Outstanding customer focused business. Ordered our truck from Fellers Altavista, Va. Dealer was meticulous in making sure of our needs, items we wanted, and best possible price for our new vehicle. Gary kept us up to date on our order. When we went to pick up our new truck Gary's team had the truck clean, staged, full of gas, and ready to go.Certainly first class dealership and customer focus in my book! We certainly will go back for our next Chevy when it's time.

Awful dealer ship. Approached a sales person about a vehicle which was apparently under 10000 dollars per their website. I understand this may have been a mistake, but when approaching the sales person about it sales person stated "I can see where this is going" and went back inside with no attempt of assisting any further.Extremely rude. I'll never return to this dealer ship for service or a purchase.

Chris Townes is the salesman to use. He us knowledgeable and presents the automobile with a smile. He delivered my Mary Kay cars with explanations on the cars' features.

Showed vehicle on internet for 2019 Ford Escape. Husband and son went to look at it. Evidently they were treated quite rudely by salesman. It is still listed on internet under 10K - Will spread the word about the way they were treated!!

Shady at best! I purchase the new to me truck back at the first of the year had a less than 12 hours coil pack went out service department replaced it no harm no foul , week later truck cuts off in the middle of the road due to the Start stop assist (whatever it s called) . they looked at it said nothing was wrong with it. Can t use that feature anymore the batteries too small not enough cranking amps , now I change my oil the first time 3 1/2 quarts low at 5000 miles find out there s a technicians service bulletin on my truck for high oil consumption now the manufacture of the truck is telling me that I will need to replace the motor .I was misled about this truck from the beginning. I should ve done more research on my own, but was sold as a local trade come to find out it was a rental truck and was told I had my bank loan through a local bank and found out that it s not it s through Ally , the worst loan company there is.Don t be a dumb like me do you research ask more questions because now I have a $30,000 paperweight, and definitely bypassed this dealership. They have the townhome friendly fell but it s all an act.Update: Call the number that was left in reply . The guy that answered the phone was extremely rude dismissive.

I travel all over the country for work. I have an '05 Duramax that I tow a 5th wheel with. I have the truck serviced in whatever town I end up in when the time for service comes and Fellers has the best service department I have encountered to date. Great people and great work. Thankfully they caught an issue even my home town dealer didn't catch and got it corrected for me before it ruined my day. Thank you!

5 stars! I picked up my car today from their service department. I needed to have the timing belt replaced, along with all the other parts that are related. The staff were very courteous and friendly, the price for the repair was below what I had estimated and they had the repairs completed quickly. The car is running like a dream. Thank you, Fellers Chevrolet!

Update: Recently purchased a new to me 23 Silverado from fellers. Kim was very helpful and patient as I made several trips to the dealership over a couple weeks. Great dealership, helpful Staff, good selection of used and new. Really enjoying the new truck. Thank you Kim and Chris!Original review: Great service and prices, cheaper price on a new factory radio installation than everyone else in the area and they got it in faster. Will be going back!!

The service department replace part I requested. The part didn't fix the issue. They kept my car and check it completely over and was able to make the other adjustments part of the payment. They were totally awesome. Bought my car from them 7yrs ago and it the best as well.

I bought a truck from Fellers in May they treated me with me with respect and made me a good deal. I had a minor problem with a tire leaking air and they took care of the problem at no cost to me. The most important thing to me is that they addressed the problem, the way everyone should expect to be treated. I will do business with them again.

I purchased a 2020 Corvette from another dealership in Raleigh NC.After a month or so the battery died and left me stranded in a parking lot.Although I did not purchase the vehicle from Fellers they sent a couple of guys over to get it jumped and then checked it out before they sent me down the road.Excellent service.

Had a Service issue with my 2017 Cruze. The part had to be ordered so Rebekah in the Service Department was outstanding in all respects. She facilitated my getting a rental car and the job was done quickly and efficiently! I would highly recommend Fellers to everyone!

I do NOT recommend this location for absolutely anything especially the service department. Clayton was dismissive, rude and completely unprofessional. I brought my moms brand new 2018 Equinox in to be looked at because it was making a noise while driving. Clayton sent a kid out to ride with us and the kid confirmed that there was a noise being made at 40 to 60mph. After waiting for an hour Clayton came back out and said they didn't find anything wrong but he was going to get us a rental car to be paid for by GM motors but they dont have any cars as available in the size they would pay for. Take your car back home and we will call you tomorrow to look at it and get you a rental. We had to call Clayton back to find out what was going on and he had no idea and would call us back. Well we did not hear from him until day three and we were told that it was as normal noise that they drove another Equinox from the lot and it made the same noise and that it was normal. REALLY... What it all boils down to is the car is covered under the bumper to bumper warranty and he would not make any money off this service call and did not want to waist his time. He tried to play us off and was not appreciated! This will go further up the company. Please save your money and time and give it to people who appreciate you and your business clearly Fellers Chevrolet does not.

Traveled from Martinsville last year to buy a new Chevy Traverse. I could not find the trim in the color (graphite metallic) I wanted anywhere except at Fellers. I had a great experience there and was really pleased with the offer made on my trade-in.

Called the service department to order a replacement key fob for my Corvette. I asked the service manager that I spoke with, to contact my insurance person because they were going to pay for it. He told me he was too busy to call them. After a few minutes, I finally said to him " I guess your just too busy for my business, so I guess I'll take it elsewhere". He said, fine. I called back a few minutes later and I asked for the dealership manager, and was given one of owners...Fellers. I told him that I thought he might like to know that business was being turned away because service was too busy. He said that he wasn't too busy to make the call and that he would call me back. He left a message on my phone a few hours later asking that I call him back. I did twice, but didn't get him so I left two messages. That was a month ago, and I have yet to hear back from him. I guess they are too busy and don't need anymore business. So I would recommend taking your business elsewhere. I did, and had the matter settled thru another dealership in 3 days time. Fellers Chevrolet lost my current and future business. Too bad since I just moved to the area and was hoping for a good local chevy dealership.

Took my 2010 Chevy equinox to fellers for stablertrac code on screen they told me I needed to replace transmission. So I go to get second appion to find our was not transmission throwing code on screen but wheel bearing. And also nothing wrong with transmission. Before jumping to big money item please look out for your customer better.

Ken the sales manager acted like a baby because he didn't get his way.he threw his glasses across table and slammed his laptop closed and said that's it nothing else to talk about. Didn't even shake our hands as we left . He sat in chair and pouted with his arms crossed and lips poked out. Very unprofessional.

Purchased a 2018 F150 after the test drive let the salesman and sales manager know the vehicle was pulling to the left so they said they would set up an alignment appointment for me this was on Wednesday never heard anything back so I called them Monday and set up the appointment in the mean time I had a leveling kit and new tires installed while doing the installation found a axle boot had a hole in it so I let them know well they said the were not going to honor the alignment voucher and not going to fix the boot because the hole in the boot was caused by installing the leveling kitSales manager said it was my plan to install the leveling kit and get a free alignment

Great dealership for warranty work, no run around unlike Pinkerton in Lynchburg. Save yourself the headache and drive the extra 20 minutes.

I went to Fellers today to get a car but was told I had to put down 60%,which was $6,000.Because according to them,people have a lot of money right now because of the Coronavirus.But I have a full time job,which pays really good.I had a down payment,just not that much.I think it was just an excuse not to give me a car.My credit needs work but I am working on it.I think my credit is why they wanted so much but they should have told me the real reason, instead of giving me a flimsy excuse.Waiting for my taxes and stimulus checks,then I will get a car but I won't be going back to them.If you have excellent credit, then go here.They will work with you.Otherwise,don't waste your time.
