Very nice experience! Carolina was very approachable & knowledgeable on the different services they offer. They had great teamwork. My car looks & smell so much better. Will be coming back. Thank you !!! I wish I had a before pictures but these are the after !

Got my car washed today but the reasons I even brought it in weren t even handled. I saw them opening everyone s car doors and getting ln there but mine still looks like this and I got the ultimate on purpose because the exterior was pretty bad but it still wasn t cleaned properly and I m disappointed the photos I added are after I tried to wipe some with paper towels when I realized the dirt was still there.

Juan was amazing. My car was filled with dog hair and he somehow got every single piece of hair. He worked so hard. I definitely recommend Yates Car Wash and especially Juan.

This place was decent for the last two years but the new workers here do a terrible job at cleaning. You are better off paying for the exterior only.

I have been coming to Yates car wash for many years, and they always do a great job in my car.The people who work here at very dedicated, hardworking people. They pay attention to deatails. From the person vacuuming your car until the friendly cashiers , they are excellent and what they do. The price is very fair compared to other car washes in the area.There is plenty of space for you to chill while waiting for your car.I strongly recommend this place.

My new vehicle had some stains from indoor garage sprinkler leaks and Carolina and her crew took care of it. They recommended a hand wash and wax and took the stains right out. They were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I highly recommend the service. Thank you.

This place is an absolute rip off. If it wasn t for the lack of car washes in Alexandria, this terrible service wash wouldn t have good reviews. You can t miss what you don t have, what we don t have is a good car wash. 38$ freaking dollars for an ultimate that my buddy Steve can do with a home vacuum and a hose. I have never seen such lazy men working the vacuum station before the wash. They left it was dirty as the car came in. I stood to watch and the guys just touched the carpet and said there done. The guy couldn t even move. The machine and facility itself is as old as Alexandria. That is a figure of speech. There s plenty of other equipment that they could have but due to cheapness I assume they done. They have a terrible facility that costs a TON of money for service. Do not go here. Drive to Maryland or something. Mr car wash is no better. Avoid. The only good thing is the second stop drying ladies they are a god send. They are the real MVPs the rest absolutely SUCKS.

The staff was courtesy. Although I did expect much better for a $200 interior detail. Overall, I would not recommend as it was a waste and not a thorough cleaning.

I like Yates Car wash, its a well run establishment. They do pretty good work here. I do private detailing and have a different understanding of the car wash process. This basically is a wash, wipe & shine place. I never expect premium work because it takes time. Now my only issue is that when they wipe your car dry they don t use fresh microfiber cloths so windows & dark paint will smear. I have my best work done here on slow days.

Took my vehicle in for a wash after it encountered a significant amount of loose mud. I was advised that a handwash was required because the brushes in the automated machine would not be effective.The pricing of that hand wash was...pricey...and customized with no good break down of costs...but my vehicle was in need of an immediate wash and I agreed. Jorge also managed to get rid of a door scrape I incurred in a parking lot from a discourteous idiot.I returned the next day to deliver a cash tip I didn't have the day prior and noted some areas that were missed. Jorge cleaned up the areas without fuss.All in all, pricing was high but service was good. Would recommend....especially if you're fed up with substandard services at other places.

VERY HIGH quality detailed car wash with competitive price and kind service!The car specialist Mr. Jorge, is very professional and helpful. He makes my car look brand new!I sincerely recommend this place.For folks who has vehicles with lower ground clearance, I would recommend using their hand wash instead of tunnel wash, and be mindful when pulling into the slope.

Really? I paid 100 dollars for ultimate clean, super interior and exterior detailing. At first, they didn t even know or want to do full list of the job. My car was put aside and no one is going to do detailing. I talked to someone then they drove to another place to work on my car. Only after less than 10 min, they told me the work is done. What the hack? Either interior or exterior detailing they told me will take 25 minutes. They explained two staffs work on so it s fast. How can I believe them? I checked the exterior and interior, i can see dirt and mark on many places. They called it s done! What s the quality? Where s the conscience? They even reuse the micro fiber and clean it only by machine! I can see the micro fiber is still dirty and they keep use it on other car! What a budget they save! I must have been crazy to risk asking them help clean. I will never ever go to this auto clean again.

One of my neighbors asked me to take her car to Yates for it to be washed and get the interior clean. This was my first time here are these are my observations:1. Their sign says "Yates Brushless Car Wash and Detail Center" but brushes are used.2. I was asked how many rubber mats were in the car and the guy did not comprehend that I said 3 were rubber and 1 was carpet.3. The waiting area very clean.4. I don't think they use vacuum crevice tools to clean the seams in seats and in small areas.5. The brushes didn't remove some dirty areas completely and the workers didn't use a towel to get them.6. One of the workers pulled the lift gate down to clean the back window instead of using the power button. The button can be pressed for it to start closing and then pressed again for it to stop.I didn't want to wait an extra 10 to 15 minutes for them to correct these issues. I can use my portable vacuum that has a crevice tool to finish cleaning the seats and the carpeted areas between the seats and doors.Services: Wheel washing, Auto interior vacuuming

Very terrible service & my car was still dirty. YWhen I got there I had writing from the tow yard on my car so I chose the most expensive exterior wash they had, the guy sprayed the numbers on the front of my car but not the back . After going through the car wash, the numbers were still on the back of my car and I asked if they were gonna get it off. I was told by the first gentleman that I had to go across the street to another place to get them to take it off because they didn t have the equipment to get it off . When I asked for my money back the manager came out almost immediately & angrily told me that I was supposed to ask beforehand if the car wash would get the numbers off because it was an extra charge . I tried to explain to him that I chose the most expensive wash in order to get the best clean but he cut me off & told me that I needed to listen to him. I said ok in order to get him to clean it off but I will never spend another dime at this place .

This is now my second time at Yates as I wanted to give them a second chance. Beyond disappointment yet again. I expressed that I wanted to get the dog hair and sand out of the vehicle as I just got back from a trip and they recommended the 38 dollar wash. The first time I paid more for an upgraded interior but they ensured me the 38 dollar wash would be sufficient. The car was returned in almost the same condition. The worst part was it took 45 minutes after the car was washed. You can clearly still see sand on the top of the seats.Services: Wheel washing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

Kind, friendly, accomodating. Efficient, quick and excellent job. Van looked great when finished. Interior was so noticiably well cleaned and tended to! Felt good! Very grateful! I highly recommend.

With a vacation coming up and a tight work schedule I had to get a wash on the fly. I had dog hair in the back and food from kids so I knew I had to get the most expensive wash. Now if I paid around 20 dollars or so I would of not been mad at all. I know pet hair is hard to get up but it wasn t that much. For 40 bucks I would of not expected soap suds on the floor mats. Big missed spots on the outside, and still the trash inbetween the seats and center counsel. Especially sense they were not very buddy and I told them to not even worry about my trunk space, they could of taken an extra 5 minutes to make it look like they wanted me to come back and spend 40 bucks again. They guy at the beginning was also very rude and did cut me off when I was asking questions, I would of left them but every other place plus this was about to close. Maybe if I brought it up, they would of fixed it but I did not have time. Lesson learned. Make sure your car is already close to spotless before coming here. I left some pictures. Those were just from a quick walk through. I keep finding more. I feel bad because I felt like the lady on the detail side really did try to do a good job. But I can tell from the full experience this is just a hurry up and get them out of here kind of place. If they don t return someone else will. As I now scroll through the reviews, looks like management is already clearly aware of this and is not fixing the problem. And compared to some of the other pictures I m seing, I m lucky my car even looked like this

Lady who schedules at the front was rude. Snapped at me for wanting just a vacuum in front of a line of people. That s a service that they allowed me to get before. I guess it s not something they officially do which she could have politely explained. I used to get my car waxed and detailed there but just wanted a vacuum that day. The people who have serviced my car itself are always kind. But I Won t be returning
