I got a headlight repaired at Yates, and after a few months my husband noted that is was weirdly crooked. Took my car back and showed them the issue and they jumped right on the repairs. They made sure it was done right and even offered to eat the cost if my insurance company balked. They offer a great warranty on their work and we were more than pleased with the customer service. They really go above and beyond. They will be our go to repair shop for any future unfortunate issues.

I wouldn t recommend going through Yates if you can avoid it. I ve spent thousands of dollars out of pocket on a rental while they can t get it together on my two week car repair.I was in an accident in January. My car was evaluated and an estimate was developed on 2/5. The estimated repair time was two weeks, and the soonest they could take my car in was 2/12. On 2/27 I called for an update and was told that they had ordered the wrong part and the part they needed was back ordered nationally. The customer service representative tried to avoid further questions and hang up several times. I asked why I had not received any updates about the process and I was told I should be receiving text updates. I had to call back two more times to start getting email updates about the status of my repair. I got an email on 4/2 stating that my car was being reassembled. I called again today (4/5) to get an estimate of when it would be reassembled so I could make a decision about rental cars. I was told that they had to order another part and my car was expected to be complete on 4/15, but that they could not guarantee that it would be done then.My two week repair will take over two months and many of these delays were avoidable. My insurance rental car coverage ran out over a month ago, so Yates Collision is actively costing me money every day

They take forever. My car was in the shop for more than 2 weeks! They told me it was only going to be about 3-4 days. They kept pushing the timeline further back.

Great service. Work was finished much, much faster than I expected. My car is back in showroom condition at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.
