I purchased a 2018 dodge challenger about 6 months ago from here and it drives amazing! I waited a while to write a review to give me time to see how it performed. No major issues whatsoever. Smooth car, absolutely love it! The cars are of pretty good quality here and I'm glad because this was a car I'd really wanted for a long time. Sean who sold us the car was very very friendly and helpful. Was approved quickly and had the car in no time. Would definitely recommend Chantilly Auto Group as I'm very happy with them!!

We put a deposit of $500 on a car on November 3 but had a death in the family the very next day. We called the dealership on November 7 explain the situation asked if we could get our refund back and then they ghosted us. They proceeded to put the car back on line for sale on ******** and on their website the first phone call I was told that the only way that we can get our money back was if there was mechanical issues with the car we still had not left our state of New York to go look at this car down in Virginia because of the death in our family. I asked to speak with a manager that s when John H**** got on the phone with me and told me that there s signs all over the store that deposits are not refundable I explain to him we were not there and we only dealt with the salesman via text message. He started screaming and yelling at me that we entered a contract even though we didn t sign anything once we sent the money and that they get to keep it. He proceeded to tell me that they taken the car off the website and it could ve been sold in the week and that they weren t advertising it which I looked up and saw that they re advertising it today. I stated that we would come down and look at the car on Saturday then he called me back to tell me that he would give us 200 of the 500 back but then he started verbally abusing me telling me that I was poor and screaming and yelling at me I recorded the conversation it got really crazy. He called back again a half an hour later to scream at me some more and I have that conversation recorded as well but during that one he told us that we are not to go down there so now I do not know how to get my money back but quite frankly I m scared to go anywhere near the place. I m a New Yorker who owns an offshore commercial fishing boat like ********* *****, for me to be taken back it takes quite a bit of yelling and screaming. But verbally abusive behavior over the phone is wrong. But I m not sure how to proceed. Please help thanksI posted on BBB a few months ago finally got my case number

This business sold me a unsafe vehicle replaced it with parts from a junk yard installed them incorrectly and lied to me told me there was Factory warranty to fix any issue in the car, I received the car full of cigarette ash and smoke and it won't go passed 40mph without it wobbling and shaking or making dragging noises. They will not fix it for me or pay to fix their mistake nor will they give me some type of deposit back. They also consume marijuana in their office and it made me really sick. I now have to pay 4 thousand dollars for my vehicle to be fixed at a dealership because Vinny and Shaun sold me a broken vehicle with a loose axle . Vinny is the owner Shaun is the son. They are very rude and disrespectful and scam.Scammed Scammers be warned spoke to a lawyer they have several pending civil cases do not trust

ZERO STARS!!!! RUN from Chantilly Auto!!! I just bought a Honda CR-V from them.communication is horrible!!!! I still don't have papers they were to send last week!! I sent them money for the car and had to ask for the receipt a day later.THEY ARE LIARS - I did not want a CV Transmission. John specifically told me it was NOT A CVT. They lied, it is CVT. There is also a crack in the windshield.They said it had Navigation - it does not.Their priced look good on the web site - till they add their $1000 dealer fee. I just had to buy a car 6 month ago - from somewhere else - no dealer fee. Personally, I would like my money back or send a car that is NOT CVT as they said.In response to the dealer response - it is ironic that they would like "direct communication" when their communication is horrible. Yes I will be contacting them directly. The only way to resolve the issue is to send me a car that DOES NOT HAVE CV Transmission, as you stated about the one I bought. I would not have bought it otherwise.What a joke - when I did reach out to them for them to "address my concerns" their response was: - "you signed a bill of sale" so nothing would be done about it. AND about the CVT they said "do you have it in writing." Exactly what a liar would say. They will say(lie) what they need to in order to get you to buy. My bad for trust a car salesman. especially chantilly auto group!

I bought my '04 Suburban from here last month. They were AWESOME! Great service. Anything I found that wasn't pictured, described or advertised, they fixed or adjusted. They treated me like a buddy and not just a customer. Best of they came through on all promises. I would definitely buy another car from here, if/when I need another one!

Very rude staff bought a 2014 Dodge Charger at Chantilly auto group on 4-14-2022. Car did ok on the test drive after I purchase the vehicle around 6:45 pm and signed the paperwork and paid for it 10 min down the road the check engine light came on so couldNot go back they was closed so I called them the next day and wanted to just get a full refund back the owner said how do we no you did not take it somewhere and replace the motor and trying to return it with a bad motor because we had people do that before so they would not help me and and said I was out of luck and laughed at me on the phone. DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!!!! Very rude people and the key did not work for the car to unlock and lock doors STAY away !!!!!!!! Now it s going cost me 2500$-3000 to get the motor Repaired

Unprofessional. Liars. Scam. That's all I'm gonna say! (It s been two years since I originally made this post, but I WILL update my review again. I still have the crappy car they sold me and as much as I love my car, it is not even close to being worth the price they made me pay and I still have problems with it. I was just naive. PLEASE listen to the reviews, save yourself the money, and look for another dealership. If the price sounds too good to be true it is. If you can t trust my review, take a mechanic friend or your own OBD scanner and you will see yourself the scammers they are here. If i could sue this place i would. Please do not come here!).

Worst car dealership ever!!!!!!!!!!!!! They sold me a truck with a messed up transmission and they cleared all the codes from it I asked to return the truck the next day from the trade I had he the one they play as the puppet mascot (Shaun) the front man only if he didn t play on a crook it team smh just don t waste ur time and money on this place don t look twice !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They took my truck washed it up and posted it and there are things wrong with this truck it turns into a swap when it rains!!!!!!

Their service is great here! My salesman was Shaun and he took great care of me. As I was leaving, I noticed a small issue with the tire. I asked a service guy there named Kevin about the tire issue, he fixed it very quick. These guys made my day! Thank you for everything!!

Bought a Civic here and am really happy with it. Shaun was really nice. Let me take it to my mechanic to get it checked out. My mechanic did not find anything wrong. However, later Shaun heard a sound from the driver axial and found it was bent. Ordered and replaced it the some day. Very impressed. He is also getting a missing cover replaced. Very happy with the work and I really appreciate his honestly. Haven't had a sales person that honest.

Shaun, Vinny and the others are professional... lying, cheating and swindling.I am Spanish and I belong to the Diplomatic Community. Because of this, the U.S. State Department makes us meet certain requirements when purchasing a vehicle.The vehicle I purchased last July 13, 2022 I saw it on the CARGURUS website. I don't know if everything it said in the description is true. Now I DOUBT IT.Before paying, everything is good treatment, jokes, the owner or the person in charge speaks four words in bad Spanish, asks you about the family, about soccer, says that Spanish women are very pretty, etc. From here I tell him that he does not care how my family is or if I have children or not, or what soccer club I am a fan of and it does not come to that MACHISTA comment that Spanish women are very pretty. Just do your job well so that a customer doesn't have to post negative reviews, which you will then try to justify by claiming that you didn't sell him a car or that you don't know the buyer at all....Also, he told me he knew the procedure to process the paperwork with the State Department of HIS COUNTRY!!! LIE!He is so miserable and does his job so poorly, that he sells the car WITHOUT LONG LENGTH ROAD LIGHTS (I test drove the car in the daytime and didn't notice them), WITHOUT CARPETS (he doesn't even bother to put some simple floor mats, which are sold anywhere for $15; he told me they didn't have them at the time and to come by the next day) and WITHOUT A BATTERY in the remote that unlocks the doors (he offered me $10 for me to buy a battery). I don't need his dirty money or handouts, just that he does his job right.Although, come to think of it they are number one doing their job, which is to lie, cheat and rip off customers.A supposed mechanic came, who spoke Spanish and told me that the levels and mechanics of the car were fine, that he had done it himself. Who knows if it is true.The car's headlights are opaque and he told me, of course BEFORE PAYING, that they were polished and a chemical product was poured inside that would make them polished in four or five days. LIES.In the purchase contract it is written that they would do it, but, of course AFTER PAYING, don't even imagine that they did it.Going back to the beginning, to register the vehicle in my name with the U.S. State Department I needed the copy of the title of the vehicle. THE COPY! Not even the original. I asked for it, please, ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS, by phone and via email. They did not answer the call nor answer the email. They are shameless. I had to go in person to ask him, please, if he could give me a copy of the title to the vehicle he ALREADY OWNED, to register it with the U.S. State Department. When I walked into his smelly office (it smells bad, it's a fact of life, what can I say?), he looked at me defiantly and asked me "What do you want?" in a nasty, challenging and cocky manner, and in a cocky and abusive manner "According to Virginia state law I have thirty days to send the degree". I told him I only needed the COPY of it. After looking it up (or pretending to look it up for another one of his employees), WHAT A DISORDER, BY GOD, he told me, in a very rude manner, that the next day he would email it to me. He did it... but ALMOST AT 4 PM! I still, to this day, do not understand how there can be such a bad person.MONTHS later, the U.S. State Department notified my Embassy that they had not yet received the original title because the dealer didn't send it.MONTHS went by, not only thirty days. Until the other day, I sent them an email again, warning them that, through my lawyer, I was going to report the case to the Competent Authorities. Something that is true, unlike them, I do not lie.Oh, MIRACLE! Within minutes, he called me saying he was going to ship it and send me the tracking number.

I bought two cars from these people. The first one (a low mileage 2019 Toyota Corolla) they ended up having to buy back from under the Lemon Law (ultimately no harm no foul although obviously not ideal). The second car they sold me with an extensive owe sheet and then ghosted me. They also bounced me a refund check. I have known Shaun and Vinny for years and they are basically scam artists in my book at this point. All of the cars on this lot are salvaged that they they sell with washed clean titles . Go anywhere else.Services: Transmission, Painting, Clay bar treatment, Engine detailing, Brakes, Paint repair

These guys are first class. I found a car on Car Gurus that my daughter liked. She is 24 and this was her first car purchase on her own. Since I live down South I had to let her go on her own as a learning experience. I will say that she can see one coming a mile down the street, so I had confidence that if things weren't right she would leave. However you never know and always need to keep your fingers crossed. She was impressed with the atmosphere and professionalism at the dealership from the start. Her salesman, Shaun, was fabulous and not at all high pressured. The 2013 X3 she bought was very clean and well kept. Having 2 other BMW's before, she knew what to expect. Shaun worked with her and took the time needed to run several options on financing and also helped coordinate insurance for her with the same national carrier I use, at a better rate than my hometown agent. After talking to me about payments and financing on the phone he ran another option again at an even better rate and lower payment. They even ordered her lunch from the deli next door. Thanks Shaun and everyone at Chantilly.

I typically don't write reviews, but this place is worth one.I was sitting at a dealership in Manassas, VA and growing frustrated with how they were handling their business when I decided to look online for what else was available. I had been eyeing a few Chrysler 300's for a while and I came across a 2015 that seemed to be priced well. I left that dealership and headed over to Chantilly Auto Group.When I arrived, I was extremely skeptical. The dealership sat in a business park with several (and I definitely do mean several) other dealerships. It was difficult to tell where one business ended and another began. I wasn't used to anything like this, but decided to test drive the vehicle anyway. After taking the car on the road, I had a few minor concerns. When I went back in the office, I addressed what they were and both Vinny and Shaun assured me they could take care of the issues. There was no hesitation, they immediately said they would take care of all the things I had mentioned. Shaun went on to ask me what I felt comfortable paying, and came within $172 of what I wanted my "out the door" price to be. Honestly, it seemed too good to be true, but my wife and I had decided not to hand over the money until the work was done, so we gave it a shot. They held the car for us and a week later it was ready to go. We drove back to the dealership and found that every single thing they said they would do, was completed and then some. Instead of replacing one tire that had a small gash in it, they replaced all the tires. They even changed the brakes and rotors, which they had not previously agreed to do. They genuinely wanted to make sure the car was in tip top shape. They made the entire experience very smooth and I ended up with the car I wanted, at the price I needed.Take my advice, give them a try. You won't regret it. Will you feel a bit apprehensive when you get there? Probably. Its a small dealership in a sort of sketchy location, but trust me...these guys keep their word and its hard to beat their prices.

My salesman was Mike and he made sure I was well taken care of with the purchase of my vehicle. I caught a bus from Raleigh NC to Chantilly VA and Mike picked me up from the bus station and made sure I got to the dealership with no issues. I test drove the vehicle and purchase process went smoothly. I highly recommend this dealership and my guy Mike as a salesperson. Good experience no doubt

I ve been using Chantilly Auto Group for about 3 years. As a young, single women, new to the area, I was always thankful for how Vinny takes care of my car. He s never pushed any extra repairs on me, and his prices and services have seemed very reasonable. Most recently, I ve been very impressed with their affordable detail service. When I priced out details in the area, Chantilly Auto was almost 50% less than other quotes I received. They made my dirty car look and feel brand new. What started out as a Great overall transaction, quickly became a nightmare trying to get repairs on my car as soon as I got it.Let's note I'm am a big turn the cheek guy but after I took a day off work,spend $80 with uber to give them the time they needed to deal with the issues at hand. The car overheated and I had to drop the car off to fix. They had 8 HOURS to find a leak, make some minor repairs and I ended up getting the car back in worse shape then I left it with now a check engine light on. As a business they made thousands off my purchase which is fine but here we are needing minor repairs and customer service.... At the end of the day you have to take car of the customer and they Did not do that.So I would not buy anything from these guys unless the car is brand new with no issues Dont buy here., I wish I had something better to say but I cant.Now they will deal with the consequences of there inequities and poor service.

Vinny has went above and beyond over the years to ensure my wife and I have been treated fairly. He provides top quality vehicle and customer service. He has consistently proven to be one of the top shops in the area. We have experienced many other businesses just out to make a quick buck and provide inadequate service, but I m happy to say we finally found a good shop. I highly recommend and wouldn t even consider taking one of my cars to another shop.

I have been using Chantilly Auto Group for maintenance of my cars for several years and have been extremely satisfied by their service and price. Based on that experience, I recently purchased a car from them and the owner, Vinnie, at Chantilly Auto not only gave me a great price but also excellent personal service. He took time to understand what I wanted and made great recommendations on available options. Never felt that he was trying to just sell me something. He went above and beyond in taking care of a few things that needed to be done on the car. After driving for a couple of weeks, I found a few other things that I wanted fixed, and Vinnie not only took care of all of that but also voluntarily provided me with a loaner car while my car was in his shop . Highly recommend Chantilly Auto for all your car maintenance and purchase needs.

The worst car dealership ever. They will lie and sell you salvage cars and tell you it s a clean title. They are not honest about the condition of their cars and they don t disclose serious damage, such a failing transmission. They say they get the vehicles inspection ready , meanwhile there s ZIP TIES holding the engine together. I would not advise anyone to buy or trust them after the experience we had.
