I recently had a disheartening experience with Shames Auto Fix in Duke St Alexandria. Despite charging me a substantial amount for purportedly fixing my car, it turned out that the only action taken was clearing the engine light using an auto scanner. When I took my car for an emission test, it failed miserably, exposing the lack of repairs. This deceptive practice is unacceptable, and I strongly advise others to think twice before trusting Shames Auto Fix.

This is the worst, most dishonest, rudest shop owner you will find on Duke St, the owner hate to say it is clearly on drugs and or alcohol. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE THEY WILL SCAM YOU. DO NOT FIND OUT THE HARD WAY FIND AN HONEST MECHANIC ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND ILLEGAL BUSINESS PRACTICES. DO BETTER.

Thank you to everyone at Shams! My car was experiencing engine troubles, and I was directed to this shop by the local Valvoline. Alan explained what the issues happening with my car were in a respectful way that was easy to understand. They were able to fix my car in a very timely manner, and also helped me with getting my inspections up to date. Everyone communicated with me clearly from the beginning, and I really appreciated it.

I used to be a regular customer there bringing more over 10 cars- trucks to service there on a regular basis . The owners are nice and friendly. The new manager they hired is the worst i have ever seen ! doesn t know anything about customer care or clients. Be aware of him he is a scammer watch out before doing any work that he states he did . He is a scammer .

Zack the owner of Shams is the best mechanic in the area. His staff is friendly and will get the job done. Great communication, very affordable and you will get your car back the same day. The staff will diagnose the problem and discuss the price in person before work is done on your car. I will not go nowhere else to get my car worked on because they are very honest and you will not get ripped off like most shops.. My fianc� has a older SUV and when he have a problem with his car, he will go to Zack. After you get your car fixed at Shams Auto, you will have a big smile and your car will be happy too. Highly recommend! Shams autofix is the best. Super communicative, affordable, honest and great customer service. The only mechanic I trust and go back to again and again in VA. Look no further you have found the only mechanic you will ever need.

DO NOT trust these guys, Not professional at all nor certified, low key mechanics waist your time as well money, they claim that can do any type mechanical work, but that is only exaggeration. Honestly, gathering of cheaters
