I needed 4 new tires for my minivan but only wanted to get 2 (being retired & on a fixed-income). My minivan is 10 years old and has been in need of much repair the past year or so. It is due for VA state inspection in May. I wanted to get an idea of how it would do in inspection. Mr Tire did a brake and suspension check for me. I had thought the van needed more work than it did. It was a great relief that I will able to repair if it and not have to get another vehicle (which I'm not able to do at this time). I was kept informed at all times and all explained to me clearly and honestly. I am very happy!

Life Saver! I got a flat while heading out of state for the holidays and called and spoke with Jonathan who was very informative and helpful. He ended up replacing our back two tires and I was thrilled he had the ones we needed in stock as several other spots I called nearby did not have my kind of tires. Very professional and the service was quick, which I really appreciate it. I have only good things to say about them and highly recommend. Thank you so much for all the help & happy holidays!

I came to get a repair of nail in my car tire. I called first to make sure the service is offered because the website was not clear if there is a tire repair service.The front desk staff was courtesy and was able to accommodate me in a short notice and had my tire fixed in 30min or so. I am pleased with the overall experience and the convenience of service.The tire nail repair cost me $36, which is a good price.

Super highly recommend! Jonathan did a phenomenal job walking me through my tire options and all the paperwork before and after installation. Jonathan and the whole team did a great job making sure my experience was stellar and I will be recommending this shop to my friends and family. I m so grateful for all their help!

I am still in shock by how I was just treated by the store manager of this location. He was rude, aggressive and actually vaguely threatened me. I do not recommend using this location.Update 8/17/23. The tire that was repaired at this Burke Location a couple of days ago went flat this morning when I was getting onto 66. I have called number provided under this review several times, and was told there was nothing they could/ would do to help.

Dana is the reason I continue to choose Me Tire . She has incredible customer service skills, is so warm and helpful, and always knowledgeable. She s the type of person that I d like to hire at my company - she s a keeper! Kudos to Dana!!!

Jonathan is rude and doesn t let you finish your sentence without interrupting. The store environment isn t friendly. It was convenient for me because it was nearby. I prefer to go somewhere where I feel welcomed and can ask questions without being told I m wrong before I finish talking.

These guys do my oil changes, tires, brakes, and anything else. Trustworthy, quick, and not too expensive. They even fill my tires up with air for free whenever I want to stop by.

Mr. Tire attempted to replace a water pump in my car. I drove the car away, thinking it was fixed. The new water pump stopped in the middle of an intersection. I had the car towed back to Mr. Tire. They kept the car for almost another week and told me that it had a computer module problem. I had it towed to the dealer because I was afraid it would die in the middle of an intersection again. Car was okay - no computer module problem. Dealer speculated that Mr. Tire didn't want to admit that it the first repair was faulty or a non-recommended part was used. So, Mr. Tire lied about the computer module to get me to go away. These are bad people and they shouldn't be in business. I filed a complaint with BBB and Fairfax County. I intend to sue them in Small Claims Court next month for the cost of the two tows and diagnostic tests at the dealer. What scum!

Made an appointment on a Saturday they where very busy but got my car done as quickly as I think they could have for how busy they were. Manager was very upfront about time frame, he was also going up and down all the time.

It was a bad experience. I was told it'd be a 2hr wait to inspect one of my tires. After 3hrs, they told me the tire could not be repaired and they did not have a replacement. They suggested I go to a gas station for a plug. 20 mins later they gave me back my car. The actually lobby isnt clean at all.

With an appointment, waited over three hours to have four tires replaced. New tires looked dirty and scuffed. They certainly could have cleaned the tires to look a little better.

I have been a customer of the Mr Tire store in Burke for about 3 years and the customer service has always been excellent. Prices are always fair and the work is done at the time promised.

What are great customer service........ !I live 10 miles away from this Mr. tire location .I see the add on Google and I need tire so I want to check them out ,the customer service is on believable ....George give me about an hour free class.If you need tire please visit George he is the man.I am going to Yokohama tire

Made an appt to get my inspection done and see why my car was blowing through a gallon of windshield washer fluid every other day. Come to find out that my reservoir was cracked in the back - a side effect of an accident a couple of months prior. Jonathan the manager worked with me and sent documentation to my insurance company so they could pay to fix it. Overall great experience will be bringing my car in for an oil change soon!

This place just doesn t seem to want my business. After making an appointment online, I walked into the place and was told they didn t have any information about my car, just that I needed new tires. Of course, I was then told that they didn t have any tires for my car in stock. When I asked why the appointment had been confirmed, I was told that that s the system and they have been trying to change it for years. So I gave them the benefit of the doubt and asked for another appointment and this time made sure that my tires would be there. I was told to expect the call the next day - no call. The day after that, I called and asked again about the tires, the person who answered just told me he would give me a call in 5 minutes to which I replied that he didn t have my phone number. He said he did so I assumed they would use caller ID. The day ended and again no call. If their customer service is this bad from the start, I can t imagine what other issues would have come up. I m taking my business somewhere else!

My auto was coming up on 100k miles - it needed new tires and all fluids changed. Price was fair and service work thorough. Front desk man, John is knowledgeable in trade and helpful in choice decisions of the present and future work. Recommended for service and maintenance

I called the Mr. Tire in Burke after another shop could not install four new tires on my Chevy Silverado. Jonathan the manager did an excellent job working me into the already busy schedule and keeping me updated on the team's progress. I am very pleased with the quality of their work and will definitely be returning to this location for future services. I will also be recommending it to friends.

Took my car to mr tires to be checked at Fairfax Virginia , tire had gone flat the night before, they checked it, took about 45 minutes, he returned to say nothing was wrong with the tire, also checked the other tires. To my amazement, I was not charged anything for their service. $0. I m still in shock. The manager was super amazing. Very clean and tidy waiting area. I highly recommend. Should have seen the shock on my face when he said there was no charge. Thank you once again Mr Tire.

I was on my way to see TAY TAY, because I am the I am the biggest Swifty around. All of a sudden, BOOM! my engine goes into limp mode and i needed it towed (stupid Kia). I met with John, the manager at this location he was very helpful and nice. Told me I would probably need a new engine because of some recall that Kia has. I had to get the car to a dealership in order to do it under warranty but i wish i could have let them do it. Maybe next time im in the area. John even invited me to play something called Dungeons and Dragons. I'm a big fan, will return when im in the area

Service was decent. Just invoice was little awkward, where there was a charge of some optional warranty on one replacement tire( "Road Hazard Coverage") added in the bill without asking customer. It was not too much (16 percent of tire value) but i think its better to inform customer and give them an option to accept or decline those charges since not all customers review each billing details carefully when they sign the paper.Summary: Please review the invoice carefully before signing it.Thank you!!!

In early July 2022, I visited this Mr. Tire to replace all four of the tires on my 2021.5 Volkswagen Atlas, which as part of that service included a four wheel tire balancing. Unfortunately this relatively simple procedure that is part and parcel to the installation of new tires in fact took three visits to resolve, including one visit to a different Mr. Tire at my own expense. On the first visit to install the tires and after the service was completed I did a walk around my vehicle to ensure all looked right. I noticed that several of the lug nut caps were in fact missing, which thankfully after mentioning this to the staff was quickly addressed. However, immediately after leaving the shop, I noticed vibration from the front of the vehicle when it approached 50 mph and above. When I arrived home I noticed that the two front wheels had no weights applied to them; however, the sticky tape from the previous weights that were removed was clearly visible. Unfortunately I was leaving for a work trip to Alaska and couldn't immediately return the vehicle to the shop to discuss this situation. Upon my return from Alaska, I returned the vehicle to the shop, where the staff confirmed that the weights were in fact missing. They assured me the issue was corrected and again I departed the shop. Immediately again I noticed vibrations from the front of the vehicle. This time around I was soon going to be traveling to my second home in WV, so instead of returning my Atlas to this shop, which I no longer trusted to care for my vehicle, I instead took it to the Mr. Tire in Harrisonburg, VA. During this visit I paid nearly $60 to have all four tires balanced again. Thankfully that particular shop did the job correctly the first time, and the vibrations I was experiencing from the front of the vehicle were gone. I have no way to know what was going on at Fairfax Mr. Tire, but I was very disappointed that after two visits to this location, the balancing of my wheels was not done correctly, and that to correct it, I had to complete a third visit to another shop and pay out of pocket for a service that should've been included with my tire purchase. I recommend consumers cautiously choose this shop when making decisions on tire and balancing purchases.

This shop is very honest and provides outstanding customer service. Mr. Tire recently sent a mechanic to another shop that my car was at to inspect it and had it towed to their shop at their own expense for further examination. The issue ended up being due to a manufacturing defect on Kia's part, but the shop provided great customer service despite the fact that they were not responsible for the vehicle damage. The mechanic at the front desk even printed out the entire Kia Technical Service Bulletin and previous service receipt for me without asking. 10/10, highly recommend.

The man was very grumpy :( he tried to sell me 4 tires which was ok, but I told him I could get bridgestones for 607$ installed at costco with road hazard included, he tried to sell me cooper's for 800+ and i know road hazard costs extra, and tell me it was cheaper somehow? I got the alignment I needed but ultimately went to the used tire guy and got 2 sweet kumhos with 8/32 left on em for 150 out the door!

Not sure what's happening, but I feel service has been getting worse here. I recently went in for new tires and an oil change. The tires put on were not set to right PSI levels. They were all set at very different levels. I have to return back to complete the alignment due to technicians inexperience. I'm actually thankful they were truthful about it vs. just telling me the car is aligned... though, you can feel the car pull, so I would have come back anyway.In regards to oil change, the car's system reminder was not set so I had to Youtube how to reset the counter. But the worst part was one of fasteners was not put back correctly that holds in the oil and this caused a leak. I did not see it until several days after service when the rain showed the rainbows in my driveway! Luckily I did not lose a lot of oil making the car still usable. In the end, the manager resolved the issue and was nice about it. Unfortunately, I have not been too happy with them and I'm not certain I will return despite the convenience of where they are located. I'm not asking for above and beyond service here, just do the simple things like put proper air into tires, reset car reminders, and if customer asks for a favor like return spare wheel, then you do it... very disappointed.

I can sum up my experience as- terrible staff, appalling customer service and incompetent technicians.Firstly, the manager at the store has no business being in a job where he needs to interact with customers on a daily basis. He comes across to his customers as if he has been put at an inconvenience for doing his job. He is rude and unpleasant to talk to.Second, he needs to learn to be straight with his customers. I had a flat tire and went into the store to have it fixed but he wouldn t give me an accurate estimate of how long it would be before he could service my tire.Then when the tire did get looked at, the technician apparently couldn t get the lug nut out because they didn t have a wrench for it. What kind of a tire repair center can t get a lug nut out? And it wasn t a nut of any non-standard size because after this terrible experience I went to the Mr Tire Center in Fairfax Centre and it took them 30 seconds to remove the lug nuts with a standard wrench. So if they didn t want to do the work, they should have just told me that instead of wasting my time and holding my car.Lastly, after they handed the car back to me without fixing the flat tire I found out later in the day that they left the handset of their cordless landline phone in my car. So not only did they not fix my issue, they created additional work for me where I had to find a way to return their phone to them.Just skip this store and drive a little further out to the store in Fairfax Center and you will be greeted with an amazing staff, very cordial customer service and extremely competent technicians.
