I had an excellent experience buying a car here. I drove from the white mountains of New Hampshire to pick up a 2005 Hyundai Sonata GLS and it was even better than I had hoped for. Abdul met me on Christmas eve to sign papers and pick up the car. I drove it back to NH with no problem. Best experience I've had with a dealership, and I will most likely buy from them again when I need a car in the future. Totally worth the trip. 10/10 would recommend.

Purchased a used Subaru almost a month ago and had an excellent experience. Everyone at this business was very respectful to my teen daughter (she handled all the shopping around, making phone calls, scheduling appointments, etc. I showed up to nod my head and sign the papers). She found a quality vehicle at their shop at a very competitive price. There was never a moment of pressuring sales tactics, they happily let us test drive the car multiple times over multiple days, and they didn't call to harass us about coming back. They quickly acknowledged some minor issues we noted with the vehicle, added them to the sales paperwork, and resolved them promptly after our purchase. They followed up with us to check that we were satisfied. When we need to buy our next vehicle we will definitely be stopping at Damas Auto first.

My experience with Damas Auto was great. I always wanted an SUV as my next car, and I was interested in the 2012 Hyundai Veracruz AWD it was the dream car I wanted after I paid off my Hyundai Sonata. I worked with Abdul and Ayham during the process, and they were great. One thing I liked about both was they didn t pressure me when it came to buying the car which is what I liked as some other dealerships try and find ways to make the sale it was my decision and mine alone. They don t do any negotiations on price as they base it on the Market Value of the car which was fair as the Veracruz was below Market Value. One thing to note they don t do Financing at the dealership so you would need to pay with Cash, Check, or go through your banking to get a loan for the car. As I was waiting for my bank to approve my car loan to get the vehicle Abdul went above and beyond to provide me the necessary information to provide to my bank for me to get the loan. He also informed me that someone was interested in purchasing the Veracruz and was coming in the next day to purchase it. That was very nice of him to inform me as he didn t have to do it as he wasn t holding the car for me. I was able to get the car that I wanted. They had to get my emissions done on the car, so I had to pick it up the next day Ayham also went above and beyond by taking care of my Uber to go back to the dealership to pick it up. Overall great experience the Veracruz was very clean, fully loaded, and in great condition. The last thing I would say is if you are interested in a car with Damas Auto make an appointment as it s only the two of them that way you re not waiting to be helped.

Recently purchased a vehicle from Damas Auto and I would recommend them. They re super friendly, knowledgeable and upfront. No sales pressure. No tactics.I was buying a somewhat unique older model, low mile vehicle and they allowed me to do a PPI.The vehicle has had no issues after 2-3 weeks and really happy I found them.They re in a very competitive market and location, but unlike others they really care about their reputation and seem to find quality cars to sell. Bought a 2009 Hyundai Elantra from Damas and the whole process was super easy. There was no hard sell, they had the car ready for me to test drive when I arrived, and the paperwork process took less than 30 minutes. That was a big change from other dealerships I've been to where the buying process could take half a day. Damas did a lot of work on the car before I bought it, and when I took it to my mechanic for the emissions inspection, he was very impressed about what good shape the car was in. Very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend Damas to others.

Purchased a 05 Subaru Impreza Outback with 70k miles. The detail crew at Damas is top notch! The car looked great inside and out and you would never guess it was near 20 years old. The Sales team was able to hold the vehicle for 1 week with a small deposit and was able to get me a new wiper and CV axle the same day I picked up the car. They helped to register and pay the taxes at no extra cost and even FedEx'd the plates to me when they came in. Great Team and Experience!!!

Recently I bought 2012 town country van from damas Auto and I would recommend them . they're super friendly and upfrontThey are helping me a lot especially Abdelgadeer he is nice and friendly Guy.If there is more than five stars I will give it to them.

Sometimes buying cars from out of state can be difficult, but Damas Auto, LLC made it easy! I would recommend them to anyone looking purchasing a used car.

We have bought three cars from Damas Auto. Each experience as been very smooth. There was no pressure interactions with each sale. They answered all our questions regarding each purchase and made the process enjoyable and stress free. I highly recommend Damas auto. You won t be disappointed.

I bought a gold 2011 chevy cruz LT from Damas auto in Chantilly, the experience was amazing, I was in and out of the shop within minutes, the workers helped me understand a few details about my car, and the car was in perfect condition! It had 88k miles and the interior and exterior were perfect! I would highly recommended getting a car from this dealership. The price was right and the car is extremely smooth! I am very grateful to get a new car through Damas Auto, I have had the car for around 2-3 weeks and I have yet to see any problems or malfunctions with the vehicle. 10/10 !

I could not have asked for a better experience purchasing my car! The service was top notch. They were very accommodating and not pushy at all. They truly wanted to make sure that I was comfortable with the car and the purchase. I even went to another dealer, told them about the price/specs that Damas Auto was offering and the other dealer told me not to hesitate to buy! I would 100% recommend and they will be my first stop for my next car purchase!

We had a great experience with Damas Auto. They had a Mini that we liked and compared to all the other we looked at was in the best condition and had all of the service records for its life. They were upfront with everything and we had a pleasant experience. Would buy from them again.

We had been on the car search for months and thankfully we found Damas autos. Not only were they very helpful but they were upright and honest. I just purchased a 2012 subaru outback and it was super clean and just as described. I definitely will keep doing business here

All around great dealership amongst others who aren't as commidating. People were calling about purchasing the vehicle that I was purchasing with cash as we signed the papers, lol. The only thing rivaling the quickness in these guys getting you out the door with the vehicle you desire with a great deal is simply how fast the cars are leaving this lot! If you find a vehicle online you desire, do not hesitate to go in and test drive and purchase it or it will be gone. Quick with their service and test drives, they waste no time. The have vehicle information on hand for all of your questions and car maintenance/service records available, when and if available through carfax. They're honest and willing to meet you in the middle fulfilling your needs. Great attitudes and honesty that is rare in their expertise. I love the limited edition fully loaded luxury sedan I purchased and received a warranty with it (through another company because it was a used vehicle) but here's the catcher!!! Wait for it...The market value of the vehicle book value was over $1,500 more than what they sold it to me for!!! Just wow!!! Believe me ladies and gentlemen, there are many, many dealerships in this plaza, but if you don't drive towards the back right part of the third building in this plaza to Damas autos before close a deal on any vehicle in this area, you are nothing short of a fool after reading this. If/until anybody can prove to me otherwise, please take my word for it. Contact me and I will show you my vehicle, paperwork and receipts as proof that you're not making a mistake going to this dealership. I will be coming back here in a couple weeks to trade in my girlfriend's vehicle to purchase again!!!

I had a very straightforward and easy experience. Anything I noticed was fixed before I took the car. All their vehicles were clean and well kept. Very accommodating and nice people, definitely recommend.

2010 BMW 3 SERIES 335i xDriveVIN: WBAWC7C52AE271192Car looked very good and amazing but once you drive it far enough the car goes into LIMP MODE. I was telling driving it and the car lost power and they still continue to attempt to sell the vehicle. DON T BUY or WASTE YOUR TIME

I flew from Georgia, bought a used KIA Forte from the dealer, tested out, and drove it back with no issues. JR responded to my emails rapidly and was friendly. If you fly into Dulles Airport, they will pick you up very attentive and professional staff. Very happy with the process, and I highly recommend DAMAS Auto.

Dealer experience was honestly better than going to most all OEM dealers. Car was super clean and in great shape and better prepared than a car I went to go look at the night before at an official OEM dealer.Sales process was very fast and easy. Really couldn t ask for anything more. Was a pleasure making the purchase with JR.

WARNING DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP I purchased a 2009 BMW Z4 and it was shipped to my home. After starting the vehicle upon arrival, there were 2 warning lights (engine and Headlight Problem) The engine light was from an emissions sensor which they reimbursed me. The headlight issue required me to take it to a BMW shop where they found it needed a new headlight, gasket and control unit. I spoke with the salesperson who said there were no headlight error lights when they shipped it. The pictures that were on their website clearly shows that there WAS a problem with the headlights because the display showed it. I am unable to get my state inspection and drive my vehicle until I get the repairs due to the lights working intermittently. I called and talked to the salesperson and was told that the manager would contact me and he has not. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP !!!!

We are very pleased with the overall experience: we were treated very well, we were given suggestions and a good deal.The whole process was smooth and fast and I am just super happy with it all.I absolutely love my car, I had my title shipped to me wishing the date range (as promised) and every time I call them with questions, they always call back.Will definitely go back for future purchases :)

Found a G37 on CarGurus that I wanted to check out that was at this dealership. I walked in on a monday afternoon and purchased the car within an hour. Drove it outta there with smile from ear to ear. Fluids were good, and car runs great, and you can tell the guys here are passionate car guys. Great to do business with, highly recommend!

I test drove a vehicle at Damas and noticed a few issues that I brought to the attention of the salesman. We spoke about the concerns and my interest in the vehicle. Later that evening, I received a call that the concerns were addressed and that the vehicle was ready to go! Upon my return to purchase the car I found all issues to be corrected. Excellent customer service during the transaction and even they even called a few days later make sure we were satisfied with the purchase and to offer any assistance!I would purchase from Damas AutoLLC again! Professional Staff! Thank you much!!

this place is horrible. rude and inexperienced. my family and i were treated poorly. a day after we bought a car from here it broke down and the check engine light came on. we took it back and they said it would be ready by 6pm latest. wasn t ready and didn t bother to call. on top of that the next day when my parents went in, the manager got all up in my dads face and tried to hit him. he also took the keys out of his hands and said he was going to cancel everything. my family and i have never had such a bad experience. i do not recommend this place to anybody.

So far so good! I'll update this review if anything changes. Bought a used Mini from the dealer and got superb customer service and even a free limited 3-month warranty which we weren't expecting. He took the time to explain how the car worked and didn't rush or pressure us to buy the car. He even repeatedly instructed us on how to take good care of the car (since it's a convertible). We had a few minor follow-up questions the next day and he texted promptly with all the information. This was a MUCH better experience than when we bought our new car from a different dealer. Again, if anything changes I'll update the review but so far we're 100% pleased with both the car and the experience!

My husband and I bought a 2019 VW EOS almost a month ago from Damas and the customer service was exceptional. he was very upfront about the car having some front end damage to it that was already fixed. We received a great price and car with no mechanical issues. I took into a VW dealership to get checked and serviced and they said the car was great.I will definitely come back and purchase another vehicle. If you are ever in the market to purchase a great car at an affordable price this dealership is it! They will always have me as a returning customer.

Bought an S550 here. Paid in full and had a couple lights pop on the dash while driving home (engine and TPMS). I was quite concerned and disappointed. I contacted them the next day and a couple trips to the shop later they fixed both issues and made things right. They didn't give me a hard time and were immediately willing to help. Can't speak on the longevity of the car yet, but that's not really their job. The car is clean and currently running well. More importantly they worked with me and offered to help remedy the issues with the car. Bought it for a fair price. Guys seemed genuine and honest. Overall, good experience thus far. Would buy here again if they had another car that fit my interest.

I just purchased my Honda Civic here last month and had a good experience and so far there haven't been any issues with my car. I had seen an ad for it online and when I came to check the car out in person they were very nice. I had concerns over a shaky rear view mirror and a small radio noise and they promised to have it fixed the next day and they did. Before I found Damas, I had gone to a few auto shops that were sketchy, selling faulty cars and not openly answering any concerns I had. I'm always wary about care salesman, but Damas came off as very honest people. They made me feel at ease by letting me know they were happy to thoroughly answer any questions/concerns I had.
