Purchased a utility trailer overall pretty happy but was some problems. The trailer had pretty bad damage after papers were signed which was very frustrating BUT Laura did a great job working it out and making it right. Customer service is 5 stars

I purchased a Utility Trailer from Blacksburg, VA Leonard's. The process of ordering was easy and when I picked up the Trailer, Nathan was super helpful. I put the trailer to use the very next day. Easy to maneuver equipment and the staff at Blacksburg were Friendly and very helpful. I will use Leonard for all my Trailer/Building needs. Thanks Nathan.

Laura and Mel were extremely knowledgeable relating to their products and patient in explaining features of various bed covers. Once the selection was made they were very proficient in ordering and installing my new cover. Everything happened as they had promised. I was in and out the day of installation much quicker than I had anticipated. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone looking for truck accessories.

Bought a 5x10 utility trailer and definitely recommend this business. Lara is awesome and the buying process was smooth and straightforward. Mel did a great job at installing everything I needed as well. Will definitely be doing more business at Leonard s!

Laura and her team were courteous, informative, and very helpful. I got exactly the trailer I needed at a great price, but it was the personal service and professional interactions that set this Blacksburg, VA Leonard facility apart from most of the other businesses one interacts with on a daily basis.

I purchased my utility trailer from Leonard Buildings & Truck Accessories in Blacksburg and was very pleased with the service. The manager, Cody Morgan, was a super nice guy and very helpful in showing me the trailers on the lot. He checked out all aspects of the trailer before I left with it. This is the second trailer I have purchased from there and I highly recommend them.

I have purchased numerous items from Leonard's and up until now I have been satisfied. I recently purchased a camper top and truck box to the tune of 5700 and everything went south. They did refund me so I guess that is in their favor, but when I asked when my camper top would arrive, I was told I don't know it just shows up, I was a little amazed. He said he couldn't call anyone or check, it would just show up. Not really a good system. That kind of did it for me, there are way too many options to deal with that.

I ordered a truck cap in Oct 2017, when it arrived the back window would not close properly. The company replaced the cap with the new one but the window latch on the new cap would not remain in place. the one side of the window would pop open. I went back two more times and the latch was tightened. Now the one side will not stay closed at all. Its May 2018 and I still do not have the issue resolved. While the store manager is helpful, his authority is limited to people who are non responsive. I would not recommend the product or company.

This place has new staff, and is extremely helpful. Only stopped in as a last resort recently and glad I did. Have had issues with my truck cap that I purchased here, and the last staff member was not very helpful in the least. Hopefully they can resolve my issue quickly.

Would recommend this business for sure. Set up our Lawn Care Business Trailer will all kinds of accessories that we needed, and did other service to it for a great price. A+ service

Lousy, lousy service. We went to see what they had available for our new truck and hoped that because they were close by, we could purchase accessories and have them installed locally.The young man at the counter never acknowledged our presence. He could have said "Hi, folks, I'll be with you in a few minutes" for example but he was far to hepped up on pounding the message of repossession to a lady who was buying something- maybe a shed?We'll deal with someone who actually wants our business.

Cody has gone the extra mile for me to get me satisfaction on a problem with my bed cover!! It is very rare that you get that kind of service these days. Kudos to Leonards for hiring this guy! I will keep coming back and dealing with Cody for all my truck and trailer needs..Thanks my friend!!

Lists they sell utility trailers, but they don't have any on the lot. Women behind counter seemed all offended when I questioned this. I don't need someone to order me a trailer and have it shipped, Im smart enough to do that myself. Trailers, not chicken coops.

This place is awesome....my trailer broke down off interstate 81 and I stop there .Cody the manger had the parts and also fix my trailer less than 30 min....thank you so much!!!

BAIT AND SWITCH PRICING! THEY QUOTED ME $1800 FOR A CAP, THEN ADDED $225 WHEN IT CAME TIME TO SIGN. LIARS.
