don't think we'll be buying a Cadillac in the future, but I would be happy to tell people that Moore Cadillac treats customers fairly and well.

Car had scraping noise and technician took a road test and uncovered several problems. I was kept up-to-date on progress and they provided an Uber to my home so that I would not have to wait at the dealer car rides. Very smooth we are happy.

My husband and I were genuinely excited about getting the Cadillac Lyriq, but unfortunately, our enthusiasm was overshadowed by the appalling service provided by the sales representative. Despite our eagerness to acquire the vehicle, the disrespectful and unprofessional demeanor of the sales rep made us reconsider our decision. As a result of this unpleasant encounter, we've decided to look at other EVs. It's a shame when a cool ride gets overshadowed by lousy service like that.

My experience was second to none! They had the used car I was looking for, so I flew in from CT and they had me out of there within an hour and half, while showing hospitality. My salesmen Essie was a gentleman and couldn t be more helpful. Although I m not in the area, I will always check in with Moore Cadillac Chantilly for my future needs.

I always have great experiences whenever I need to go anything with my Caddy XT4 - the customer service has been amazing and the service I received made my car run much better. I only have one observation that didn t make me too happy. The reason I took my car to Moore Cadillac was because the transmission was slipping between gears, but unfortunately the technician said he couldn t feel while diagnosing my Cadillac transmission, and since Moore Cadillac didn t have a code to provide to my car warranty I was left with a $500.00 invoice that I had to pay out of my pocket. My car is only 38k miles and I take very good care of it, yet we had to fix the transmission before 50kI was considering purchasing a XT6 but now I am not sure if I want to have another Cadillac.

We are arrived late in the evening, 30 minutes before closing. Our Salesman Alex Portillo was amazing. Although we purchased a used vehicle he treated us like we were buying the most expensive Cadillac. The F&M manager Woodson was also fantastic. Despite it getting late and we were the only ones in the dealership they treated us with first class service! The car we traded we purchased at Moore in 2018. We got such great care then is why we came back and they lived up to the expectations! Great Job! Highly recommend this dealership!Thank you

Service was awful. From the time I dropped off my car to picking it up and it was undrivable. I brought in for a noise and left with lights on and shaking. I immediately asked what they did and was told It must have gotten worse while it was here . I was taken advantage of, treated terribly. I would never send anyone to Moore!

I had a wonderful maintenance experience at Moore Cadillac last week with my Escalade. My vehicle had to be towed in due to check engine light on and vehicle running rough. The service manager looked out for arrival of my vehicle, had it diagnosed in a timely manner and all maintenance was covered under warranty with no issues.

Buy used some where else. Dissatisfied with the customer service.** Update issue still not resolvedBuy else where.If you are buying used car from here use caution. Beware of the "MOORE INSPECTION". I purchased a vehicle from here. Sales man informed me that the dealer did a personal inspection.Within my 5 days of the vehicle purchase. I took my vehicle to a personal mechanic to check to make sure the vehicle was OK and to get a second opinion (because of instances like this ) Unfortunately that was a big fat lie because there was a list of things wrong with the vehicle. But the Moore did an additional inspection inspection right ?I tried calling the manager to get my issue handled and he never called me back. Had my salesperson to speak with me and he was of no help. He was very nonchalant about my concerns. Which figures because they already been paid right.I would recommend you looking into another dealer.If buying used.

I couldn t be more satisfied with the experience I had working with Moore Cadillac on my 2024 Escalade V purchase. They were very transparent, efficient and communicative throughout the entire process from build to delivery. I have worked with other local dealers and there is no comparison. For me, it s all about trust in the car buying process and they gained that with their full transparency and frequent communication. Mike Bowen was my sales consultant and I highly recommend him.

The preowned sales manager Darin is an amazing human being and a man of his word. My wife and purchased a Range Rover late December 2023 and the vehicle had a slight mechanical issue. He told me to bring the vehicle in, gave me a beautiful rental vehicle, and fixed the problem within 1 day. I was thoroughly impressed by his professionalism and attention to detail. I will be using Darin for life for taking care of my family, like it was his family! Darin did not charge me anything for the repair nor the rental vehicle. Darin is outstanding! I highly recommend Darin for the General Manager position and perhaps East Coast Management if the position is available. God bless you Darin and Moore Cadillac.

He was patient and understanding with any of the issues I had throughout the purchase of a vehicle, the finance department was also very understanding and willing to work with me while we dealt with slow service from my insurance company over a pending claim. Service advisor very friendly and efficient. However. Process has faults. I was charged for an item in my invoice that I was expressly told by advisor that I would not be. Circa $100. I appreciate that great care was taken to accomplish warranty covered repairs. But saddened by this charge and my vehicle not been given the complimentary wash and vacuum after you guys having it for 2 days

The service department of Moore Cadillac is utterly awful. They are simply non responsive. My car was towed into Moore late two nights ago after breaking down at Dulles Airport. I had to call four times the next morning just to get someone to confirm that they had received the car and it was safely in their possession. He said they would call back or text with an estimate. Two days later: crickets. I haven t heard a thing, despite calling several times this morning and finally persuading a receptionist to hand deliver a message to the service department. It s unbelievable. I still don t know if they ve worked on or even looked at my car.
