I waited for 3 hours to get the tow truck to get my car. 3 hours. I got it through geico roadside assistance. The estimate time was 45 minutes in the beginning, 5 minutes before completing the 45 I get a call saying that I ll have to wait for 45 more minutes. My mistake was not asking to change provider, as after the second 45 minutes I call because nobody came, and they say I ll have to wait 30 minutes more, guess what I waited 50 more. This company is not professional at all.

Towed my car which was leaking oil badly. Driver was extremely professional ,helpful, and really took care of me and my grandson. I cannot say enough nice things about my experience with this company.

Came right away when I called. Really nice, polite gentleman. He made sure the car was secure and was very cautious with the car. Very reasonable price. Would recommend and use again.

Fat Boys Wrecker Service towed me out of a jam when one of my work vehicles broke down. Driver was great! He was very cautious when it came to preparing my vehicle for tow, making sure it was done safely. Thanks for a quick and courteous response!

Overcharged my insurance. Nearly $800.00 for a tow. Hit a deer Saturday night. First thing Monday morning, Fatboyz issued requests to the dmv and our auto lender to snatch the title. We had not even received a bill and our insurance company had not been given a chance to deal with them. Walk, run or leave your vehicle on the side of the road before dealing with this "business".

Wrecked my car in the snow they came out quickly and pulled me out think it was like $350 happy to pay it, i will use them again if i need a tow

charged me 65$ just to show up to my house and not do anything...he claimed it was because they had to drive from Bedford when its literally 20 min down the road, and to make matters worse the guy starts smoking a cigarette in my garage without asking ? extremely unprofessional.

Excellent Services, Really good customer services, I got stuck in the top of the mountains in Thaxton, the road was really narrow and really steep hills, Call two other people they don t even return my phone call back, I thank you so much guys to give me out of here, I will refer you to anybody that needs your services
