My experience, as always, was a pleasant one. The service manager was kind and treated me with respect. I was made aware of any preventative maintenance that my car may need and my vehicle was serviced and washed in a timely fashion. I will certainly continue to have my vehicle serviced at Passport and I would recommend anyone to do the same.

My experience was outstanding to say the least. Mr. Chris Dionyssopoulos provided me with a thorough review of my program; his service technician sent me a video of recommendations for repair. Mr. Chis took the time to review my warranty and sent me away in a loaner while my car was being serviced. Mr. Chis explained what was required from the start to the finish. This service ranks as Customer Service in excellence. Highly recommend him for my next service appointment. Thank you, Mr. Bush

I set the appointment early because of my work schedule, and Gary made sure I was taken care of right away. This is my third Infinity from this dealership and they continue to make me feel like a valued customer.

Worst experience ever and bad service.Don t buy nothing there.My car wouldn t start in the morning , I went to passport Infiniti in Alexandria to buy a new battery , they installed it and my car wouldn t start in the morning again . Every morning I had to wake up early to jump start my car.I went to autozone to get the battery checked , they said the battery wasn t good , I bought a new battery from autozone because I was tired of it and now I don t need to jump start my car in the morning anymore (it works) .I went back to passport Infiniti with the bad battery they sold me to get my refund but they didn t give me the money back .I don t recommend to go there because even when the parts they sell are bad , you won t get any refund .

I just came back from the Alexandria Infiniti service center. I want to share my experience. I would hope the service department will give attention to... Please take this review as constructive comments for better customer service. Here are my experience at the service center:1. Reason for service center visit: My Infiniti Car battery died this morning. After jump started the battery, I went to the service for checkup since I bought the battery two years ago which is still under warranty. The advisor by the name Chris Dionyssopoul advised me performing the battery testing. The battery passed after waiting for more than two hours. Since the battery passed the testing I was informed that they would not replace it. I accepted the advice.2. Mr. Dionyssopoul also informed me that they performed multi-point vehicle inspection and recommended five services. One of them is to replace cabin air filter. I am surprised with the recommendation since the cabin air filter was replaced one month ago and they still are recommending for service. I thought the procedure is that the technician will first check the existing condition and recommend any required replacement. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case or didn't happen.3. The service advisor, Mr. Chris Dionyssopoul informed me that they would wash the car before delivering the vehicle. I was advised to wait for 30 minutes but I waited more than one hour. Finally, I was informed that the car was ready but found out that the car was not washed at all.4. Overall, I would suggest the advisor getting a training to be professional, courteous and friendly for better customer service.Service: Battery

This is the worst service department ever. We took the car in for an air bag warning light. We dropped off car on a Friday and we re told that the part needed to be ordered but car would be ready on Mon. Here it is almost a week later and the service advisor never even bothered to get back to me. I spoke to about 3 different advisors and today when I called I was told part won t be in until the 26th. Point is, this info should have been relayed to me. If I wouldn t have called, when would they have bothered to tell me? Ridiculous.It is very poor customer service. I am going to find another dealer.

On-line scheduling allowed me to get exactly the service I wanted. Service Rep took special care to ensure I understood how my request for a check-up might affect the cost. Digital communication and even a "services-performed" .pdf in an e-mail kept me informed as I waited in the customer lounge area. They even found a service coupon which reduced my costs. Their service was why I bought my 2nd & 3rd FX35/QX70s rather another brand.

I recently purchased a Tesla Model S here. When they try to sell you on the rim and tire protection plan ask for the document in hand and read it over because the way the finance manager explains it and the way it really works are two different thing. He also said the tires on the car were different that what they really were. I thought he knew what he was talking about but now it seems he was just guessing-The car does not have run flat tires as he stated-The protection plan does not pay for replacement tires. They reimburse you after you pay for them.-The protection plan says they have the right to purchase the tires and have them shipped to my auto shop. This was never mentioned and would leave me without a car for days.- You are required to hold on to the old tires or rims incase they want to inspect them. If you do not hold on to them and they ask to see them they can choose to not pay your claim. Who the hell wants to cary off old tires and or rims in their luxury car!The plan sounded great but after reading all the fine print feel like we got the bait and switch.Everything else about the transaction was great but I hate to feel like I was lied to or tricked.
