Billy was attentive, honest, and communication was great. The whole process was easy. I don t like doing these things without my husband, but it was less intimidating with Billy! He took an overall look at my car to make sure it could handle a long distance drive. He was very informative on what needed to be done. Prices are also very reasonable and he will be upfront and honest about the costs. He even sent me pictures to show what my parts looked like. I will definitely be back to get those things handled!UPDATE - I got my brakes and rotors done by Billy. Immediate difference driving my car after it was done. Smooth and easy process. Appreciated being upfront about cost. I will definitely recommend this company to everyone

I have been a customer of Alpha Autoworks since it opened. I have also referred both of my daughters here for various repairs and evaluations because I trust his service.Billy does excellent work. He keeps the customer informed on issues and offers different options for repair. He always respects our decision.His work is thorough and pricing is fair. I highly recommend Alpha Autoworks.

Billy and AA and awesome. Even though I just brought my 911 in for an oil change, he took the time to inspect the car and make sure everything was in good order and also looked up the car s service history. He measured the oil when the engine was back up to operating temperature and he made sure everything was torqued back to spec. I ll be back and highly recommend AA.

Before buying a 2012 Volvo S60 that looked beautiful on the outside, and she only 72,000 miles on it, we just wanted to make sure the car ran as good as it looked. Billy had been highly recommended by a friend and he worked us in to do a pre-purchase inspection and road test. Thank goodness we did! Billy found that the minor rear end accident reported by Car Fax, was not minor and had not been repaired properly. The road test revealed a flashing check engine light which means stop driving the car! The reasons why included a failing catalytic converter and a stopped up exhaust system. Up on the lift there was leaking oil and transmission fluid. Lastly, the steering fluid was dark brown - not clear! Billy provided a printed report with pictures of all the problems he found.A happy ending to a bad pre inspection result was that the dealer gave me back my $500 deposit that held the car in under 30 seconds! Best money I ever spent!!

After being completely dead in the water with a busted transmission and transfer case rendering my truck completely immobile, I contacted Billy for a virtual quote for the repair. After he provided me with a few (very reasonable) quotes at different price points with new, remanufactured/refurbished, and used parts, I had my truck towed to Alpha Autoworks late one Monday night. Just over two weeks later, I picked up the truck with the repair done on schedule and very close to the original quote. I highly recommend this shop and will be taking my vehicles here for my future repair needs.

Billy was quick, thorough, and responsive. He gave my Mitsubishi a comprehensive look-over and, as I was on a budget, made clear his prioritization of safety. I m so thankful for him taking my car on last minute and doing so with kindness and top tier service.

We brought our Volkswagen Tiguan in for a service and a few other fixes. We were traveling from Virginia to Oklahoma and needed to make sure the car would be prepared for the ride. Billy worked quickly in a short notice. He is very attentive to details, honest, transparent and communicative. Even providing us with photos of the problem and detailed explanations of what this meant for the health of the car. We are happy with Billy s work and reasonably priced quotes.

Went to 2 different mechanics before I found Billy and none of them could properly diagnose an evap issue I was having. When I came to Billy, he answered all my questions with honesty and care. Billy made sure to provide pictures of everything that was wrong with the car and was very open with everything that was going on with my car. Overall, I would definitely come back here if something is wrong with my car or need anything done!

Billy was fantastic from start to finish. Replied to a Facebook post, discussed all of the repair options, and helped me make an informed decision. The repairs were done in a timely manner and he triple checked everything before returning the vehicle. Extremely happy with the service and will definitely go back for any other car repairs.

Super happy with the work completed on my Fiat 500. Timing belt and oil change was completed - very fair pricing for the type of work involved. Also - finding a mechanic for the Fiat with its small stature has been a bit of a nightmare but Billy assured me that it was welcome any time at his shop. I will be taking him up on that offer.

What a rip off! I left my Porsche cayenne with billy for a few days to diagnose some issues. The car had more than one issue so I asked billy to diagnose, provide the error codes, tell me what needs to be done, and give me a quote for the repairs. This guy billy charged me almost $300 just to tell me "oh you have an exhaust leak" yeah I knew that, but what about the other issues, how much will it cost? What codes is the car registering. I got nothing, not to mention billy isn't even at his shop half the time, where there is no sign, and doesn't answer the phone. Billy might be a decent mechanic but he's no good at doing proper business.Service: Auto maintenance

Alpha Autoworks gave me the best customer service. I had problems with my vintage Mazda Miata 1990. The air condition was not blowing cold air and my car was misfiring. I contacted Alpha Autoworks talked to the owner his name is Billy. We set an appointment after I took my car he looked at it and did some testing. Afterward gave me a quote that was very reasonable also he the parts he installs are brand name. When it comes to part one should always installing a reliable brand IMO. Anyhow, go there for my normal maintenance. Professional and great prices!!Services: Brakes, Air conditioning, Oil change

Billy has serviced my Ram 1500, my wife s keep patriot, and our company van. He s does oil changes, fixed the AC, replaced tires/breaks/rotors, and has installed speakers for me. My goodness. I'm from SC where it's easy to find a general mechanic who just loves cars and has his/her own business. Billy restored my faith in this craft. My 2003 truck was taken to a dealer, and failed inspection. They told me it would take over $4400 to fix, and tried to sell me a used truck for $50K. I went in my neighborhood Facebook group and found all these raving reviews about Billy. I didn't tell him what was wrong. I wanted him to tell me. He found everything the dealer found and quoted me less than $1,000. When I told him what the dealer said, he didn't have a look of "I should've charged more." He had a look of, "What in the world would cost $4400?!" I went on vacation, in my truck, feeling safe and left my car while gone. If he does a good job with my car like he did my truck, I'll be leaving my other car next. I may spend $4400, but it will be on getting three vehicles back right. We've spent a lot on fixes this last year. Some of the items Billy found are items that have been fixed twice by two others. I finally feel like I'm not wasting my money, and getting stuff fixed correctly. As the shop is relatively new he doesn't have some of the tools just yet. But he knows where to go, and that's what I care about. He gets the job done with partnerships. I wish him well as he continues to grow his business!

Service on point and took my 2000 BMW to fix a couple of items. Car feels completely different and way better for its age.
