Tomas is amazing. He took care of my truck last minute, changed the fluids, and cleaned it up real nice. He also was able to remove some scratches and blotches from a recent fender bender. Great guy and definitely recommend him for your vehicle needs!

While I was filling up my car with fuel, I noticed the cashier handing me the bathroom key. He said, "We don't have a bathroom." The way he spoke was disrespectful and not appropriate for customer interaction. I was astonished by his service. Shortly after, another young lady entered and made the same request. She urgently needed to use the bathroom, but the cashier continued to deny her. I don't believe the cashier received any training before starting his job at this gas station. It seems that most gas stations in Alexandria, Falls Church, and Arlington also have the same policy of denying bathroom access to customers. How can a gas station refuse their customers access to a bathroom? I had just paid $45 for gas and yet I was denied the use of the bathroom.

I happened to stumble across this service station when my vehicle literally died in their parking lot. Not only was Omar super helpful; but got my van up and running by the next day. I've been taking my van to Omar ever since. Not only is this place fast and coinvent; but beyond expectations for customer service. This shop goes out of it's way to help the customer.

If I could give -stars I would. The gas price was $4.19 I put in my number for a .30 per gallon off discount. I started to pump my gas and noticed that the price did not change. I go inside to inform the ppl and they told me there s nothing they can do about it and it my fault. I would not recommend this place if you want gas or want to use you gas points.

Stopped in for an oil change/tire rotation and got a complimentary top-off, air filter dusting and removal of paint scratches, thanks to Aryan and his team. North Henry Shell has always been very helpful and considerate...they go the extra mile to make sure your car is in a good place.

Jeremy and Moe are so wonderful. They helped with a quick tire fix on my rental from Enterprise so I can drive safely back up North. While Enterprised helped in no way whatsoever-even after escalating the situation to management. They were so nice and accommodating. I will always be grateful to them and will definitely keep them in mind whenever I'm in time.

Jermey service is awesome here. For vehicle macitence I ve been to this service station multiple times and always get a good job done handle with care for my vehicle. I recommend this place the best in Alexandria va for stops like oil changes and plugs for tires. Awesome staff great location.

I was charged $850 to get my brakes changed. I had no idea, until I asked around, how overpriced this was. I had to bring the car back because it was not done correctly. If you are thinking about bringing your car here, run! This is under new ownership, it is not the previous honest owner.

Good prices. Not a fan of the pumps here. The pump on the end gushes gas all over your car. I'm willing to drive down the street and pay a few cents more just not to have gss spilled everywhere.

Good gas station. Usually has cheaper gas then places around this area. Also, if you sign up for their rewards program you get 5Cents off.

Prices for gas are good but it can get really awkward getting your car into this place. It's also off of a busy street so there maybe a slight line to deal with once in a while.

Often high traffic. Getting in and out on Orinoco is better during rush hour. Prices average for the area. No mini Mart or restroom

It's your typical gas station, only reason I'm leaving a review is:low vehicle capacity and difficult angles to navigate. Avoid during rush hour.

I had Fuel Rewards/Giant points that gave me a big discount. I haven't seen gas this low since the Rona hit.

Yeah it's your run-of-the-mill Shell station. It's got some hot dogs in it drinks coffee. Nothing super special about it you can get in and out quickly. And they keep it clean which is hard to believe.

Attendant shut off the lights while I was struggling with an uncooperative card reader. More important for them to go home 7 minutes early I guess?

Conveniently located on Rt.1 South in Old Town. Consistently has lower prices than all the nearby stations.

Watch out with the pumps of this gas station. I've tried to put gas in my car in a sunday afternoon and it has stoled me 4 times of USD 90 without release the gas !!!
