The Chantilly (Fairfax) location was an absolute pleasure to work with. I had never been in a car accident before (I am a young woman who knows next to NOTHING about cars or how to get them repaired or what I even need to do) I ve never had to get work done on my car either. The employees at this location were with me every step of the way, they also had the time/patience to explain how everything would work with my car as well as any next steps I needed to take in getting my car repaired. Best body shop experience I ve ever had!! Highly recommend Carstar Fairfax Collison Center for ANYONE trying to get their car repaired! HUGE shout out to Rebecca, Jasmine, and Bryan for helping me with everything. Absolute wonderful employees!!

Cristy the estimator is the best and many opportunities that I need car body service, she is always there to support and took away stress from me. I appreciate Cristy professional knowledge and experience very much.Mark is so easy to work with and very helpful and make sure everything are done. He took extra miles to assist me and it is so wonderful have car service by a great team.Barbara updated me with status during the process. Thanks so much keep me updated.A super team provides best car body service and paint and etc. they keep you informed and updated you every steps.Repair team did very good job and returned car in like new and clean condition. Their commitment is so fascinating and indescribable.Highly recommend this body shop.

Mark, Henry and the team did an excellent job of restoring my vehicle. The estimate was accurate and repairs were done to my satisfaction. I appreciated the timely updates as well. Definitely one of the best experiences I have had with a body shop. Highly recommended and will use them in the future if needed.

Second time using CARSTAR Fairfax Collision Center off of Walney Rd of Chantilly in as many years for my other car this time. From the attentive staff at the reception area, to estimator Henry's professional expertise, it was great experience. I felt valued and respected as it should be when dealing with any business. Repair status is sent at your choosing (i.e., by text, phone or email; daily, every 2 days, etc.). Most importantly, the workmanship of their auto body repair and painting is topnotch; section repaired on my car looks like new. If my pockets were deeper, I would've added repair of all chips, dings, and dents on my car. But, this job was paid by the other person's insurance so maybe next time! All this to say, tremendous thanks to CARSTAR Fairfax Collision Center for a flawless job!

What an outstanding service!!! After my accident with my X6 BMW. Geico referred me to CARSTAR Fairfax Collision Center. The result was amazing, My car stayed at quality control for 2 days and my X6 is fully operational. I definitely recommend any person to contact CARSTAR. This is second time I used CARSTAR Fairfax Collision Center to repair my vehicle. I have experienced all the service team members including adjuster, customer service attendants are committed to provide excellent customer service. I have rated 5 stars for their service and recommend this repair shop to those who are looking for a best repair shop in chantilly.

Great experience start to finish. Accommodated me when I was in the area and dropped by for an unscheduled estimate. Kept me informed throughout. Was particularly helpful that they could coordinate with the rental car company for drop-off and return. Most important their work was top notch.

Byron and the staff were extremely efficient and I have never had such a fast and smooth experience with any of the other Body Shops I ve tried in the last twenty years in my area in Virginia. I took the car in on a Monday. The dent and damage were not major but not small either. He updated me the same day on the status of my insurance approval, and updated me by text each day on the progress of the repair. By Wednesday evening (same week), the car was ready for me to pick up. The work was great and unlike another body shop in alexandria I had used last year, I did not have to go back and have them correct a problem with the repair. Byron and the team at CARSTAR did a flawless job the first time around.

The best experience in what started out by my car hitting the ridiculously high curb at my driveway.The entire team at Carstar Fairfax was going the extra mile to facilitate getting my car all fixed up. Every two days I received a text with complete report of what they were doing on my car. My initial sad experience was turned around. The car looked great - they had taken very well care of my car.If you need a collision center to fix your car, I highly recommend Carstar Fairfax. Fairfax Collision Center did an excellent job in repairing my damage. They also discovered a prior damage that was covered up by the previous owner and provided me with pictures so I could pursue reimbursement with the dealership.

They're taking so long to fix my car and they continuously pushed off the final date week after week. They said it would be done two weeks prior, but they still aren't done yet and have told us that last week would've been the latest, and they're currently saying either today or tomorrow, which they have been saying since last week. We are renting a car that they took us to get and the cost of the rental is definitely around $1,000.

Our experience with Carstar was very good. The only reason I am taking one star away is that when we dropped the vehicle for repairs, we did not get any confirmation from them (hard copy or email/text) that the car was with them. I did, however receive timely calls with updates, but not having any paperwork when the car was dropped off was a little concerning. Other than that, the service was worth 5 stars. They were clear about everything they did and provided me with a detailed invoice. They worked directly with the insurance company, so I did not have to be the mediator. All in all, it was a good experience and we will bring our car back here if needed (hopefully not)Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Brian did an excellent job fixing my front bumper. The customer service was exceptional, kept me updated throughout the entire process (which calmed my anxiey and stress) and the workmanship is amazing because my car is like new. I highly recommend CARSTAR Fairfax Collision Center!!

Great communication and service. After another center could not take my car due to staffing shortages, Fairfax did, and had my estimate ready within just a few days. They called twice weekly to apprise me of car parts they were waiting on, and made car repair a lot easier.
