It's a little bit on the hard to find location side but when I finally found it Battery Plus in Chantilly did a great job installing a new battery in my Subaru Forester key fob.

Had my iPhone 11 screen and battery replaced. Service was quick, however now my face ID does no longer works, and my iPhone says the screen and battery are not Apple approved. Wish I would've been told this was going happen before the repair. I would have kept my old screen if it meant losing features.

I needed a new battery for my car. I ordered it online for in-store pickup. The copper top name brand was cheaper than other auto stores in the area even before the online discount code. Took my old battery, picked up my new one, and was on my way within 5 minutes. (I have to rush, they have so many awesome impulse buy items!)

This store has always provided me with superb customer service, as the employees are consistently helpful in solving whatever problem I bring into them. Each employee provides knowledgeable, professional answers in a courteous, friendly manner. I truly enjoy my trips to the Chantily Batteries Plus store!

I had to get a new car battery and visited the Chantilly, VA store. I was in and out of the store with a new battery installed within 10 minutes. The staff is very friendly here. This was my third battery from this store, and the battery lasted 7 years. But most importantly, the staff is extremely helpful and kind at this store. I would highly recommend this store for your batteries needs.

I arrived at Batteries Plus about 30 minutes prior to my scheduled service appointment thinking I would have to wait in line. I was greeted and assisted immediately and courteously while the battery I needed for my car was in stock. The employee promptly grabbed his tools and expeditiously replaced my original battery in minutes flat. Very good job!

Post COVID-19 and Virginia order #65 (reopening phase 3), I stopped by, forgot my mask, the guy met me outside the door, he said I could come inside since no other customer is here. After I arrived, other customers came inside the store, I waited outside while they replaced the battery in my vehicle's keyless remote. The employee that took care of me came outside to ask my name and phone number, he eventually found my account and brought a receipt to me outside of the store.Prior to COVID-19, I purchased lifetime rechargeable batteries for my vehicle's keyless remote. I stopped in several times, they checked the battery in my keyless remote and they replaced the battery.

I needed to replace my electronic fob and get an extra key made for my Honda Fit 2007 and other places wouldn't touch it - too hard to find the pieces. Christian took on the challenge...it took 3 weeks, but by digging around, he was able to find the pieces I needed! I am so grateful - such a patient guy to stick in the search when it wasn't easy. And the price was half of what it would have cost me to replace everything at a dealership. I'm really pleased.

I recently moved to the area and I was introduced to the place by Mark. I ve since recommended the place to quite a few people whom are in need for car key/fob copies. I recently went in for an iPhone screen repair and had a good experience from the booking of my appointment to the customer service provided. The staff was very friendly and professional at all times.

Showed up on a Wednesday at 5:29pm and the stor is closed. Store hours and website have 7pm as closing time. All the lights are on, however the open light is off.What are your real store hours?

This Location is always quick and responsive. They will find/replace even the most uncommon of batteries and accessories. I definitely recommend and will be using this company for all my battery needs in the future. Tom Stanley is masterful in his craft!

On September of 2022, my wife and I did a cross country off road trip to Colorado then to Utah and back. Before we left I was checking and replacing any and all wearable items including the battery as it was already 4 years old. I also wanted to pick a place that specialized in batteries with a warranty so I picked this place.When I went in, I asked for an AGM battery that they did not have in stock. I originally asked to order it but the sales woman convinced me the regular Duracell lead acid battery is a great battery (also better according to her) and I should just pick that one. So I listened, I mean they re the experts right? Bought the battery and they insisted they install it so I let them right there in the parking lot.Fast forward to today. My family and I are gearing up for the new warm season, and I m checking over the truck, and notice the battery looks slightly deformed around the battery bracket. Battery acid corrosion along the bracket as well as down the side of the battery and in the engine bay. Great. I drive an hour back to the location where I bought the battery and ask about the warranty and that I d like to pay the difference for an AGM battery this time. The technician puts his machine on it and apparently the battery is still healthy. He then says the corrosion is normal, I don t physically see any leaks, battery is healthy, we will not warranty this. The battery case is clearly deformed and there is corrosion down the side of the battery into my engine bay, how is this normal?? Anyway, he dismissed me and said have a nice day and went back inside.This is all after I went to my local battery plus in Springfield and showed the owner there and he said they should cover it but unfortunately he could not because these are franchises.Big let down. I went here to avoid this sort of run around, but here we are. Battery terminals look dirty but it s only from the stuff they put on them during install plus dirt from the off road trip.

Charged 10 extra bucks for a Core charge for a Powersports battery, VA law says that only applies to automotive batteries. Employee did not know what he was talking about but when i came back and told him about it he did not make a fuss so respect. Just stay aware and fix ur business practice guys lol.

Very convenient location. The gentleman at front desk was very helpful and he replaced my auto battery by himself for free. I found the price competitive after a discount coupon. They sell Duracell batteries which I found very valuable for the price

The batteries plus location and Chantilly-Centreville is the very best place for any battery issue. I ve gone in for auto, and my daughters scooter. The staff are knowledgeable and they go above and beyond to research my issues and solve them- I trust them based on my experiences and I highly recommend going there before anywhere else.

It is Saturday 8/27 and I just dropped off the battery and left Alan the store manager a note. I'm hoping we can work something out. I bought another car battery for $165 from the repair shop. Ideally a refund for the $96 on the battery I just dropped that appears to be bad after buying new in Jan 2022 under a warranty replacement works and maybe a store credit for the future for $165 as I have 3 other cars that will eventually need a new battery.8/30 update. The manager Alan called me back and he bought the battery back for the $96 dollars so I'm pleased with the outcome.

The manager, Alan, is very honest and knowledgeable. I had a car battery issue and while he was installing a new battery I bought from his store he noticed my battery was fairly new and probably under warranty from the dealer. He refunded me my money for the new battery even after installing and then uninstalling it. The next day I went to dealer and got the battery replaced for free. I highly recommend this store for all your battery and phone repair needs

I was extremely impressed with the Chantilly location of Batteries Plus Bulbs store. The staff (Alan) was so helpful and courteous. I had purchased my new battery online the night before and was able to have it installed the next morning. The store opened at 8:00 am, and by 8:10 am Alan had installed my new battery and did a check to ensure that it was securely in place and in good working order. The product selection and especially the pricing was phenomenal. I'll never buy a battery for a vehicle any where else! EXCELLENT experience with this store & staff!

First time visit - Excellent service! Met Rick and was very happy that he was the one to help me in my time of need. I needed to get my car battery replaced ASAP and everywhere I called had no availability or rejected me due to the weather condition. It was raining on and off and he was the only one working that day and still offered to do it! He was very quick and with the excellent service he provided, he will be the reason why I will be coming back!! 5 stars!!!

The young man Chris at the Battery Plus Chantilly store was wonderful. My order for a battery for a Ford F150 was waiting for me. He cheerfully installed the battery while I waited. I am completely satisfied.

Last year, they had the best price for my car battery and it came with a warranty. Today, the battery has failed and I was able to get a replacement easily. The gentleman that helped me today was amazing and I will be back if the need arises.

Extremely disappointed with the service here. I bought a battery for my motorcycle in March of last year. November 10th around 5:30pm I brought the battery in because it was struggling to start my bike. I asked to check the cold cranking amps, which showed the battery needed to be replaced under warranty. The kid working attempted to look up my information in their computer system, but they had no record of me purchasing the battery.The battery still had their sticker on it with the purchase date. But the kid said that because I wasn t in their system. There is nothing he could do. I asked to speak to a manager, but he said there was no one else I could speak to.So I ended up being stranded at work the next week and had to buy a new battery from autozone, which wasn t cheap.And the kid working there was sneaking hits off his vape while testing my battery in front of me, highly unprofessional.

I am from Warrenton, Va. and upon my call to the Chantilly store I was greeted with professionalism and quick answers about the product I was looking for. Since they had them in stock I immediately did an online purchase and upon my arrival was greeted with quick service. The 6 golf cart batteries were already on a cart and the store employee helped me unload my core batteries and helped load the new batteries. I would highly recommend this store and would do business with them again. Thank you for your great service!

I love this place. Replacing batteries isn't fun, but Alan is always super helpful, prompt, and professional. They'll test car batteries for free. They replace batteries in key fobs for much less than the car dealer will charge you. I've had a few smart phone screens/batteries replaced at a great price point with stellar customer service, plus they warranty their work. And, they offer a lifetime watch battery replacement program--no more slogging to the mall with a bag full of watches searching for a kiosk, and you can have the work done at any location nationwide. How convenient!

I was quoted a price range for battery replacement on my late model Google Pixel. The part had to be ordered and had to wait for it to come in. My part arrived on time and my ultimate cost ended up being the lowest possible option. Alan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and courteous, I will recommend over and over and continue going to this store in Chantilly anytime I need something
