I use this dealer for all the service on my Audi. Service staff is professional and transparent. Car is always washed and cleaned upon pick up and I never have an issue getting a (nice) loaner.Recently bought a used car here as well. Sales staff (Tabish) was great. Straightforward and transparent. Not a lot of jockeying or sales gimmicks. We did negotiate terms but the negotiation was fair and efficient. I bought the car and left the dealer with the car in about 2 hours. I have never before bought a car (used or new) so quickly and with so little hassle. Everyone at the dealer was courteous, efficient and focused on delivering a good customer experience.

I never leave reviews online but the experience I just had at Chantilly Audi deserves one. I just worked with Carlos Molina and Azmi and had the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. They found me the perfect car and bent over backwards to get it for me. Everyone at the dealership was professional and courteous. The communication was also amazing, every time I had a questions they got back to me in a very timely manner. Highly recommend this dealership.

All around amazing experience from the moment we walked in. So friendly and welcoming. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure we were walking out happy. Mani was fantastic, his manager as well, and Mr. Alani made the signing process so smooth. I absolutely love this dealership. I called the day before about a used car. They had the car ready for a test drive as soon as I showed up for my appointment. The buying process was smooth and easy. They even sent an Uber to pick me from a Metro stop when I went to pick up the car later that day.

I do not usually do reviews, but I have to give kudos to this dealer for having an AMAZING car buying experience. I am a repeat customer and wanted to get a Q3 for my wife. Mort and Azmi found one but unfortunately, there was a miscommunication with the features I wanted. Azmi searched high and low for the one that had the correct features and even worked on his day off to correct the situation. They found the car with the right features for me and completed the transaction seamlessly. If I can give 10 stars to rate this dealer, I would. In the world of bad customer service and car dealership stereotypes, Azmi, Mort, and the Audi Chantilly team set the bar for the HIGHEST standard of customer service I have ever experienced in buying over 15 brand-new cars throughout my life. If you're ever thinking of buying an Audi, don't look at any other dealer. This is the dealer and the team you will want to get the BEST deal and the BEST service in the state of VA. Great dealership. Purchased this car on Saturday. I was in and out within 2 hours from test drive to finance.Very awesome working with Reggie (Salesman). Reggie was very nice and was very relaxed. I can appreciate a salesperson who is not trying to just make a sale. I highly recommend working with him when purchasing a vehicle from this dealership.

Had a very bad experience at this Audi dealership. The consultant that came to receive me was not offering any insight into the cost of a lease. Instead, he kept saying the price will be high and when I asked for a test drive, he said the car was out. It felt like he was trying not to sell me a car. I ended up going to the Tyson's dealership where the experience was amazing and I ended up leasing an Audi from there. Maybe it was just that consultant, but my experience was bad and they shouldn't be treating any customer in that way.

I want to personally thank Mamta Vohra for her wonderful expertise and knowing the inventory to find my dream car the Audi S8! She and Diana were truly a great pair to work with to ensure I walked away with the deal! 5 stars to both photos later!!! It doesn t stop there because many people was behind the scenes from start to finish. It was excellent to see it all come together and finally be handed the keys to a brand new car! I kept thinking what if they say no but we proceeded forward and it happened.

You can expect the worst service manager and service from Audi Chantilly. Audi used to be my favorite brand for a long time until I purchased the car from Chantilly. Their service has turned me down totally. I can t even say one good word about them. I truly love my car and I was obsessed with it when I first saw. I immediately decide to purchase the car. I was unpleasant with the financial lady in the beginning. She was so rush due to her own family business and didn't explain anything to us but let us just sign and buy all the packages. She keeps saying she has to go home.Once you have the package and want to use it, they will make all the excuses to not let you use it.The service manager Robin doesn't even remember me as a customer and does not remember what she told me in the beginning but called me rude when she second saw me. It truly hurt my feelings. I feel like she is racist to me cuz I am asian. She was not like that to other people. I didn t even say anything before she start talking. She forgot she was the one put ticket in for my car. I had some much angry and grief at night and even broke my tooth. I end up spending thousands dollars for my health. It's really not worth it, selling the car is my only option.So many to say here When they changed my tire, they also chipped my rim. At least I took pics right away and send it back. Later, when I brought the car back, the service team said I ran over something and caused it. He immediately shut up once I show him the pics. If what he said was true then someone drove my car at the dealer since it was there for 2 weeks.The only good thing I'll say is that the GM was at least nice and try to resolve the problem.Now, I finally changed my car to BMW and decided to sell audio. Never buying Audi again

Called to schedule a pre-purchase inspection for an audi owned by a dealer located across the street from Audi Chantilly. After struggling with the automated attendant, finally got to speak with someone and was rudely informed they will not do a pre-purchase inspection. My local Audi dealer picked up the phone on the second ring, was extremely pleasant, helpful and it's, $185, next day service and done in an hour. If I lived near Chantilly, I would not buy an Audi if this is the service department I would have to interact with.

This dealer is among the best. Hands down. If you are looking for an Audi and seek luxury service- it s the only spot to go. I had my first service on my Q5 and Joe was so friendly, accommodating & kind. The hospitality and environment here is incredible. Makes me want to buy another Audi :)

I have had one of the most amazing experiences purchasing a vehicle at Audi Chantilly. Audi Chantilly has a large selection of new and used vehicles and a well-lit spacious showroom. First, let me start with I have been a hard-core Benz lover for 30 years. My youngest son recently totaled his BMW 328i, which he loved, so I searched around and found the same car he knew and loved. Upon arriving at the dealer I was told by Nasser Mojaverian, our sales person, that it was just sold, as I watched the new owners driving away. Nasser took the time and interest in what I was looking for and what brought me to the dealership. During our discussion he stated, I think I have something you would be interested in, an immaculate A4 with 24,000 miles. In showing my son and me the vehicle Nasser was very enthusiastic and meticulous in describing not only the features of this car in comparison to baseline A4s, but he also knew the history explaining the reason for low mileage. I immediately noticed this salesman cared about his customers and wanted them to have the best experience with whatever they decided to purchase. While I was waiting for my finance to be processed. Hek Abasi and Tony Ramazani (Sales Managers) both stopped by to ask how things were going and if I needed assistance, coffee, or questions. In our discussion of purchasing the A4, Hek told me even more about the history of the vehicle and personal felling about why it was a good choice. Diana Amin, the Finance Director, worked magic to get me the perfect finance rate. I must say this dealership made me feel like family, they were extremely attentive to finding the perfect car and having me out the door in time for lunch.

I can t express the annoyance I have for this location. I was told the wrong information I planned my weekend after I got my CAR RECALLED. They then wanted to let me know about a leak I spoke to whoever they transferred me too and her tone of voice is just rude. I expressed how I was told my car had a recall for something and that it would take 3 days she then expected me to run back to the dealership because the recall was done as if I don t have things in order from what was told as If I wanted to bring my car in the first place I mean I had a RECALL I should get some kindness and concern I ll being going to a different Audi location they lost me NOT ONLY DID THE WOMAN THAT WAS HATING ON ME , I HAVE A FIRM BELIEF THAT THEY PLACED OIL IN MY COOLANT. WATCH OUT!!!!

Dropped my car off to have squeaky brakes repaired. Service Advisor Seddiq Niazi promised to correct this on Wednesday, March 20. Nothing happened that day.I called them on Thursday and received a promise to fix the situation on Friday. I asked to connect me with a General Manager, but didn't get it too.Today is Saturday March 23rd evening, no one calls, no my car back:(((Soo bad service!!!

Audi Chantilly is the best Audi dealer in the DMV area hands down. Huge shoutout to John for making the ordering process easy and the delivery process eventful for my RS6. Big kudos to Andrew, my Service Advisor for my RS5 and new RS6, for always taking care of my cars.Andrew has since left and replaced with Elliott who s also a really good SA!

Not sure of his name, but one of the salesmen at this location was extremely unprofessional and unwilling to take any time to help me with a simple question that I called to ask. The operator tried his best to be professional, but could not manage to be of any assistance, either.I called with a general question regarding whether or not I would receive a physical owner s manual upon purchase of a brand new Q5, but would never receive an answer. I called three separate times. First time I was transferred to the parts department and put on hold multiple times without ever speaking to anyone. Second time I was left on hold while I could still hear the voice of the operator and salesman. The salesman spoke very unprofessionally in the background and refused to take my call, saying instead that I should be transferred to the service department this time. Frustrated, I called back a third time, told them that the behavior was unprofessional and asked to speak with a salesman once again. This time I was sent to a voicemail box.It s absolutely ridiculous that they would not simply transfer me to a salesman for a very basic question.

What I can say good about Audi Chantilly is the buying process is efficient. But my problem with Audi Chantilly they lie to your face to get you to buy a car so much so that I don't even know if they put the environmental package on my car that I paid for because they literally did nothing else. I can not believe Audi of America would put there name on this place. I bought my first Audi from a chop shop on teg side of military highway and got treated and had a better after buying experience than I have with Audi Chantilly. My after buying experience has been so bad that yes I love my Audi but I will never buy another one because of Audi Chantilly. It's sad to say this but I would rather buy a Toyota before I ever buy another Audi because of Audi Chantilly.Don't buy car from Audi Chantilly go to Audi Arlington much better run wish I had gone back there. But Audi is dead to me now. And if you ask yes I did contact the dealer with my concerns over a month ago and have yet to hear anything back.

This review was transferred after accidentally being posted under the wrong dealership on 11/17/23:I brought my Audi Q5 2.0T into Audi Chantilly for inspection about six weeks ago. Their mechanic recommended repairs, which I quickly agreed to have completed. The five-hour time frame initially quoted turned into more than a week with a loaner vehicle. When Audi Chantilly service finally returned my car, all the repairs I paid for were incomplete. My Q5 2.0 T has a different gear shifter (which was not a requested repair), and there is a new problem with the front end. If someone at the service center had called me back and explained what happened to my car while it was in their care, I would not have had to try to leave a message this way. I am extraordinarily dissatisfied and would NOT recommend using them.

Would never buy an Audi again. Bought an etron, Audi and the dealership misrepresented actual range. Actual vehicle range at 90% charge is often less than 130 miles. They refuse to take any accountability.
