Great experience picking up our latest vehicle (BMW X3). The team was helpful and friendly plus the car is perfect for what we need it for to get back and forth to work reliably. The team was helpful in getting me out the door quick and the test drive was helpful to check the car out. Looking forward to buying more in the future.

Fair prices and excellent customer service! We just bought a used Fusion that was reconditioned to look almost like a new vehicle. Also great selections that are listed on their site for easy navigation and they seem to accommodate all budgets.

Alright dealership. Buyers beware though, there is a $700 non-negotiable "fee" on all advertised prices. If I knew that I wouldn't have made the trip. Standard used car dealer ripoff. It ain't caravan or CarMax. I'd rather put a sprits of armor all and freeze on the car myself and save the money.

Car was exactly as advertised and at a fair price. There was no nonsense or haggling needed, just bought the car and got to drive home. It's in great condition and exactly as advertised. Would highly recommend for a smooth used car experience. Ended up saving a few thousand over going to CarMax but it was just as simple to buy here.

DO YOUR RESEARCH. They re not gonna tell you much about the car you look at, I know they didn t tell me anything. I found the listing on Craigslist for a 2009 Nissan Cube, I needed something cheap that still ran well.I did ask to lower the price, which they agreed to, and I can see why less than a week later: They sold me a car with NO GAS and NO OIL, despite the oil change sticker still being well within both the change by date, and the mileage change number.I only found out yesterday that the car needed oil, I couldn t figure out what was going wrong with it at all.The check engine light had cut on as soon as I left the dealership. I even drove BACK to the dealership and mentioned the check engine light turned on. I was told that I just didn t put the right gas in the tank (because it was empty, which they didn t even know until I told them it was empty), and that the light would turn off, eventually. It hasn t, obviously. I m getting an oil change in the car hoping that fixes the multitudes of issues I ve been having with this damn car.

Great service! They had forgotten the tags in the back of the vehichle and I was an out of state buyer, they sent an email right away with their return shipping label on for themselves. When the title came in I had lost the bill of sale and to get it titled in PA I needed that as well. I called them and they emailed me the BOS while I was in the phone with them. Great car!

Easy buying experience and fair pricing. Worked with B and overall it was a painless process. Usually I m pretty wary of used car dealers but I would come back to the Auto Galleria. Definitely a quality dealer in my experience.

My girlfriend purchase a vehicle about a month ago. when purchasing vehicle they guranteed everything was right on the car services, inspection and emission the following day after purchae check engine comes on the power steering start making noises and the back door auto close system starts to be failing. also when test driving it car was close to empty so we would not take it for a proper test drive. I call back a month later to ask about the tags that were supposed to be sent out to me as promise, the owner back out on everything and said no we told you emission needed to be done and you need to handle tags with DMV and was also rude enough to tell me well you can read english right? so why dont you read what you sign worst expirience with a dealer i recomment not purchasing vehicles here they promise the cars are in good working conditions and they do not even met decent standers.

I told "B" that I would be driving from Maryland to see a truck today. I spoke with him after he left a message telling me the truck is available. I get to the shop and he tells me he sold it. He had no regard for our conversation earlier in the day.He did not suggest making a deposit when I spoke with him today. It's a wasted 3-hour round trip drive.

Amazing customer service, and great deal, I got my 2014 Maserati Quattroporte Sq4 for a while and it's still running good and you can see I have also made some update on the car, will be back to get another car and so should you.

We had an AMAZING experience with B at Auto Galleria. He was so helpful putting my Mother into a car that she much needed. He was friendly and patient with us. He understood she was a senior on a budget and didn t try to put her in something she couldn t afford!! I would recommend going there if you ever need a car!! I will be back!!

Vehicles are way over priced for the condition they are in.Response to Auto Galleria's response.Sir ,Please understand That this is my opinion of the vehicle . And it is not that I was asking for a discount I was asking you to lower the price to make it a fair deal.You cannot say nothing was found mechanically wrong remember I did not even start the vehicle so there was no telling what sounds it would have made I never wanted to start it based on what I was seeing from the outside.

STAY AWAY! They sold my coworker a lemon and refused to make it right. She took the vehicle to a mechanic after it broke down and they were shocked that a dealer would sell a vehicle in this condition. She shared that info with Auto Galleria and they did NOTHING to make it right.

I purchased my 2013 Mercedes GLK350 from Auto Galleria in October 2021 and I m loving her! Great customer service, great vehicle and great price! Behzad was so nice and professional and he even gave my husband and I gifts! I would definitely recommend going to Auto Galleria if you re in the market for a used but great vehicle!
