Will tell you there are serious issues on your car but when you take it to be rescanned, all them "codes" that C&K said are magically not there at all. Tried to get me to buy a whole new transmission when mine is perfectly fine.

The wanna be male office manager took 4k of my money and Refused to fix my car, then lied to my insurance company and said he fixed everything that needed to be fixed on the vehicle to the adjuster on a recorded line. I will be suing for damages directly caused by the shop and wrongful death in the event the front end falls on the ground which also would be caused directly from the negligence of the shop. The shop rotated tires they weren't supposed to even touch and said he fixed the front end. When I told him that moving the tires didn't fix the popping clicking and grinding in the front end he asked me well why wouldnt it he pushed down on the hood that didn't even make a spring move and said I don't hear anything. I said well the vehicle didn't move so what do you expect to hear? so I asked for him to put the tires back so the back ones didn't wear like the old ones that were on the front did. I told him I didn't want to pay for four tires when I only need two but i couldn't put the new tires on the until after he fixed the front end. He said he was done with the vehicle finished or not that popping clicking and grinding was nothing to worry about. I was totally mortified to the potentially deadly lie he was telling so I left. The office chair warmer then proceeded to chase me out of the office across four lane driveway in front of the two bays they just use for car storage, across half the yard and ten foot up the road dragging his eightish year old son the whole way yelling and screaming across at me making a scene for everyone to see and know how aggressivly violent he has to be to keep total physical control and so he could train his son how personal relations work according to his mega alpha controlling philosophy by TRYING to threaten my life, screaming and cussing verbally abusing me because I wanted him to fix HIS screw up that I paid for. Prepare for violence and a death trap of a vehicle when you leave.

Very professional and fairly priced I came to the shop due to a/c issues was taken right in and told my service would take about an hour so myself and my 2 young sons sat in the lobby while we waited to which we were made to feel at home...George went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and my son was entertained it's nice to be somewhere family oriented! C&k will handle all my car needs from now on and I will recommend them to everyone

Called them about a head gasket repair on my 95 Wrangler. They quoted a fair price. I requested they tow it in. The tow truck showed up (really nice Ram rollback) within the time frame I needed. Driver was right on time and the driver communicated via call when he was close (always appreciated). While I had the jeep there, I had them do an axle seal, water pump, and thermostat along with the head gasket. Turn around on the job this time was 2 weeks, a lot faster than I anticipated. Everything looks good and I m back on the trails. I wasn t offered services I didn t need. George was super friendly and professional. Everyone on sight was friendly too. Definitely recommend this place. Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Car towing

Travelled down from NY after just having a service at Mercedes who said I had some life in my brakes - red warning light comes on - called MB who told me I had to wait a month for an appointment ! Called C&K who said they could do that day and for roughly one third of the price of MB. Dropped car off at 10am and collected at 4.30pm. All good with the repair - these guys dug me out of a hole

One on one service couldn't be better. Most importantly, they are HONEST AND REASONABLY priced!! That's becoming a rare commodity in the automotive repair field these days! They take care of my personal and business vehicles and I've had no issues to complain about with their work or their prices. They're the real deal

Can t say enough good things about C&K! I brought my car here after a collision because they were the shop with the earliest availability and they knocked it out of the park. The body work looks great and they went above and beyond while they had my car. They were waiting on a part for several weeks and not only kept me up to date, but also repainted the entire front of my car with the leftover paint they ordered, reclipped a piece of my rear fender that was not involved in the collision I brought my car in for, and power washed my engine. My car battery died while it was in their shop (manufacturers error, not theirs) and Kevin called me right away and advised me on how to proceed without pressuring me to buy a battery from them. When my battery was covered by warranty and we brought it back to replace it before taking it home, Kevin came out to help us after the shop had closed. If any friends or family need auto work, I would definitely recommend C&K.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim

Great owner! I was on my way from Roanoke, VA to Beckley, WV towing a vehicle behind my truck, when I blew a coolant hose. I was picked up, stopped at a local auto zone for the part and was back on the road. Very friendly, great knowledge, prompt service, highly recommend.

One of my dearest friends had a car towed approximately 5 miles and initially charged $1400 ,when explained that insurance was not going to be involved c&k graceiously cut the bill in half to $700. I call it stealing.The bill was paid, so put yourself in this situation and make your own opinion.

Thank y all so much for an awesome and efficient experience! I felt very welcomed. As a young woman I always have my guard up when it comes to getting car repairs. They showed me everything that was wrong and explained what was going on without making me feel small. Plus the prices were great! Friendly, caring, attentive, communicative, well knowledged, honest, and hard-working. I've yet to have a bad experience or receive any kind of bad service from this garage, thus far. I've been going to them for the past few years for all of my vehicle needs/repairs. I'd actually found this place right after moving to this area after urgently needing some vehicle repairs. Quite a few of the local residents I'd asked around to had recommended this garage, so I went to check it out and couldn't have been happier with the help and services I've received from there ever since. I, most definitely, recommend this garage to others who may need their services one day. This place really is a great place with good people that do care.

George and his staff are fast, efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, and damn good at their job. Great Quality, Great Price, AND They stand behind their work. I have several personal vehicles, work vehicles and recreational vehicles . C&K cares fir them all. Dont let the humble surroundings fool you. These are professional people doing professional work in an uncertain world. I highly recommend them.

Used C&K Towing multiple times . Wes works great with my StateFarm agent and is very prompt on your rescue effort. He hooks to your vehicle with the care of it's his on vehicle.

Went there to get spark plugs replaced. George was honest about the work, offered a very good price, accommodated my request at a short notice, and was fun to talk. Highly recommend this place to take care of your car.

Tim and Karen run a good business. Tim is a good mechanic and he's always honest. He's very straight with you if something is broken or needs complete replacement he won't pull punches and he won't take shortcuts. You will be pleased and your vehicle will be a very happy vehicle!

This place is amazing !!!!! Car broke down fri I thought it was a fuel pump ! As a women I could have easily been taken advantage of but I was not . Turned out it was a simple fix and their prices are extremely fair ! This is my first google review and they deserve it . I took my 1995 4-Runner to Tim with a blown head gasket. He has done work on this vehicle for almost 20 years. Heads were not cracked so he replaced the head gaskets, timing belt, water pump, etc. I have driven it now for four weeks and it is running great. Added bonus, always reasonable prices.

Great place. Under new ownership but the same great service and affordability you can trust. When its so hard to find a mechanic you can trust it's nice to be able to drop a car off here and not have to worry about getting ripped off or up-sold stuff you don't need.

If you can avoid this bad and dishonest mechanic then that's good for you.I recently replaced my struts in there and done the alignment as well because they were a little cheaper than everybody else in the area. It was a big mistake. They did a very poor job and they were so disgusting to even admit it.How did I find out?After leaving the T&K shop and on my way home on the highway my car was pulling to the side of the road which was really dangerous. Therefore, I took it right away to a trust worthy shop to check on it. They confirmed that no alignment was done on the car and also the struts were installed incorrectly. When I confronted the T&K owner (his name is Tim) he was insulted to the fact that I went to another shop to check. I told him if it weren't for this other shop I would not have ever guessed it on my own. However Tim was so rude and impolite to even admit the fact that they did a crappy job.I had to redo the whole thing again at this other reliable shop which they did a great job and my car now runs smooth (It was more expensive but it was worth it and they gave me a 6-month warranty).That's an honest recent experience that I went through with this horrible T&K mechanic. Do yourself a favor and save time and money and find a better reliable mechanic that knows what he is doing and that is honest and cares about his customers.At T&K maybe you can have them rotate your tires or change your battery or change your wipers but for something major in your engine then T&K is the worst. You will have to recheck any work they do on your car to make sure it was done right. Then why bother to go there to begin with. Save yourself the trouble.I will never ever go back again to this miserable mechanic.I hope this helps someone out there so that they won't go through what I had gone through.Thanks.

this my second repair done at this shop . the first time I needed a wheel bearing. was quoted other places over 600.00 they fixed it for just over 300 the second fix was a flex pipe for the exhaust was quoted for a muffler shop 500.00 they fix it for 60.00. they may take their time so they are not fast but they are good and honest!!!! I give them two thumbs up

The best auto shop in town! New owner Kevin is a great guy to work with. Honest people and reasonable price. Check them out if you run into a car problem.

Perfect place for graduate, undergraduate students. They are experienced and know their work and care for your pocket. They never try to trick you. Do not expect a fancy sitting area, free coffee, free wifi. They are simple but effective. Only thing is that, one needs to be very clear about what are the problems they are facing. This is my go to place for last 10 years.
