I booked an appointment here after seeing recommendations from neighbors. I brought my car in to replace the brakes because I figured with my car s mileage it was time. Shortly after, I called a call from the customer service rep at the counter (Trey - who is FANTASTIC) telling me my brakes were actually fine and didn t need to be replaced. Talk about trustworthy instead of taking advantage of me they were honest even though it meant less money in their pocket. They ve earned my future business!

I come back to Wiygul in Alexandria over and over. They provide incredible service while not being pushy or have the salesman pitch attitude towards their customers. I was able to drop off my vehicle and within minutes I had an Uber back to my home so I could do what I needed there and when they were done, they requested another one so I could get back to my vehicle and be on my way! This is a great business and I highly recommend it for all your car needs.

This is my second vehicle that I have taken there. Service was excellent. Very professional, gave a detailed report of my vehicle, and even emailed a copy of services that are due soon, so that I can schedule them in a timely manner.

I brought my car to this location to get an inspection and some repairs done. Throughout the entire process, Tin was very informative about what needed to be done and made sure to keep me updated every step of the way. Although the repairs took longer than I expected, the staff made sure to get me and my little one home in an Uber they arranged for me and also went above and beyond to apply all possible discounts for the transaction. All in all, I am very pleased with my experience and look forward to working with them again in the future.

Wiygul provided competitive pricing. Shabaz, Trey, Hank, Trevor and Angel provided terrific customer service. The car ran over something on a trip they got the tire replaced under road hazard. The tire was not repairable. God willing I would get my next set from Wiygul. They matched Costco s price and service. They are closer than to me than Costco. I found it easy to work with Wiygul(Costco was great too).

EXPENSIVE!PRICEY!DISRESPECTFUL!These are the three words I would use to describe Wiygul of Alexandria. They serviced my car and the suggestions they made were three times the cost of my neighborhood mechanic. I went to them as my mechanic and his family were away for a family emergency and the oil light in my car came on the day after they left.He got back this morning and I forwarded the cost sheet of some simple tasks and he was SHOCKED at what they charged.There are plenty of shops that are cheaper, they are also rude, sort of car dealership service department rude.Just stay away.

Worse experience ever!!! Just visited the shop for an oil change. I had booked the appointment with one of the staff members, but upon arrival, another staff member attempted to cancel my appointment and reschedule it for the next day, because there was no one work on my car because the mechanics don t at that time as he stated, I am not sure why the other staff asked to come and waste my time. Despite this, I returned the next day for my appointment only to find the same staff member who had initially set it up. When I tried to explain the situation, he ignored me and continued to focus on the up a new appointment. Ultimately, I ended up waiting for a long time for my service to be completed and I have decided that I will not be returning to this auto repair shop in the future. And they parked my car not where they normally park after service!!! Not recommending this place!

I ve had my Lexus serviced here several times over the last 2 years and they ve done a thorough job to a high standard - and troubleshot some issues. Highly recommend

This place was ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE. Extremely reasonable prices, they listened to all my questions and concerns, and told me exactly what to tell the dealership . They also helped me to get a rental car set up by requesting a loaner based off of their assessment for how long the repair would take. They did not have to do any of that for me , I was simply there for an oil change. They explained everything I needed to know about my car, the problem, and how to go about warranty and the costs associated. Just hands down the best service and assistance I could ask for. I even called my mom to tell her about how great they were.

I had to replace my hybrid battery on my 10 year old prius. I left my car as a night drop off, and heard back from the shop as soon as they opened in the morning. I spoke with Trevor, who was easily the kindest person I have spoken to in my experience with the automotive industry. He was incredibly empathetic about the diagnosis. He provided me with numerous options, all within different financial ranges, and gave me great information around each choice and which he thought was best. The work was performed quickly, and everyone I interacted with was kind and helpful.

I came in for a state inspection. I was told it would be about 6 hour wait. Decided to drop off my car. Eventually I was called and told my car was ready and passed inspection however it needed a peanut bulb. They charged nearly $48 to install a tag light bulb on a Honda Accord. I was never call or approved the bulb installation. I could have done it myself and bought the bulb for $3. I will never come back.

Usually pretty good. Just got an oil change on Saturday. Today Monday I'm driving on freeway hearing scraping. Sure enough the plastic undercarriage is popped off and scraping along the road. I had to keep going to work. It's totally shredded. They didn't put the undercarriage on correctly. I didn't hit any bumps or anything either before. Not sure I'll go back. On the plus side they did fit me in rather quickly without an appointment.18 Jan 2024There have been no efforts to contact me. It's not that difficult. Service was 9 December. You can find me.

Wiygul Automotive is the best place to go to for all of your mechanical and automobile needs. I ve been coming here for the last five years since I ve been in the area and I have never had an issue. Recently I came in and worked with Trevor to get a ton of preventative, maintenance and other work done on my car, and could not have been more pleased of all of the work done, and all the efforts that Trevor went to, to make sure I was satisfied, including but not limited to a 24 hour follow up. Thank you so much for your awesome customer service, and I will continue to bring my business to you all!

I ve had consistently good experiences at the Wiygul on Pickett St. The staff is thorough, communicative, and responsive to customer concerns. Shahbaz was especially great to work with. He was knowledgeable, patient, and went out of his way to make an unexpected repair as convenient as possible. I highly recommend this location.

Picked up a nail in my tire and took my car here after pumping it enough to drive there from home. Dropped off the car and less than an hour later they called to say it was ready to be picked up. Shahbaz Khan was my service advisor and I was really pleasantly surprised when he told me there would be no charge at all because it was such a simple repair. I really appreciated this kind of service and would recommend this location to anyone for any kind of service needs. Shahbaz and his colleagues were really engaging and friendly and made me feel very welcome there. I hope to never have car trouble but if I did this location would be my first choice!

Wiygul installed tires purchased online via TireBuyer. Had to resked appointment because I couldn't find tire key for tire locks. After had tire locks removed by dealership, was able to quickly get an appointment convenient for my schedule and they were able to replace tires and do a wheel alignment in two hours as promised. Quality work at a reasonable price.

This is my second time going to this company for vehicle service. The first time was about 11 years ago and they still had my old vehicle in the system which I thought was great. They always do great work. They do more than what you want to be done. If they find anything loose or needs to be fixed, they're going to fix it

I could have my car inspected by the gas station just up the street and sit on a meal chair while waiting yet drive a few extra miles to sit in a beautiful waiting area with complimentary coffee. It was easy to make an appointment by phone, informed it would take about a half hour, and dealt with an extremely personable and articulate staff. No "hard sell-upsell" that many of us have experienced previously. I feel my car received a completely through inspection.Service: Vehicle safety inspection

I am impressed with the respect given to customers, the courtesy and friendliness of the staff, in addition to great service. Hank kept me informed of work performed, while suggesting reasonable vehicle service needs.The waiting room is comfortable and free hot beverages are a welcome offering.I will be back to the Picket Street Wiygul Automotive Clinic for vehicle service.
