DO NOT ..I repeat.. DO NOT buy anything from this dealership. I purchased a "certified" Lincoln almost 6 ago. Two previous owners and no accident or damage was reported. After driving it for a month, I started noticing sounds coming from different parts of the car, tire pressure showing warning light every other day and the steering wheel started shaking when the car is going above 45 mph. Plus, there was a recall to fix the backup camera that was showing a blue screen. They took the car in for eight days and informed me the they couldn't duplicate all the problems. Then, I took the car to a different dealership. The new dealership checked everything and gave me a long list of things both major and minor problems that need to be fixed. They were confused how a "certified" car could have all these problems. I went back to the dealership that sold me the car with the print out of the problems. Now it has been almost 2 months and they still didn't do anything about it, they only respond to my email saying, "we're still working on it and thank you for your patience". Plus, reaching out to the service manager, sales manager and even the general manager of the dealership didn't work.Save Your MoneySave Your Time

the service department is terrible at communicating. most of the time is hard to reach my advisor. and they never return calls. Every time I call, my advisor is not in or not available, they all tell me they are going to leave a note on his desk for him to call me back and they never call back, I have to be calling and calling every time to find out anything about my vehicle. this the 2nd week my vehicle has been there, and they still have not gave me a concrete answer on what is going on.

Although I did not expect to have such a positive experience with the service department, it was exactly that! Such a positive, honest and customer value experience! I would not get this level of quality service anywhere else. Steven, my service technician, provided great service, cared about the problem I had, cared about making sure it was resolved and was the service professional! Thank you!!!! Updated reviewIt s unfortunate that I need to update this review and only give 1 star for poor service experience. I pre-ordered and pre-paid for a Thule cargo container along with the installation services. I made an appointment in advance, notifying Ourisman that the cargo and accessories will be delivered and needed to be installed.We did have an issue with Ourisman confirming that the had all the parts. They eventually found everything and we made the appointment. The 1 star rating is for the poor experience with installation, communication and professionalism. It was supposed to take 2 hours but it ended up closer to 5 hours! After the first 2 hours I was told 20 more minutes several times. That was not even close. I was then told the reason for the delay was that they don t do these types of installation often and they did not have the right technician. I said that was poor planning since I made the appointment in advance and was flexible if the date needed to change.Further, I went to the sales manager that we purchased our cars from and told him what was going on. Although he went to the service area immediately and requested that the service manager call me the next day I still have not received a call!It seems that the quality Custer service is not consistent but the high prices are!

Very good initial visit to used car lot. Did not purchase. BUT will for sure be back to establish service for my next new used vehicle (Lincoln MKS) and will for sure update for all my experiences.

This review is WAY overdue - sorry to the wonderful staff at this dealership! I purchased a 2022 Corsair from Tez Green in spring 2022. I was between two dealerships, and he went above and beyond to earn my business. I couldn t decide on the exact color and features and he was very patient. He even drove my new car out to my house 30+ minutes away. After the purchase, he checked in on me to see how I was enjoying the car. Just an all-around great salesman.Finance staff and management were all very nice and efficient as well. Great buying experience!

We traded in our older navigator and got a new black label here at Ourisman! We picked up the car after a nearly 24 hour travel day! We were exhausted and brain fried and everyone was so kind and helpful.. especially with our 3 young kids who just wanted to run around after a day of travel! Quinton was our sales associate and he was fabulous and super helpful. This was by far our easiest car buying experience we ve had. Thanks so Much!

I just bought a 2023 Aviator and Ourisman Lincoln. It was a fantastic experience. My salesperson, Armin, was diligent, thorough, patient and not pushy at all. During a 3 month period he consistently responded to any questions I had immediately. I did a corporate financing and Ted was very accommodating and personable during the process. It was my first time so I had many questions. I would refer them to anyone looking to buy a Ford or Lincoln.

This experience has been awful..Paying a car note for a car that i am not driving due to a bad engine. My Ford Focus is a 2018, and I've only had it for nine months and the engine is gone. So now i am being put on hold waiting for someone from their Corporate office to come their to look at it. I am 65 and disable and gotta catch the bus to and from work, because they don't have loaner cars. They are definitely gonna eat the cost. On top of everything i only had 1000 miles or 3 months on the warranty. This doesn't sit well with me at all.Very very disappointed with this dealership

I would like to say what a wonderful dealer ship. Very clean, restestrooms well kept, I enjoy the refreshments. Miss Lynnette is so professional far as explaining everthing that need to be done on my vehicle and she always so pleasant when I arrive to have work done to my vehicle. I'm also great full for the mechanical person for doing an excellent srevice and washing my grand Cherokee. I have been to several dealers, But none of them haven't been this professional.

I have given Oursman Lincoln of Alexandria 10 times to get better in the service business. I wait for days to get oil change done, I get over priced additional services added every time I go in. For such a long time, I would walk into the service section and felt like I was annoying everyone. It got better a year or so ago, but I am done. I waited 10 hours for an oil change today and found out that the keys never left the desk that I handed them to at 7 AM. I am absolutely done.

The title specialist is the worse. I am on my third Lincoln lease and with each one it has taken a minimum of two sets of temporary tags before getting my permanent tags - which meant calling the dealer and speaking with the title specialist who indicated she never received my paper work, yet she never followed up on her request. However, others at the dealership on the same email confirmed receipt. On the second lease they maxed out of being able to give me more temporary tags, again because the title specialist DID NOT PROCESS THE PAPERWORK. So I had to wait at the dealer while the title specialist communicated with DMV, they sent someone to pick them up and had to come to my office to put them to avoid be possibly being stopped by the police for dead tags. I doubt that I am the only person that has REPEATEDLY had this experience and I wonder what is taking the dealership so long to correct this problem. It will definitely impact my future consideration of continuing to do business with this dealer.Sales staff was exceptional.

Armin is unbelievable and a man of many talents. Armin was confident, trustworthy, respectful and poised throughout my 6 month long buying process. Every aspect was successfully managed from my interest rate lock in to fully educating me on the most remedial aspects of my new car .AND with a smile the ENTIRE TIME. I never want to purchase a new vehicle again without the support and advice of Armin!

My wife and I purchased a 2021 Lincoln Aviator, very nice vehicle. We notice that we were bring the vehicle into the service center more than normal for a vehicle that was only 2 years old and only 25k miles on it. I had been informed that this was the second generation of Aviator seeing that they first came out in 2020.Thanks to Mr. Shaun Allen the Senior Sale Manager, Tez the Sales man and Ted the Business Manager, we were able to sale back our 2021 Aviator and purchase a 2023 Aviator. They all made this transition smooth and effortless. I would like to personally them all, they were very Professional and Courteous.Thanks once again!The Chisley's

The worst dealer I've ever dealt with!!! As a hard working American, I expected, at the least, to have an honest deal here. The first thing that went wrong is the salesman quoted me a figure which was agreed to. I let them know that I'm a veteran so the sales tax isn't applied with certain disabilities one might have. The finance the finance director Daniel Lerace calls me and plays the "confused" card. I said what are you confused about,he says well the salesman said you wanted to pay a higher price instead of paying the better deal. I said I don't know what kind of game this is but I'm not with it. He says we'll you owe $2500 down payment, and that we didn't agree to that. We agreed to $1k. He called back to fix it. I end up buying the car, which was already started when I got there. When we got home, then next day I cold started the vehicle and it make a sound. I looked it up and it's likely the cam phasers. Called them up and they started with that good ol "extended warranty talk" what a bunch of low life POS! Stay far from this place or regret it!

We purchased a 2023 Lincoln Aviator from Mo Hussein. He was courteous and had a sense of humor. We love that about him. And a beautiful smile. Lee was awesome too. We have owned over 10 Ford/Lincoln vehicles and couldn't be happier.

Great buying experience! Tyra was a very helpful sales person who isn t overly aggressive and gives you time to make decisions. Not the typical pushy sales person at all. She made our buying experience go as smooth as possible. We would definitely recommend seeing her if you re looking for a new car!

I just purchased my 2022 Lincoln Aviator that I ordered back in January. It is beautiful as well as the staff that took care or me doing the process my consultant Armin who was with me through the entire process from beginning to end words are not enough to express my gratitude. Sean met me at the front door when I arrived back in January ensured I had the best care, called me when my vehicle arrived on April 6 to let me know he will be meeting me again at the front entrance to ensure I m taking care of. Thank you so much Sean and finally Jeff who ensured the last and final piece of the deal was sealed the financing. Ensured every detailed was explained and ensured I got the best service and pricing for the next few years. Best customer service of any car dealer I've dealt with. Went to Ourisman to purchase a new vehicle before a family trip, but was informed the particular Lincoln Aviator (Black Label) I wanted was on recall and would not be ready. I was given a loaner for my vacation and my new car was delivered when I came back. Shoutout to Armin in sales for making my car buying and loaner experience a 10 out of 10 and making sure I was able to enjoy vacation with a dependable vehicle. I truly had a Lincoln-worthy experience. Ask for Armin!

I recently came to Ourisman Lincoln to discuss options at the end of my lease. Mohab was my sales associate and I highly recommend reaching out to him if you're in the market for a car. During my visit he was extremely helpful as I weighed my options and sharing vehicles that would soon be coming to the dealership. After a few weeks of research, I came in and Mohab and team helped me to find the finance options that were best for me. I couldn't speak more highly of the experience and will definitely come back next time I'm in the market.

Just leased my second Lincoln. Quentin Walters was my Sales Consultant, and he provided an excellent experience. Worked with me for several hours and tracked down an available car. He was professional and pleasant. When we picked up our car he walked us through the paperwork, transferred our plates to the new car, and even placed a bow on the car for my wife!
