Very disgusted with your service. You said after hours call with a 2 hour minimum. We did not even call you, you were already there. $375 for that on a $25 mounting of tire charge. We did not have a problem paying a charge but you double dipped. Someone else called you out there and you were already helping them. I bet theirs was only $25 and you made $750 off of both of us together. $200 maybe but not $375. That will never happen again. And charging $14 fee for using credit card, wow!!!Had you been nicer to our drivers or the owner, we would not be posting this. I hope you are proud of what you did. HAGD

Great service & fair pricing!After calling multiple companies with long wait times, Troutville Tire was the quickest. Jamie was there in under an hour and his prices were WAY cheaper than the other companies I called! 10/10 recommend him to ANYONE!

Great people , very fair on prices have used them several time to get new tires put on my tractors. Highly recommend and have, very fast on getting out to installing the tires also.

The guys at Troutville Tire answered the phone 1hour+ minutes after closing time. After explaining our daughter was driving on her spare after having punctured the tire, they readily agreed to stay for a bit longer in order to repair it. We are very grateful and appreciate their flexibility and expertise. T

This is the the company to call for tire repair service at Troutdale va scale house. He was there in less than 45 minutes and worked well with us to get us back on the road.

Jamie is great. Very friendly and very quick. Won't nickle and dime very reasonable prices. If I'm ever in the area and in need I'm deff calling him. I highly recommend him.

Had the most honest fast trustworthy service I have ever had..had 4 quotes to fix my tire and he took care of it for a whole lot less!! And fast and this is my guy from now on!!

Jamie has done for maybe 5 sets of tires for us he is even driven all the way to Allegheny County to install a set for me I also remember one time my wife had a blow out and he came to the rescue on the side of the road thank you Jamie you guys are awesome keep up the good work I'll never buy said a tiresome anyone else
