Matt helped me find and install a battery for my Toyota Camry hybrid. Mechanics struggled to find the right one, and I was referred to a dealer. A buddy who works at a dealership referred me to this interstate batteries location and he was right. It was so quick and easy and very affordable too. Probably saves myself $300 and 6 hours of time coming here for. High quality battery. Installation was quick and easy. This is my new battery shop! Matt is super great to work with.

Just needed a watch battery replaced and was completely pleased with the service I received: prompt, courteous and extremely reasonable with regards to costs. Will certainly do business with them again. Great store and staff.

This place is fantastic just as the previous reviews cite! Matt was super helpful to identify and explain different battery models for my vehicle over the phone. Showed up and Matt had it ready to go. My car is up and running perfectly again. I ve always upgraded to Interstate batteries in my sports cars and have purchased from distributors. Great to find that there are Interstate branded stores. This is now my go-to shop. Thank you very much for the excellent support, Matt!!!

We needed some specialty replacement batteries for a power wheelchair, and we needed them quickly! The staff here was awesome, trying to organize the van hand-offs and everything in order to get the batteries to the right place for us in time.When we arrived, the staff member was extremely helpful in preparing the new batteries to go into the wheelchair, which was trickier than we had realized. It was nice having someone experienced there to assist!We even unexpectedly left with a great little multi-tool pocket knife, because they have a little bit more there than just batteries.We were really impressed with the helpful nature of this company overall, wish them all the best, and would highly recommend them!

Unexpected outstanding service when I needed a quick battery replacement on short notice on the Monday morning after the Thanksgiving weekend and needed my car for work travel.Matt was promptly open at 7 AM and ready to help to QUICKLY solve the problem. The pro rate from my original Interstate battery was applied to the new AGM replacement. Upgraded battery price and installation was fair and reasonable. Interstate Battery is the type of company that I will do repeat business and refer to friends and family. Thanks, Matt for making a difference.

I can t say enough about this business and the service! The manager, Matt D. went out of his way to help me when my car battery died on my way to my new job! Mat did the install himself and I even made it to work on time! It s hard to find such good service- people who care about what they do and have empathy for those seeking assistance. I went in to purchase acid for our batteries but turns out we didn't need the acid. Matt went above and beyond and stopped by our warehouse to check the batteries. In the end, the conclusion is to replace at least two batteries out of 4. Yes on the list to get them replaced and will definitely go back to the store to get all 4 batteries of scissor lift replaced.

My car battery died yesterday and previous shop where I replaced my battery were no where near as helpful as this shop in replacing it. I called and spoke with Matt and he was REALLY helpful. Brought my car in and Matt took care of me and took the time to go over questions. Such a positive experience all the way around. I highly recommend this place!

Matt, the manager at this location. He is very knowledgeable and he knows what he's doing when it comes to what you need for your battery? He's more than willing to help and if they don't have the battery they will call another interstate battery to see if they have it in stock. He will bend over backwards to help you out in any way he possibly can

Matt Dillinger went over and beyond to help me with having a battery checked that i purchased from another interstate dealer in my location. battery was at a BMW dealership close to his location to save me the 1.5 hr travel each way because I did not live in the area. Matt kept me informed step by step and found battery checked out good and returned to dealership with a copy of test results. Hats off for a committed employee that values interstate battery customers.

I wanted to find a replacement for a specific Japanese vehicle battery only available in North America at a much elevated price through the auto dealer. Matt and Garrett were very knowledgeable on their products, patient, and helpful in assisting me find a solution that met the performance, size, and venting specifications needed in my situation at a much more reasonable price than the dealer was asking. Thank you!!Whenever I need a battery in the future, Chantilly Interstate Battery will be where I head.

Great customer service. I left feeling like this company invests a lot in their employees' education of batteries and battery systems and encourages them to impart their knowledge and passion to their customers. A manager here named Seymour explained to me how the battery, alternator, etc work and it helped me understand to the point that I didn't feel intimidated to work on my friend's car on my own and got it running without having to purchase a new battery.I never felt like I was getting a sales pitch (considering I didn't end up needing to purchase a battery, but the knowledge I left with is invaluable in my life and impressed upon me more value in the brand). It was also valuable to learn about the difference in warranty and available services related to buying an Interstate Battery from Costco vs buying directly from Interstate!Considering purchasing a battery is not an activity most people do regularly, the experience and interaction I had w Interstate has been etched in my mind as one worth promoting their brand in any future instances where friends and acquaintances have to do anything related to their auto/marine/special/ etc batteries.

This location has amazing customer service. Explained my issue to Adam over the phone and instantly was trying his very best to help me. soon as i arrived to the location Adam also advised me on how to properly charge a particular deep cycle agm battery and provided the best customer service I have seen as I work in retail as well and know the difficult situations the employees go through. Definitely go to interstate for all your battery needs with the best service.

With the recent cold weather and the lack of daily usage of my wife's suv, her car battery was low and was not starting. I contacted Adam at the store and he walked me through the possible reasons and suggested I come by the store to test the battery (battery was less than a year old). I stopped by today and Adam tested the battery and quickly determined that the battery should be replaced.This was one of the easiest and most customer friendly experiences in recent memory. Adam's friendly demeanor and professionalism made this experience that much more pleasant. He is a real asset to this business.

Ladies and gentlemen,This is my one and only review, ever.Yesterday I was stranded in front of the nearby big box shopping store with a dead battery in my 20-year old truck. I did purchase an Interstate battery from this location a few years ago. I was out of town for several months this past summer, so I charged the battery when I got home, no problem, but it did need a jump start. A friend did rescue me and my truck and we drove right over to this location.Greg was working the store and I gave him the rundown. He had me drive my truck around back and he did the usual tests on the battery. It was holding a charge but just not enough. He said he could prorate a new battery since the 24-month warranty had passed, but still within the 5-year performance window. So we installed a new one.My friend offered to pay since I am out of work at the moment. Greg gave me a quote a few minutes earlier, but at the counter he worked some kind of magic on the register and low and behold the new quote was indeed incredibly lower! Awesome!Now, I cannot say if Greg is able to do this for every customer, but I am so grateful he was there. Yes, these are tough times for a lot of us, and I will pass on my good fortune from Greg to someone else that could use a helping hand. Karma is a real thing and Greg has some good things coming to him!Thank you very much, Greg at Interstate Batteries!

Nice folks, excellent service. I had an interstate battery that failed prior to its warranty period. The guys at this shop took my car back, and not just replaced the battery but also cleaned the acid and corrosion in the battery pan from that failed battery, then sprayed an anticorrosive agent. They made it like new. I will definitely do business again with this store in the future.

I went here to get my batteries replaced after some issues with Olympus. They were able to get my batteries replaced quickly. I also was looking at a new portable jumper pack as mine was not performing well. Instead of trying to get me to buy a new pack they recommended i get a new battery for the one I have. They may not have made as much as they could have but I will definitely be buying my batteries only from them from now on. I hope that they continue to provide great customer service and people appreciate it. They have great batteries and a good warranty system but make sure you go to the distributor.

Although this was a contact free facility and I had to stay outside the store, they provided excellent customer service. They answered all of my questions and also provided a few tips. They helped me purchase the best battery for a reasonable price. I drove from DC to VA and will go back there for my next battery.

The whole team is a pleasure. We get batteries 2-4 times each month. They have made every effort to ensure we were able to help our customers. They have delivered multiple types of very expensive, similar batteries just to make sure I had the type required on hand. They have made same day deliveries when needed. My customers depend on their powerchairs and scooters. We are thankful Dan and crew have our backs.

Needed a battery so I called Interstate and spoke with Adam. Adam was very knowledgeable and helpful, he helped me make an informed decision. I been used car dealer for last 19 years , I dealt with so many battery seller and wholesaler . my experience with this company and more specifically Chantilly branch of Interstate been the best ever . I would definitely recommend these guys for any batt need . remote fob, vehicle batt , charger , jumper , you name it they have it. beside large selection and inventory , they best customer service , great attitude , friendly , professional , knowledgeable ,.... try them out , then you will see what I am talking about . I met the manager Mr. Dan Lee few times , super nice gentleman. wish these guys best , God bless

Garrett and Adam are awesome! Didn't have the battery I needed in stock, so we special ordered it over the phone. Came in 2 days later. Highly recommend these guys!
