We just went to get an oil change, when we first pulled up never got greeted and acted very racist we asked for an oil change he just says go inside, so we go as asked then he comes in very rudely and says 150.00 when it s normally 80.00 at the other jiffy lube off of 50 we were still talking he walked away very poor customer service so we got in our car an left! If he was having a bad day he shouldn t have taken it on his customers! I told his rude self he didn t have to be so rude and he just sat there looking angry! If you are not Indian don t go to this place they are very racist!

Shout out to Gary, manager on 1/27, who quickly and very nicely topped off my low engine oil and got me on my way. Didn't charge me a thing, but made sure all was right with my car as it was a first for me to have that light come on. Couldn't have asked for a better experience on a busy Saturday. I highly recommend this location.

Prepare to be judged and given the worst attitude when coming here to ask general questions or concerns. As someone who has never encountered an issue with them before, I was left in shock by the treatment of this place. No service was done as they were unable to fix the problem and when backing out the man helping me was making a face and throwing his hands up as he seemed annoyed that I wasted his time. Truly disappointing and disgusted by the reaction. Went somewhere else and got the problem fixed with no judgement or attitude. I recommend to avoid this place if you want great customer service.

I like that this Jiffy Lube is new and doesn't get crowded - yet. The staff is highly skilled, they get me out quickly, and I believe the prices are fair.

I came for an oil change and had a problem with my squeaky belt. Thankfully Tahien and Gary were able to diagonse and fix the problem. Would recommend if you have any problems!

They need to change their hours of operation to 8:30am. The employees get there around 8am but hang out until 8:30am, regardless of customers waiting in the service lane.

My tire blew on 50 with a crying infant in the car. It was Sunday and this was the only place open nearby open. The manager, Gary, happily put on my spare tire free of charge. This kind gesture will guarantee I bring my business back here in the future!Service: TiresService: Tires

JiffyLube #03849, Chantilly, VA is absolutely phenomenal and the BEST I ve ever experienced! From the moment I arrive they are cheerful, hospitable staff, and knowledgeable professionals who 'listen' to the client's needs and propose a viable course of action. The 'Jiffylube' is confusing, as the mass populace infers just an 'oil change,' which is demonstratively incorrect. JiffyLube's #03489, Chantilly, VA is hands down FANTASTIC! Highly recommend! Very friendly and down to earth people! I bought a car a couple months ago and went to jiffy lube for a regular oil change and tire rotation where I was told that it didn t even have bolts holding in the strut tower. It s highly dangerous, especially after all the unaware driving I had done. These guys went out of their way to help get us on our way safely as quickly as possible. They even went to autozone to get the bolts and installed/temporarily fixed it for me, no extra charge. Even got great advice and a detailed receipt for proof to take to my dealership. Can t recommend this jiffy lube enough, no other location can compare. It s nice to come across good people, especially on a bad day! Made a big headache a little less stressful, and made sure I d be able to get to work the next day. I was at Jiffy Lube today for an oil change for my Alfa Romeo Stelvio suv and the service provided by the Miles was great.I highly recommend it and of course I will be back. I use to go to Arlington but not anymore lol

I brought my parent's car there for an oil change, which went fine and they did a good job. However, they tried to upsell me on a tire rotation, which was performed less than 1000 miles ago.In re: Jiffy's response, the rotation was done at Costco with a corresponding sticker on the windshield, I think simply by looking at the tread or when affixing the JL sticker the would've indicated a rotation was not necessarily.

Very rarely do I post anything here. The cost of oil change here is now $100 for synthetic. In addition they did not honor military discount of 15% as stated on website. Great customer service from Mr. Gonzalez and one of his staff members last night (I did not get his name). I got there right after their closing hours but they still went out of their way to help me with my emergency. That is an outstanding customer service. Thank you both!
