I have tried to come up with 80 today I almost had 80 dollars the lady in belle haven said by the end of the day so I almost had 80 dollars I have been looking for jobs yesterday and today and everything i even thought about trying to get in to do my taxes today and I should be able to get my SSI tomorrow and I can pay more money than the 40 every day don't go to them because they will tow your car even though you are going to have the money by the end of the day they will tow your rental

I was renting from enterprise and one minute they tell me that I was approved but when I go to pay for the car again because of yesterday I was coming up with 80 before the end of the day and they towed it at 11am and then today I was trying to pay 350 but I'm not allowed to pay for it and return the keys got it I will return it but plan on never getting a rental car from enterprise everything and as I was calling this morning to pay for the car and they said due to privacy we can't do it then I called them in Virginia Beach and they said due to me not qualified is why when I went to get it but they dropped the ball so I am not getting another rental from them and I refuse to pay for a car that I am not renting anymore I don't recommend going to belle haven enterprise especially because the deposit is 300 dollars as well

Kelsie did a great job again! We got there late on a Friday afternoon as she was getting ready to go home, but she was super nice about it and made sure we got the car we wanted. Thanks again, Kelsie!Kelsie is great, very helpful and efficient. She made sure we got just what we wanted, and we were in and out within minutes. No Hassle. I am a returning customer who plans to keep returning.

So I have edited my review since I have had more dealings with this particular Enterprise location. I have found for the most part the staff at this location do go out of their way to provide the best customer service possible. So this is the conclusion I have come to in dealing with Enterprise Rent-A-Car or any large company that has local stores that are franchised locations or not and also offer the customer the ability to deal with them strictly using the internet and or possibly chatting on line. If you need detailed service with any large company you will always be better off going to the local store and speaking with a fellow HUMAN BEING. That quite possibly is a human that lives in the same locality that you do, and can possibly relate to you on a much deeper social level. Speaking to someone in India is not going to help at all!!! And the automated Chat Bot does not have the ability to under stand a 6 word question. So take my advice. If you are look for good customer service and have the opportunity to deal with a fellow human being. You have a much better chance of getting some customer service that will be worth reviewing!!! (following review posted in 2019)> I will say that all the past experiences I've had with Enterprise sucked. With the one exception. And that is the Enterprise car rental located in Beverly, MA. All of the staff take a great deal of pride in providing customer service to all it's customers. At the Beverly store they are VERY IMPRESSIVE.

Friendly staff and I got a reliable rental while mine was in the shop.Only 1 person working so enterprise did not pick me up. I had to get a ride to drive 25 mins to get my car.

Kelsey & Pam were most helpful when we needed a car right away. We broke down on our way to VA Beach, and they were very accommodating with our needs. They even picked us up at the auto repair shop. Thank you Kelsey & Pam for saving our vacation!!!

Horrible experience this time. Did not even get the car. Never had to show "proof of address" before. Have friends rented a car twice before. I mean, I was leaving my car there... what's the matter with people. Had to drive over to a doctor's apt in Virginia Beach. Kelsey or Enterprise will not be getting our business any time soon, unless I am on dire straitsIf you want your day ruined go to Belle Haven. Betty W

Kelsea Bundick at the Belle Haven, Va Enterprise office was a pleasure to deal with! In my case she went above and beyond the call of duty! My expectations were exceeded! James and the other Gentleman was very helpful. Cars were clean. I would defiantly rent from enterprise again after having a great experience. I would like to see them open a location closer to the Campgrounds in Cape Charles.

I was in dire straights to get back to RVA. Hitchhiking is as useful as braille on drive-thru ATMs, there is no ride sharing to be had anywhere on the shore, and $100+ for a cab to Norfolk to catch a $100 5hr long train ride was not happening.Pam was who came to pick me up I had a blast talking to her. She also pointed out all the hiding spots local five-o use so I d know where to be extra careful.Amanda made it all happen. Turns out I didn t have all the necessities on me but she took pity on poor ol pitiful me and let it slide, just that once. Hands down, best customer service I ve received from a rental company.Enterprise! Give those ladies raises! Mainly because they deserve it. Buy also bc they laughed at my jokes!

My mom has to go to Baltimore for doctors appointments and my sister or myself vehicles are not the best to make that trip. Dominique is very knowledgeable and helps me out everytime. I appreciate the service.Thanks

Great customer service ; had my vehicle ready and waiting for me when I arrived. All I had to do was walk in sign the paperwork pick up the car and be on my way. Thanks Enterprise!!!!!!

We were told the insurance coverage option on the rental would be $5/day only to later find out that it was $25/day. Also, we were not told that having a second drivers name on the vehicle cost $15/day. The rental rate we weee quoted was $40/day but we actually ended up paying $80/day - not cool enterprise.
