I have a Ford F150 1990 with a 302 engine in it. Dragged it out of the woods with my dad and we revived it after 20 years of sitting. We had this miss we could not resolve, well they found it. The news they gave us was not the best. In fact we have to replace the engine. But they found the issue in 1 hour.Also other family members are very happy with their business.

I have been a customer of this garage for over 30 years. They have always been honest and up front about what repairs I need and what it will cost to fix. They have always reached out to me about any issues that came up while doing repairs that would not be included in the estimate too. Just in the last week I had to have the side mirror switch replaced and the total was less than their estimate! I also had to have a valve stem replaced because it broke while I was putting air in it and they worked me in even though they were already fully booked! The owners and workers are good, decent, honest people and I have no idea what I would do without them!Thanks to all of you!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

They were so very honest. We thought I needed a new rack n pinion it was going to be 500,.when they went in to check it out it turned out that something was just lose. It only cost me a 100. Ricky and his employees have taken care of my auto needs since I've had my first car at 18. Now in my 30's, I can safely say that I will never take my vehicles anywhere else for as long as their shop is open. The service and know-how is just that good. I have seriously had one of my cars towed here from over an hour away just so Glenmore garage could fix me up. My truck was long overdue for an alignment, and subsequently, tires. I had been doing a considerable amount of research online for my best deal on tires. One call to Misty, and she had me squared away on tires (best pricing, hands down), and had my alignment scheduled for the next Monday (this was on a Thursday). I expected a longer wait, honestly.I was able to drop my truck off the night prior to the repairs, as they have a drop box for keys. Misty called me while the work was being done to advise me that the mechanic found my front brakes would need attention in the very near future. She quoted a price to do the brake replacement, which I found very fair. I opted to not have them do it, as I normally do my own general maintenance. However, I am glad it was brought to my attention, so I could address it right away.I talked to Misty again when the job was finished, and paid over the phone, as I wouldnt be able to get back there to pick my truck up until after hours.When I picked it up, I was pleasantly surprised to find my brand new tires SHINED UP. Now, I've owned a large number of vehicles in all of my years of driving, and have NEVER had a new set of tires shined up when they were installed. BY ANY SHOP, ANYWHERE. To me, that one single gesture showed me that this shop takes pride in it's work, and values it's customers. Something as simple as shining up a set of tires after installing them, has set this shop apart from the rest.So, in summary:-Great people-Great prices-Excellent communication-Top notch customer serviceDo not hesitate to give this shop your business. I will continue to do so.

One stop shopping for all my vehicle maintenance. Brakes, suspension, tires, exhaust, state inspections....they do it all at a fair price. Excellent service, highly recommend. They get it done, right there at home, no need to travel.

I have been taking my vehicle there since being in Buckingham 2 years now. Ricky and his people do a fantastic job and always have with my vehicle and service. Even getting me back home or to them to pick the car up since it is the only one we have. Most places WILL NOT do that. I had a problem with my bank card one time and they worked with me till next day to get it straight with my bank, then came in to pay, after having taken by car home. Everyone will have a frowning experience from time to time, but they are very willing to work with you and get it right !!!

The woman that answers the phone (Misty I believe) authorized work done to my car that I did NOT ask for and had the audacity to charge me for it saying "it's only an extra $35 and you needed it to pass inspection" (but my back tires had no tread, and they were ok to pass?). She went on to say it wasn't a big deal that she did that because she saved me a tow bill because they gave info they'd usually charge for over the phone. So if the information was "free" why look for a way to actually charge me for it rather than "give it away"? I wish that was the only issue. They also failed to tell me that the two new keys they cut for my car would ONLY go to the ignition and NOT unlock my car. Why is that when the original key I provided did both?This resulted in me locking what I thought was my old key in my car. I called them to ask someone to come open the door and they told me "we don't do that..." Misty said "we didn't think we had to tell you and I didn't think about it because you were rude to me when you kept asking me why I authorized work you didn't ask for and we (her and her husband) now want nothing to do with you or your car". She was literally flipping it all on me as if I accused her of doing something she didn't do. A mechanic got on the phone and suggest I call the sheriff to unlock my car. NO APOLOGIES, NO HELP...just me and my locked car. After paying these idiots, I had to pay an a locksmith because they failed to give me EXTREMELY IMPORTANT information!Misty also said that because their prices were the lowest in town, there's not much I could do about this situation. So not only was I taken advantage of, but she found it to be hilarious as well as MY fault. Perhaps they only take care of those they know. I was a new customer. So if you know them...more power to you. If you don't...pay the extra money and go to another shop! I have zero reasons to slander these people under false accusations. EVERYTHING I said above was absolutely true.
