Driver w/ tag ending in 9318, doesn't need to be on the road. Shoved his way through a straight lane into a left turn lane instead of waiting like a normal human. Almost caused a rear-end at the light. Then proceeded down pwc pkwy at over 60 mph. Get your dude in check
