I purchased a Prius from Sergio and Dennis back in February, and it was the best car buying experience I ve ever had. I immediately started telling everyone I know how amazing this place is! I honestly can t say enough about how grateful I am and how wonderful making this purchase was. KADS makes buying a car easy and stress-free! Sergio is not only the most honest and fair dealer I ve ever been around, but he also goes above and beyond to make sure you get exactly what you are looking for. I felt so comfortable from the start and I never once felt pressured to buy anything. I have put over 20,000 miles on this car since I bought it in February and I have had no issues at all! Kamy and his partner Sergio are easy to talk to and helpful. There was not much hassle getting a used car. It was helpful and good of them to offer a warranty for the car. Talking with them time after time. can't say enough good things about these guys. they were super kind and helpful, and more than willing to work with me on various complications. great dudes that you can trust have your interests at heart.

The family running this business are the most friendly and helpful people out of any dealership I ve been to. I test drove a Prius and I only had some very minor cosmetic issues with it. I was going to get the car regardless, but they fixed every concern I had, for no extra cost, before I paid or was locked into anything. They made sure that I was happy with the car first and updated me with pictures as each thing was fixed. This is also the only dealership that lists the Prius trim levels correctly. Every other dealership I went to would list the car with features that it didn t have, this car was exactly as advertised. The car looks and drives great, the service was great, I couldn t have gone to a better dealership.

BEWARE If i could give them no stars I would BEWARE ITS A SCAM. They committed fraud twice they took a inquiry I made on there website and took a loan out in my name along trapped me in a contract with them and gave me a lemon car. Them they made two payments in my name it s was a predatory loan. I wish I never took a inquiry with this company.

When we moved back to NOVA from overseas a year ago ago we quickly bought 3 different Toyota vehicles from three different dealerships. From the time of purchase through today, KADS Auto has proven to be by far the best.This was our first hybrid. They were SUPER patient through all of my questions (and I had a lot), were extremely reasonably priced, and went out of their way to make a few cosmetic changes to the vehicle for us - that's what really sold us; we knew that they were paying attention to the little things.In the last year, the car has had a few hiccups. I don't blame the dealership; that's just how things go sometimes. Through all of that, they have been fantastic about taking care of us, and repairing the car basically at cost or below. They've lived up to their service warranty. Right now I'm looking to offload one of those other cars I purchased from a far less capable used car dealer. When I do, I'll be purchasing my next vehicle from KADS. They're that good.

I couldn't wait to get this review on here, Sergio and Dennis helped me get my car I honestly have to say that this place is a 10/10, they had so much patience, and they answered all of my questions, as a first time buyer, they were super assuring and really clear about the whole process and I really appreciate them being able to get me through this process smoothly!!

Purchased a 2004 Prius almost 2 years ago and during the purchasing process there was no sense of pressure to purchase and instead I was met with detailed information about the car.Sergio and his team took care of any questions/concerns I've had immediately ever since!!I would recommend/have recommended KADS to anyone looking for an used car dealership as the customer service is excellent and you can be confident in purchasing with them.

Friends,Yesterday, I rolled out 2019 Toyota Sequoia from this great stable. It was a pleasant experience from the beginning till the end. Here is why...when I arrived, the car was ready for test drive. When I asked many many questions, answers came with patience. When I negotiated, it was accepted. Overall, the young team there are very friendly, customer centric and delightful. Sharing this, so that you may also enjoy the same experience.Keep up the good work KADS..!!

We just bought a Prius from KADS and it was a very pleasant experience. Sergio and his brother were extremely helpful. They're exactly the opposite of the "slimy used car dealer" stereotype. They know the cars, especially Prius inside out and know how to get the most out of them. The car we bought has 180k miles on it but you wouldn't be able to guess from the way it drives. Sergio helped us fix small issues with the car without any extra cost. They provide warranties on all the cars they sell, which is super helpful if you are buying a used car for the first time.

They take care of you, like your family!!!!I bought a prius from them a year and a half ago every experience with them starting from the beginning, has been amazing. Great customer service, and reliable cars. The only time I had an issue with my car, they told me to bring it in and they took care of me. If you re looking for a Prius, this is the place to go!

Very happy with the purchase. Didn t babysit me for the test drive. Fair price. Hassle free and even made arrangements to deliver to me in Frederick, MD. Plus, they handled title, tags and inspection for Maryland. Small family business but with the convenience of a large dealership - electronic signing and one of the few small independents that offer a free warranty.

First time car buyer with minimal knowledge about vehicles - Sergio Sorto is the most honest car dealer I have encountered, in the truest sense of the word. Respectful and very knowledgeable, while balancing that with being understanding (yet upfront) of your financial standings.I am lucky to have brought my car from KADS Auto Group. Great used cars dealership and great people. KADS Auto Group helped me throughout the entire process, from test driving, to closing in on a deal and even on maintenance afterward. They are not salesman, they are genuine people who will help you get a good deal on a car. They are very open to listening and conversing about the car that you want and/or need from the main parts to the specs. I highly recommend talking to Sergio Soto or Dennis Soto, who will guide you into getting great value on the car. Overall, it was a great experience and if you're in the market for a used car and especially a used Prius, you NEED to buy a car from KADS Auto Group.

By far the most informed car dealer I have been to. These guys know the ins and outs of every Toyota. My next car will definitely be a Prius! They know how to make them last - everyone in the shop drives one with 200k+ miles. So from a budget mobile to a newer one, they've got you covered!

100% recommended!! Sergio and Dennis were extremely helpful and courteous. I ve been buying selling cars for 10 years and this was my best experience by far. They are genuinely nice people and for sure won t surprise you with hidden fees. Best part: they got me 3 years of warranty on my hybrid battery and 2 years on engine and transmission!! Who does that on used cars!

I m just very sad and regretful about this purchase. For my first car, I wish I had made a different choice. I recently considered selling it and got quotes from three different places and to my surprise, the maximum quote was $4000. Only 3 months after purchasing it for $9262 (price of car, dealership processing fee, tax, title, registration and tags). Now I wake up everyday agonizing about the huge financial loss I ll incur when I sell it and the more I wait, the more it ll further depreciate. It s painful every time I think about it.

My son bought his first car. This is a great dealership for Toyota Prius. They won't pressure you at all. We were allowed to take as much time as we needed to decide on which one my son wanted. Dennis helped us throughout. Thank you for your patience, time and making the process successful. He was very helpful answering my son's questions. Excellent customer service! The BEST car buying experience I have ever had. The guys at KADS -- Sergio & Dennis -- are personable, personal, polite, & ready to assist in any way. My husband and I drove three hours here to get a Prius and it was absolutely worth it. All the guys were super patient with us through the whole process because there had to be a lot of planning involved. We got there and Sergio was so helpful and personable; he showed us how all the ins and outs of the car we wanted and we chatted while we did paperwork. The prices you see include all the fees and the costs. He checked the Prius and made sure anything wasn't out of place before we got off the lot. We also immediately traded in our old car there and the process was super easy. We will absolutely be coming back!

Amazing prices and amazing people! I bought a 2005 Prius from them for a great price. Before purchasing, I took it to a Toyota dealer to get it inspected. It came back needing some work, and Sergio and Dennis generously offered to perform all of the work for no additional cost on the car, and had the car state inspected for me. They are fair, honest and extremely accommodating. Do not hesitate to shop with Dennis and Sergio at Kads auto group

Great car buying experience!If car buying was anything like fast food, this guys would definitely be my favorite food spot. Their honesty and openness to share about the car you re buying. And also I dare you to look for how many used car dealers can match their warranty. Just bought a Prius V from them and took it through Md inspection and you know how some mechanics feel like they are obligated to fail you, they failed me for one tire that is almost new but I didn t want to argue. Called them up and they re like no worries I ll order some for you right away. Just love them.

Just got a beautiful Prius from KADS early this week. They have a decent selection of fuel efficient cars. Sergio was super helpful and accommodating, he knows his cars in and out, very friendly guy to work with. The car we bought comes with 24K miles/2yrs powertrain, 36K miles coverage for its battery at NO extra cost. This is huge piece of mind for getting our first used Prius. I feel comfortable and will come back here when we are ready for another car.

My partner and I have bought 2 Toyota Priuses from KADS and definitely recommend shopping there. Sergio provides a friendly, no-pressure, informative and very helpful experience. He handled all of the tag/title/reg work with MD MVA even though KADS is in VA... and he even pulled a dent out of my old car for free so that when I sold it, the buyer (not KADS) wouldn't reduce the amount paid.

Best car dealership experience you ll ever have. Dennis the sales person was friendly and attentive, Sergio the mechanic was funny and efficient. Got an amazing deal with amazing an warranty that came in handy when my catalytic converter was stolen and they replaced it for free! Saved me $250 so thanks KADS, I love you<3

If you re in the market for a used car, this is the place to go! After hearing stories about people getting gypped buying used cars I was nervous about finding someone I could trust. KADs was probably the 4th or 5th place I looked at and at first it seems very unassuming and kind of odd. It s located in an area populated with a large number of used car dealers and the building it s housed in, has maybe 4 or 5 other used dealers.Most, if not all of the cars showcased show the price and are often accompanied with a carfax report. Sergio was very honest with me as he helped me select a car, pointing out ones that I liked and steering me away from ones that didn t match my criteria. I had picked out several cars from their website beforehand and he patiently walked me through each one.After test driving a few cars, I was wavering between two and I explained that I d driven 2 hours to get to him and he was completely understanding. He offered to let me test out one of the cars for a few days and if I liked it, to just let him know. He also allowed me during the trial period to take it to my mechanic back at home and get it checked out and offered to fix anything that needed work in-house. After driving home, I discovered a couple of problems with one of the tires. One needed immediate attention so I paid for it out of pocket but when Sergio found out, he offered to compensate me. I took the car back to him and he fixed the other issues my mechanic found and some small cosmetic things I had noticed, free of charge as we agreed upon.I ve had the car for a few weeks now and everything drives smoothly. Sergio was amazing to work with and put me completely at ease during the whole process. He never tried to oversell me on anything and was quick to point out if a certain vehicle was over budget and was extremely reasonable when it came to repairs and other concerns. If I m ever in need of another car, KADs is where I ll go and this is where I would recommend my friends to go. Not only are his cars in good condition but he s someone you can trust through the entire car buying process.

Dishonest dealers, don't waste your time. The salesmen who "helped" me purchase my vehicle lied to me and told me the rust and corrosion on the rotors was caused by the "acid wash" they use to clean their wheels and that the brakes were fine. Even gave me an inspection sheet showing they were fine. Well, ten minutes on the road and the entire car shakes. Took the vehicle back home and both mechanics I consulted looked at the rotors and immediately told me they were bad. That's not the worst part. 28 days after purchase, LESS THAN A MONTH, and the transmission blew. I have consulted with my attorney and will be seeking legal recourse. Do not do business with KADS. They are dishonest, shady, and will tell you whatever you want to hear to sell a vehicle. Crooks.
