Always happy with the team here. They take excellent care of my Chevy Malibu I have great experience at Craftsman Auto Care Chantilly. Didn't spend tons to get the maintenance done on my Chevy. I always receive excellent service. Clean, prompt and great job. Highly recommend. I have been bringing my Chevy here since January 2023. Never ripped me off, cheaper than the dealer. Nice waiting room & bathroom always stay clean every time I visit . They offered me a ride to my job an everything. After a nine months of service still pleased and I do recommend to my friends & family. I love Craftsman Auto Care Chantilly this place saves me a ton of time and money. The place is spotless and very friendly!!! Very affordable and they keep my Chevy running smooth!!!

So, I needed a Safety Inspection and since it was the end of the month, I needed the inspection asap. Typically, places close to my home (Ashburn) have long lines (I was in Chantilly for another reason so thought I d check them out). Saturday morning 7:30am, I arrived. They open at 8:00am. An employee was there and says, you re the first person here . Thank goodness. I left my car and met a friend for coffee (since I already had plans to meet my friend). Craftsman Auto Care was a godsend to get my inspection done quickly.Handicap accessible and easy access to the front door.

10/23/23:I had to change my review to 1 star after I had another shop install my coilovers for me today and noticed that the BBS PFS hubcentric rings I had craftsman auto fix for me never got fixed. They told me they took care of it and was able to get it off and put on correctly, but they actually did not change anything. I spoke to Deshaun today to get an answer as to what happened and he told me that they all have cars with hub centric rings on so they know it was installed correctly yet, it wasn t installed correctly because BBS and fitment industries both told me that it was on backwards. I did not appreciate the miscommunication. I have cancelled my upcoming appointment with them and will not be coming back.I had another shop install my aftermarket wheels and they installed it wrong. Tin and Alejandro were able to get me in even though they were short staffed. Alejandro kept me updated throughout the whole process and Thomas took care of my wheels and my tires. The craftsman auto team is definitely the best and I will recommend everyone I know to come here to get service done.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations

Wow! Dashaun and Alejandro were such a joy to work with! From talking with each of them on the phone to when i brought my car in. They made the entire process really simple and easy to understand, and were honest with me about everything my car needed! The waiting area is really nice and cozy; it makes it feel like you re waiting at home and not sitting in the doctor s office! They offered many free amenities such as snacks, water, coffee, free Wi-Fi, chargers of all kinds and an awesome rewards program for repeat customers!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Brakes, Oil change

I visited Chantilly store yesterday. The manager JIQUON was so helpful. They are really good at their job and so professional. If you want your car care on safe hand you must take service from this store.

Prospective Customer: Black guy at the service desk; not friendly and patronizing. Told me that they do not conduct emissions tests at this location; then changed it to say that they do not over the weekend and to come back on Monday. All the while trying to imply that I did Not know what I was talking about when I said that Rapid Pass did not have slots ( wasn t open) today and that I would have to wait a few days.Ultimately, I did not appreciate his matter of fact attitude and he has definitely made me think twice about returning to this establishment.

I asked for a second opinion regarding recommended fixes by an authorized dealer/service center because the report seemed doubtful and the fees exorbitant. Craftsman did not disappoint. They always come back with a professional, honest recommendation. They don't recommend work that is unnecessary.

Met JK for the first time. He kept me informed on the progress of their work on my car. He was professional and personable and I will continue to do business with Craftsmanship. I always recommend them to my friends about their honesty and how they do not talk down to female customers as many places do. Thank you.

This is the best car servicing experience I have had. JK helped go through everything I needed to eventually service and there was no push or pressure to take care of everything at that visit. You get a report card of all the issues with your car with picture and videos. Will come back and tell all my friends

Got far more than expected in terms of what I requested vs what I got. My front end alignment went far beyond the original pricing yet the charge didn't change. Also, I got briefed on the car's condition and safety features quite thoroughly as they always do. Their goal is to "be the best shop available with the best technicians" is easily met. I want to thank Craftsman for going far beyond the expected.

It's what the auto repair experience should be!!A positive customer experience infused with technology and a people first mentality. I received a detailed report with pictures via text. Calls were answered promptly. The shop is immaculate, the staff was happy and cheery (even at the end of a work day) but most of all the work got done quickly and for a good value.I would highly recommend that you try Craftsman out.

Could not have had a better experience with the guys over at the Chantilly location. We had a pre-purchase inspection done on a car from a nearby dealership and they were very careful on their review of the car. The staff seemed to really care about making sure we were getting the right car and shared their advice on the vehicle. On top of all of that, they were super friendly! If we are in the area we will be going back!

Great experience at the Craftsman Auto Care in Chantilly. We were in a crunch trying to get a pre-purchase inspection done on a car and JK was able to fit us in. We didn t have to wait long. He was very friendly and gave us great feedback and advice. Highly recommend this location.

I've brought multiple cars here for everything from pre-racetrack event inspections, A/C repairs, alignments, and radiator replacements. The team here has worked on multiple cars of mine and provided excellent service, great communication, and top-notch care for both myself and my vehicles. I moved from the Chantilly area to across the Northern Virginia region and still make the effort to bring my cars here because of my trust in the technicians and staff.

Impeccable service and an even better price! To my surprise, my car needed a new transmission. The quote I received was 30% more than what I received from Craftsman. After making the decision to continue with the repair with Craftsman, the service was amazing. They had the job complete in less than 3 days! They are professionals, wanting to make their customers happy. Definitely, will be returning.

I had an issue with my vehicle on the way into work one morning and Craftsman got me right in. The techs were excellent and did a full diagnostic on my truck. They were able to diagnose the problem and repair my truck as I waited and I still was able to make it to work. Excellent job!

Just moved to the area and was looking for a new mechanic that I could trust. Everyone was incredibly honest and courteous plus everything was taken care of quickly. Highly recommend Craftsman. I will absolutely bring my cars back here for any future work that needs to be done and recommend to my family and friends.

Craftsman Auto Care is hands down the BEST automotive shop you could consider.The shop is EXACTLY what you re looking for when it comes to finding a place that you should feel comfortable with.the team is very considerate and VERY knowledgeable in their work and there s not a single thing they can t fix.HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Came in for a VA state safety inspection and oil change on a very tight schedule, they start working on it right the way. Despite issue arise (machine broken at emission inspection site) the team work efficiently and ask around for alternate site, and was able to get everything done ASAP, while I wait at their relaxing sunlit showroom. Shout out to Stacey and the team, super nice and professional, thanks to them I was able to make it for the appointment afterward.

Awesome experience. Dropped the wheels off and they had the tires mounted by the end of the day. No fuss, like it should be.They even took care to clean the wheels after mounting the tires. A nice touch, I'm used to getting them back with weird grease all over them at other places.Service: Tires

This place is awesome. Staff are all friendly, helpful and above all honewt and trustworthy.They keep you informed and provide text or email reports with photos of everything they do with your vehicle. I highly recommend them. My family won't go anywhere else!!

Jk is absolutely amazing my brakes were brand new but they were squealing so badly! He was able to explain to me in blonde what the problem was and got them fixed pretty quickly!

My van went in for a major oil leak and they diagnosed and repaired it. The mechanics and staff are through, the issues were explained to me and the oil leaks were resolved. They called the extended warranty company for me and it all went seamlessly.Thanks!

My mom's Subaru broke down (fuel pump) while I was out of town. Thank you for taking care of her. I have complete trust in Craftsman's work. I'm a technician and I wouldn't have sent her anywhere else.
