We had a great experience in sales with Terrance. His card is in the pictures. He was very positive and helpful and was able to find us a lower local financing rate than we were able to get on our own. We love our Maverick Tremor edition!!

Highly recommend coming here!!! John was absolutely amazing!! He fit me in super fast, and did the whole thing in record time! I was expecting to wait over an hour and I spent 30 minutes from the time I pulled in to pulled out the parking lot.The employees all were very kind and warm. John was very personable and just such a huge help

After nine back surgeries over the past ten years, a really needed a comfortable car. What did I buy? A beautiful, brand new pickup truck! I managed to deal with it for almost two years and then I realized that I must have a car with excellent suspension, thus a wonderful ride.I gave my needs and info to a salesman who just happened to go on vacation when this beautiful Mercedes Benz came in! I called them about it and got an appointment with a substitute salesperson, Josh. He was awesome! He took me for test drives in at least five vehicles! After all that work, I said I needed to think about it. We left and had lunch. After an hour or so, we went back and bought the car! They gave me an an awesome deal on my truck as a trade-in (better by more than $3,500 than the six dealerships I asked for trade value), discounted the Mercedes by $6000, and gave me a pretty good extended warranty price. If my service experiences are as good as my purchase experience, I'll be a Duncan customer for years!I

Joe Curtis kept me informed of the status of my ordered Maverick anytime there was an update. He also answered all my questions when I picked my new truck up. He was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend him and Duncan Ford. Also, Nathan, the business manager made the paperwork smooth and easy. I highly recommend him as well.If you want a Ford, Lincoln or Mazda, this is the place to go!

We received quality service from Steve Price and his associate, Terrence. Over the past 20 years, we've purchased a number of vehicles from Duncan. What we like is that we tell them what we're in the market for and they have the vehicles ready and waiting for us to test drive that meet our specifications. Saves us time and we've always gotten a great deal. We count on their integrity and professionalism.

Very relaxed environment, a pleasure doing business there.Update 1/20/2022:While the showroom and purchase process was very smooth, I had an after purchase experience that has completely soured my opinion of this dealer and Ford in general. They had a problem obtaining the title for my trade-in and called me saying Duncan Ford had done their part and demanded that I either bring in a title or a check for $21,500 to purchase my trade-in. This was 3 1/2 months after they took in the trade and only after they had a sale for the trade-in. While I never had a Title because the Credit Union I financed it with held the Title I wasn t sure what I could but said I would contact them. The attitude of the person from Duncan Ford who called me was the same as a collector for a loan shark that you see in the movies. When I contacted the Credit Union to beg for assistance so I could be done with this nightmare they even questioned why the dealer was contacting me. This experience has me seriously considering selling the Ford Escape I purchased and getting away from Ford altogether. My original review of this dealer was 5 stars but now that they have shown that they only appreciate their customers when they are signing a contract there is no rating low enough.Update 1/22/24The final nail in my coffin. When I bought the vehicle I purchased an extended warranty. Since the vehicle was brand new I assumed the warranty would start after the bumper to bumper expired. The extended warranty cost $1,940, when I sold the car two years later they refunded $1,180. So, my assumption cost me $760. I have no idea what the extended warranty covered that the bumper to bumper didn't, but is must be something exotic. Just another way Duncan gives you everything you let them.

Bought a used Suzuki sx4 from Duncans,the very same day had engine troubles and it stopped running, had to have it towed back to them.I am glad I Bought there extended warranty program.Even though it was a let down car breaking down the same day I bought it.Duncans is all over it getting it repaired and going to reimburse the tow bill.Everyone was very apologetic and keeping me updated on repair status. Just remember when buying a used car spend the extra money and buy the extended warranty. I am very happy with Duncan's how fast they are getting my car repaired and I do recommend them when purchasing a vehicle.

Had a great experience purchasing our Ford Lightning! The folks at Duncan are very accommodating. Zack our sales representative was informing and friendly. No hard sell. We test drove one day, he explained our options and we went home. Returning 3 days later after having time to check all our options we purchased our Lighting.

Shout out to the service department!!! I needed air in my tires due to the freezing cold and the tire pressure had dropped to a dangerous level so I was really not safe driving. They literally got me into the shop as I drove up, filled up my tires, were courteous and kind. Such a pleasure and I am so grateful for the help when it is 10 degrees outside and I was panicking. They were wonderful and I would highly recommend them. 5 Stars!!!!!!!!

Test drove a Toyota Corolla hybrid, which I ultimately bought. Zach, the sales rep, was particularly helpful in facilitating the process. Even picked me up in his own vehicle when an arranged ride to the dealership fell through.

Before today I would've given 5 stars. I've been bringing my vehicles here for service since 2016 and it has always been great. Today was just another regular oil change and tire rotation, but they didn't rotate my tires, I know because I scheduled an alignment for a week from now as well due to uneven tire wear on the front tires that I noticed. Well after the service I noticed that the uneven tire wear was still on the front tires (rears don't have uneven wear). In addition to this I also had a brand new chrome wheel lock key since I had lost my old one. This lock key still looks completely brand new without even a scratch which is another reason I know they didn't do the tire rotation. I called back because maybe they had somehow overlooked the tire rotation which wasn't a big deal to me, mistakes happen. But on the phone all they told me was that I was basically wrong and they had done it. So I've just completely lost trust and will be looking for somewhere else to get my regular maintenance done.

Absolute best folks around. They continue to treat you right even a few years after buying a vehicle from them. This is the only place we will go for car service and when it is time to upgrade and buy new vehicles. Brent runs an A+ service department. Don't let rumors of "stay away from the dealership" and "you are going to pay so much more" turn you away from coming here, they are not true.

I enjoyed buying my F150 Lightning electric truck from Duncan! I was in touch with them from the first day I signed up on the waiting list (June, 2021!) through delivery just a few days ago (June, 2023!). They always answered questions quickly, often better than Ford factory/national social media sites, and made the purchase process very easy. I expect to use Duncan for service and future purchases as well!

These guys were great to work with, especially on the pouring down freezing rain! Never hesitated to help me out. Go see them today! Much better than Magic City ford in Roanoke. Those guys didn t even get out of their chairs in the rain to ask if I needed anything.

Brought in for an oil change and alignment. Tech thought the car was a squared wheel setup but it's actually staggered so they put on the rear wheels in the front and scrape off a good chunk of paint off of my rear wheel and did a little burn out on the shop floor (bc "front wheel" was too wide and got stuck).Been here quite a few times since I owned the car so this is not my first visit and I was happy with my previous visits until now.Won't be back here anymore since all it takes is one bad experience and that's it.

My husband and I bought a brand new 2024 F250 at Duncan Ford in Blacksburg, with the assistance of Steve Akers. Although we had seen the vehicle on the Duncan Ford web page and had researched information about the vehicle, we still had many questions. Steve was very helpful in answering everything! We had two pre-approval fur financing in hand, yet Steve found us a better rate, which is fabulous in today's high interest economy! Every dollar counts! We appreciate all of the very pleasant process, and will be going to Duncan for further vehicle purchases! 5 Star Satisfaction here!

I needed a new car after getting into a wreck with my old one. My mother recommend this place to me as she has bought several cars from them before. I came with a certian budget in mind and left with a car is was happy with.They prepared 3 vehicles within my price range with the body type I prefer and they let me test drive them no hassle. They answered every question I asked so I could be sure I was making an educated decision.Buying your first can be stressful but I can tell they tried to make it as stress free as possible.

Great to deal with. One of the only places that don t have a big markup on broncos. Has excellent customer service. Beth rose was great to deal with. I havnt drove my bronco much it s been staying in garage. But it is absolutely beautiful.

I would give 6 stars but they only allow 5. Found a great deal on a 2008 Ford E350. We are in Pinehurst, a 3.5 hour drive from Blacksburg, but Josh was extremely helpful sending pictures and test driving the car for me (even getting it up to a good clip to check for sounds or vibrations at my request). We made it the 200 miles back with no issues, no check engine lights, and we couldn't be happier. Highly recommended, and it will be the first place I look next time I'm in the market.

I just purchased a new Lincoln Corsair from Duncan. Very easy to deal with. Very quick in the sales and finance department. I had a tough time choosing between two. You should stop in if your looking for a new or used car. They have 2 awesome Ford trucks on display. I love the baby blue one. I will be back and do reccomend.
