This establishment's integrity is questionable. I experienced an incident where my tire acquired a nail, yet remarkably, it wasn't leaking. The repair, which they claimed involved internal patching and external plugging, was completed astonishingly within three minutes before I could even finish my McDonald's fish sandwich. Upon inspection, it became evident that the only action taken was the removal of the nail, with no further reparative work done. Fortuitously, the tire's resilience meant it hadn't been leaking despite the nail's intrusion. Unfortunately, this episode resulted in an unwarranted expenditure of $35, leaving me feeling exploited by a less-than-honest auto repair service.Additionally, when I called to voice my complaints to the manager, the response was defiant and accusatory. The manager argued that I had not considered the $35 charge excessive before payment, implying that my regret only surfaced after returning home and reflecting on the situation with a cooler head.

Great experience. Very professional and reasonable shop. My wife's new Honda had a damaged tire. It was ordered and delivered the next day. All my service needs for all of our cars is done here.

Proceed with extreme caution. These guys went joy riding in my girlfriend's son's car and damaged it. When confronted to rectify they denied everything and refused to take accountability. I don't know you, but they don't deserve your business. Believe me. Not worth your time and your deserve better than these folks.

Don't go here. Without even looking at it said would have to change the whole suspension when all it needed was a new tie rod which I got fixed elsewhere. He was also asking me all these personal questions and accusing me of something bad. I'm not sure why this has so many high reviews, this whole place screams sleezy, grifter, rip-off mechanic. Luckily I asked for my key and left before he tried to rip me off.

I had a Bad Power Steering Pump Replaced and had an experience mechanic do car diagnostic tests for any further safety issues. Replacement Cost were reasonable with great prices. I ve also had a tire replacement effectively installed in a professional timed manner.

Dont even bother, its waste of time. I called ahead to get estimate, and I agreed to the estimate, when I showed up for the repaid, they added over $200 on the estimate. Waste of time!!! Take you business somewhere else!

From the time that I pulled into the parking lot, it felt like family. The people here are so honest and genuine, you can truly feel it when you speak with them. They took great care of my car and were honest with me about the repairs. Thank you so very much to Lina and the team for taking great care of me! Wife & I were on the way to the grocery store. Low tire pressure light came on. Pulled over & saw a huge screw in the center of the rear passenger side tire. We were right around the corner from Bingo Tires & Auto in Centreville, so we stopped in. They had the tire off, screw pulled out, tire plugged & reinstalled very quickly.Thank you for your courtesy & prompt service.

Do not bring a car here. Management isn t available when a problem occurs. They give carbon copy invoices and take no accountability when their mechanic can t do a simple tire change.

I am very happy with the service that i got for my car with this location. Very professional and honest, they will tell you exactly what is the issue with the car and they also charge a very fare price for the service that they provide. Lina and her technicians are wonderful and helpful. They installed a new gasket on the engine block, and helped diagnose a tricky issue as I tried to get the car through emissions. There was a leak in the EVAP system. Although we weren't able to drill-down to the faulty canister that wound up being the core issue, we made great progress in getting the car safe and drivable. I ended up taking it to the dealer, but the cost of repairs began overrunning the cost of the vehicle itself, so it was wise to stop when we did.Services: Auto exhaust system repair, General repairs & maintenance

Had some work done on my 2009 Mercedes E350. The mechanic and manager were both transparent, thorough, and reasonable. I had bulbs changed, wheel bolts changed, an oil change, electrical problem (small), and very frustrating road noise. Can you imagine getting road noise diagnosed? The mechanic spent time to find the root cause, saving me countless hours and money in throwing money at the problem! My wife's car started leaking coolant from a corroded line. They were great diagnosing the problem and getting it fixed as soon as possible. I am looking forward to giving them more of my business as I've been looking for a local, non-chain shop that isn't just going to upsell you on everything and tell you things need to be fixed when they don't and this seems like that place! I highly recommend them to anyone curious.

This place is over priced and a total rip off for repair and other services. I stopped by today to fix a tire which was punctured on my way from work. Before stopping here I checked couple of other places but they were closed due to holidays. So decided to stop by here and man this place was expensive. They are charging 35$ for fixing a simple tire puncture which would cost 15$ in any other place. I will be not coming back here for any service. At the same time, I figured out that due to crazy prices for repairs and services here no one would stop here that's why the workers here are usually available and free.Service: Tire rotations

I ve been going to the owner for a minimum of 7yrs and i ve been going to this business since it s opened and the services and professionalism increase every visit i have 5 cars as well as have recommended 6 other friends/family to him and he never seems to disappoint. Every other mechanic i ve gone to always over charges and quality does compare to this place.
