Christian does a great job. He took the time to listen to the details I shared. He then thoroughly explained what would be done. He also found me in the waiting area TWICE to provide updates. It made my stay there much more relaxing.

I recently brought our Company's Mercedes Sprinter to get serviced at this dealership. My check engine light had come on, and I brought it to my independent mechanic who told me there was nothing wrong with the engine, and there must be an issue with the computer. Because the issue was with the computer, I had to bring it to the dealership. After bringing it to them, they gave me a quote for $4k worth of repairs and diagnostics that I did not need. They even wanted to replace the filter that my mechanic had literally just replaced days prior. Basically the way they work is just following their computer. If your vehicle has not been serviced at a Mercedes Dealership before, they are going to recommend you do everything without even looking to see what actually NEEDS to be done.Additionally, they told me the vehicle would be ready by Tuesday, and it was not. I called the dealership on Tuesday and never got through to anyone. I called again on Wednesday, I spoke to the person responsible, and he told me he would call me back by the end of the day, and he never did. I called again Thursday morning, and he told me he didn't know when it would be ready. I told him that was unacceptable, that I needed my van for my business on Saturday, and asked if they were going to reimburse my lost revenue. At that point he said he would see what he could do. Finally Friday morning they called and said it was ready for pickup.I am giving them 2 stars only because they did tell me about a factory credit that I was eligible for, and I did end up using that credit to replace my transmission and brake lines at no cost to me personally, and the work was done well. In general, I would not recommend going here for service unless you have no other choice.

I recently had my car serviced by Adam Anderson, and I must say, I am extremely impressed. Right from the beginning, Adam demonstrated a high level of professionalism. What truly stood out was his genuine dedication to providing exceptional service. He meticulously attended to every detail and promptly addressed any inquiries or concerns I had. The service professionals at the Chantilly location are personable, courteous and professional. Having a scheduled service at 7:15 am and being greeted with a smile is an awesome way to start the day! The waiting area is accommodating for teleworking and the snack area is well stocked. My service provider Christian ensured I was aware of my options for repair, he explained the various options I had to replace parts while also encouraging me to handle the necessary in order to best benefit my travel endeavors! Great experience, thank you!

Superb service! I appreciate the Service Rep, Mr. Johnson advising me and what my car needed. I was offered a loaner car at no cost. The waiting room has a real comfortable vibe. You have coffee and treats and a big screen tv to watch your favorite channel while you wait. The whole team gives excellent service! I highly recommend this place.

Milton was my car ambassador and a wonderfully patient, informative and helpful individual. I had some questions regarding my repair and he had the shop foreman sit and drive in the car with me. Kevin, the foreman, let me drive him around and answered all my questions with detail and the got out of the car and showed me exactly what was causing the issue. Don t get that kind of service very often! I highly recommend.

Appointments are a month out when you need a loaner. Check engine light came on 3x since I ve purchased my brand new 2023 GLC300 suv. I am an active duty service member and seem to get the run around with my vehicle. Now the screen inside the car is fuzzy and unreadable. They do not offer and emergency services. I am un able to see anything or control the vehicle temp etc due to everything being on the screen. Extremely frustrating and consistent issues with this vehicleService: Auto engine diagnostic

Work with your loyal customers who always take their Mercedes into Mercedes for service and in the event their warranty just runs out try to help them when you over charge the customer close to 6,000 for repairs when the parts only close around 1,500 and only offer 200.00 dollars off to help. On top of that you refer us to Mercedes corporate and they didn t help either, Customer service is terrible with Mercedes!

Exceptional Service Experience!I had a wonderful experience at Mercedes-Benz of Chantilly thanks to the service advisor, Nicholas Hupp. His expertise was evident as he knew the problem going on with my car immediately. He explained the process and provided valuable advice on fixing the issue. Not only did he ensure the service was completed efficiently, but he also went above and beyond by walking me through the work done and giving tips for future care. The success of any product depends on the kind of service being offered to customers. While the Mercedez brand takes a hit due these recalls, the customer service department has an opportunity to bridge the gap especially with Japanese car manufacturers.The first video walkthrough should've been sufficient to provide a quote for additionally required work. This would reduce touch points with the customer service department and created better customer driven efficiencies.

I am generally pleased with the service but I was promised that I would leave with zero gas and that was a little concerning and I had to call for status twice instead getting a call if the car was complete, headed into the Easter weekend.

I trust their work ethic. They are very trustworthy and I am pleased with the customer service they provide. Sales Service is the most caring and professional. In addition Mr Johnson my service advisor is very knowledgeable and professional. i highly recommend this service place to everyone.

Professional, details oriented, timely update. I had a 60k maintenance done there recently. Although the cost is high, but the associate took the time to explain to me every item, so I felt they are fair. It's a great experience for me.

The Service team did the work on my Mercedes , professionally, I am really disappointed with several aspects of the experience. I was not provided updates on the work unless I called for a status. After a week at Mercedes and after costing in excess of $8,300, the car was not washed or vacuumed.In addition, when I went into my trunk two days after picking up my car, it was in disarray, with the cover for the spare tire detached to the point I cannot put it back together.

Brought my car in for a wheel repair and to get it inspected for registration. Scheduling process was difficult ( Hi, I m Brooke, your automated assistant! was terrible - just keep pressing zero to speak to a human). Service was good, however. Helen kept me advised of the status via phone calls, and was friendly and helpful once I finally found her (in the back of the service bay). She anticipated all the VA State inspections I would need, provided the paperwork, and made sure the car was washed and ready for pickup before I arrived. Overall positive experience, but you have to find them - nobody will greet you or direct you to the right person without some wandering around and asking.

The Chantilly MB service department is busy. However, the service I received was great. They ve definitely made substantial improvements recently, especially to communication. I never tried the express service but scheduling for service requires 1-2 weeks out, so plan ahead.

I took my car into the Audi dealership for emissions testing and the servicing department did not have a qualified team member available to do the testing. The Service Representative asked me if I would be okay if the Mercedes-Benz dealership next door could take care of it. I was surprised Mercedes-Benz would take care of my car, but I said, "sure!". The team members at Mercedes-Benz were professional and kind. They even washed my car! Awesome!! I was very impressed with the great service and care I received. Kudos to Mercedes-Benz of Chantilly!!

I was initially worried when i saw the reviews for this benz location but if you go I highly recommend asking for Milton. He was our advisor and I can t say enough good things about him. He was very kind and patient with all of our questions and he s such a sweet soul. Milton is our favorite and I wouldn t go to any other advisor.

My most recent service experience at Mercedes of Chantilly was wonderful. Even throughout the hiccups, Milton and the staff under his leadership went above and beyond to ensure all issues were resolved and that I was a happy customer! Milton was incredibly helpful, kind and patient with all of my concerns. His efficient and detailed oriented customer service is far above any I have experienced at the dealership. He is always available and responds quickly to phone calls and emails; this is something that had not been my experience at other local Mercedes dealerships before my recent visit as sometimes other staff had taken hours or days to return my call. I will continue to bring my vehicle to Mercedes of Chantilly and will continue to work with Milton as long as I own a Mercedes and live in the DMV!
