*I m placing my review from the Alexandria Toyota reviews to this page as it pertains to the Service Center*I have been coming to this dealership to get my car serviced since about 2016 to 2017. I purchased my second car from this dealership in 2018. I had the worst experience with this dealership today specifically as it pertains to servicing my car. I continued to come to this dealership because the staff were always friendly, and felt like there was a level of trust there. I got my routine maintenance taken care of about 2-3 months ago, and that was reasonably priced for what I would expect for a routine maintenance. Also, I don t drive my car a ton so I never get close to the mileage that they tell me to come back for so I go in most of the time before I hit the mileage that they request for routine maintenance.I stopped by today because I needed a new battery. I get a text saying that I need all of these things done totaling $750. I understand that as cars get older there is definitely some upkeep that needs to take place however, I would have expected some of these things to be on the radar with my last visit since I was just there not too long ago. I lost all trust in this dealership with the $750 in recommendations for work. It seemed like they were trying to scam me. i brought my RAV4 in for factory maintenance and they set me up right. Mr. James kept me up to date and got the car back to me fast and cleaner than i dropped it off. I was in and out in 35 minutes

Awful servicing department. 1 star is generous. Got there and was told no courtesy or shuttle for a 3 hour appointment and that they only give courtesy vehicles if you spend more than $400. Got a call 2 hours later and was quoted $205 for a brake fluid exchange, $415 for transmission fluid exchange and more exorbitant charges. Immediately went to go get my car to go somewhere else. Save yourself and go elsewhere.

3hrs for an oil change is 1000% unacceptable. Toyota, don t book appointments if you can t service them timely. Zero stars. Do better.
