Brought a car here for a pre-inspection. Had an appointment and walked in 10 minutes early and was immediately helped. Inspection took about 20-25 minutes but was very thorough with a detailed report. Then Willie walked me through all their findings with the car and ultimately steered me away from a lemon, which saved me a lot of headache. Felt professional and trustworthy.Service: Vehicle Inspection

There the Best most thero auto Mechanics I've ever been to. They found stuff on my car. That 2 other places wanted thousands of dollars to fix. It fixed it for a hundred dollars .

These guys were great! I had them install a new Corsa cat back exhaust on my 2016 Suburban. They had me in and out in about an hour or less. Very friendly and fast service.

Had a giant nail in the tread of my front tire and I was on rt50 and stopped in here and they literally repaired it in less than 10 min! They charged only $20 for the service and I would definitely go back there 10/10! Thanks guys!Service: TiresService: Tires

What an amazing business. I hired this company to complete a pre-purchase inspection for a vehicle I wanted to purchase from a local dealer. This would have been an out of state purchase for me so I was nervous and wanted to get a pro to review the vehicle. Chris was the mechanic that did the assessment of the vehicle. Was absolutely blown away with his attention to detail and all the things he caught that were not on the car fax. They saved me a lot of money as well as the aggravation of purchasing a vehicle with problems and a lot of codes. 11 in total. The price of the inspection was more than fair. I could rate this company 10 out of 5 they are that good. If you want a reliable mechanic that knows what he is doing ask for Chris.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

As a young female who isn t as familiar with the intricacies of a car, I can say confidently and comfortably that I am in safe hands with Dulles South Chantilly Automotive. I have gone to them for about 3 years now, and I have never once felt pressured to be up-charged for a service not necessary, have been treated respectfully, and have been given swift satisfaction with all services I have come here for. Additionally, if it could not get better, the pricing is also the best around. This is why I highly recommend Dulles South Chantilly Automotive to all of my friends and loved ones, and want those who are trying to figure out the best place to receive car service to not have to look any further. Wanted to take the time to show Chris and his boys over at Dulles South Auto some love. My wife and I moved to the area about two years ago and have been taking our cars there since. I ve had some bad experiences with auto mechanics in past but these guys are exceptional and I would definitely recommend to anyone. Knowledgeable and Friendly Staff! They'll take care of you and your Car! Their Pricing is very Reasonable when compared to others (dealerships) in the DC Metro Area. They Deal with Maintaining and Repairing Domestics, Imports (Both Asian & European), Antiques and High End Sports/Super Cars.

100% absolutely recommend this shop for any of your mechanical needs. They are honest, straight-forward, and fairly priced. They won't try to upsell you services you don't need and if something isn't worth the money to fix they will let you know. I will definitely be taking my future vehicles here because I feel like this is one of the few places that can be trusted in the auto repair industry. Came in three separate times in the span of a month and each time I came in they failed me and told me more things I had to fix which were and have been on the car before they saw it the first timeEdit: Just got a second opinion and passed without changing a thing and was told they don t know why they kept failing me

Dulles South Chantilly Automotive has serviced my 2004 Lincoln since 2008 and continue to keep it in excellent mechanical condition.I told them in the beginning I pay my bill, put gas in the tank and drive the vehicle, the rest is up to them.They give me advance notice when they think repairs will be necessary in the near future including tires.The service I have received for many years is excellent.A truly friendly and caring business.They take excellent care of my vehicle. Can't say enough great things about them, they are the best.I have great confidence in everything they do and are excellent in every way. When my electric seat failed to go back and forth no problem they were able to get the part do the repair and it works great. They are the very best and really know vehicles in every aspect.So happy they are my auto repair shop.Jean Porter

Quick diagnoses and service turn around. Repair costs were fair and reasonable. The customer service was spot on. The customer part of the shop was clean! I would definitely use them again. Hands down, the most professional, honest and friendly business I have ever worked with. These folks always fit me in if I need something resolved quickly. Otherwise, they set up an appointment that works best for my schedule, not necessarily their schedule. And they do keep in touch to let me know what's going on with my car. I have recommended Dulles South Chantilly Automotive to many of my friends and neighbors and will continue to do so. These folks are top notch and are grateful for your business. We bring all of our cars here and have done so for years. You won't find a better auto shop or more knowledgeable people anywhere!

We have taken all our our cars here. They have taken care of everything - big problems to simple routine maintenance and inspections. I always drive away confident that the work and charges were appropriate! I also always receive a follow up via text to make sure I am happy with the work! Additionally, Dulles South Chantilly Automotive supports our community! If you are looking for a place to have your car fixed or maintained, I highly recommend you go here! They have that unique small town feel with great service and great pricing!

My cars have been with Chantilly automotive for more than a decade and I ve received consistently stellar service. They re timely, call with estimates before performing the work, take the time to explain the issues, and do a great job to keep my old cars running. Everyone is always nice and the WiFi in the waiting room is a great perk when I m waiting for service. I just recommended the shop to my mom and sister and figured I should come online and post the recommendation publicly as well.

I used to work at shop when I was in high school back in Ohio. Run by really honest mechanics, a family business. Only place I would ever take my car or send people... For 15 years since moving to Virginia I have been looking for good, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and honest mechanics who ran a good business and didn't try and break the bank every time you come in. I finally found it with Willie and team at Dulles South. I have been floored with the 4x I have had service there since I discovered them. Reasonable price/complementary services/confidence in the work performed. So grateful to them. Everyone should be comfortable going to Willie and Dulles South. Know you will be treated right.

I was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Dulles South Chantilly Automotive. I came in for a state inspection and the service was performed quickly and professionally. I was also in need of new tires, and I was able to drop ship tires from Tire Rack to be installed here. They were very accommodating of my schedule and provided excellent service and a reasonable price.

Have lived in more than 5 states and have gotten service with over 50 car repair shops. This gotta be the BEST service I have ever gotten. Extremely Honest, reliable and customer-centric business. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE NEEDING REPAIR WORK/ emissions/ inspections etc.

I have a 15 year old car with over 300k miles and my experience with this shop has been all positive. I get the explanation that I need to make an informed decision. The work is done timely and night drop off is very convenient.They are courteous both before and after payment. I love that they check up to see if all is well after the repair.

Outstanding work and customer service. Had an aftermarket exhaust system put on and new tires mounted/balanced and it was done less than two hours. They kept me in the loop of the status the whole time, asked me if I wanted to keep my stock exhaust, gave me the warranty card, talked to me about keeping the tires balanced correctly and in good shape going forward. Truck was due for inspection and they through that in there as part of the original (low) total cost. Comfortable waiting area as well. Two thumbs up! Will be back again for sure. Thanks!

Excellent service. They saved me from buying a vehicle that was unsafe. During a pre purchase inspection they found multiple things wrong with the vehicle I was thinking about purchasing. Not only did they find things that were simply unsafe they noticed somethings that were illegal about the vehicle and notified VA State Police. The inspection was comprehensive and they explained everything about it to me. Service great and ultimately they recommended for me to not buy the vehicle. I highly recommend this shop.

Dulles South Chantilly Auto came HIGHLY recommended, so I tried them out.I was very impressed!Honest, friendly, affordable, knowledgeable care. I m very happy to recommend Dulles South, they have been my go to shop for my Lexus. Always timely, honest, reasonably priced (I ve had a lot of work done by them but they have never tried to squeeze me for money or unnecessary work), knowledgeable and the best customer service (they have always followed up to check on their work and do not give up until the issue is solved). I went in today to get new HID bulbs put in and Willy also cleaned the headlights -complimentary. And it s always a pleasure talking and dealing with Chris.
