The service team at the Chantilly Mazda location is great! The team is always friendly and will go the extra mile for you and your car. Very disappointed in Mazda s service department. I scheduled an oil change well in advance but when I came into the shop at 7:30am, the rep told me they changed my appointment to the following day. I m usually happy with my services but this time I m actually pretty upset. Three out of my four rims are scratched. Mild scratches but still very upsetting. Before I get asked could it possibly be from hitting a curb, no the starches are too close to the bolts area, which I m assuming happened when the tires were taken off to rotate them. One of my tires are also misses one of the air tire caps. I m leaving this review so the services department can pay more attention because this is why I d usually take it here.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Always a pleasant experience. Employees are friendly and attentive. Although I could service my car anywhere, I trust they will deliver the best service and take care of my CX-3.
