Marcus was great to deal with. He has a great sense of humor and our easy back and forth set the stage for a good experience at the dealership and car dealerships are usually not my favorite venues. Who would not like dealing with Marcus?

Dealer phone representative said manager would contact me back regarding an employee using the shuttle that was screaming his head off at me when I merged into his lane with plenty of space. They did not contact me back. Very troubling!!!Edit: They said they would call me a few days ago in response to review but didn t.

Routine oil change time. I purchased the extended care package for my vehicle and have truly loved the service and support. Went in easily for routine service and they took care of me in great time. I was able to exercise by walking the Wilson bridge with its beautiful views while waiting for my car. Made the time pass quickly and easily. I have been pleased with this team's service and recommend them without reservation.

Always a hit or miss when I come here, sometimes the workers are rude as hell, rarely are they helpful. I just wanted to get an oil change not be your emotional punching bag. They are Very unorganized. Have no plans for your day when you come, even if you have an appointment. 3/10 would not recommend.

I took my truck for an oil change, and although it took FOREVER to get it back, over 3.5 hours, I was pleased with the overall service. Also bought some parts for my Ram and the process was quick and they were polite and helpful!

My car has been there since Tuesday October 19th and it's now November 2nd and I still don't have my car. Before you take your car there make sure they have the parts, it takes them a very long time to get parts. Don't be afraid to use aftermarket accessories they might try to convince you otherwise but they're just trying to make you wait.

Careful when going here for service. They will fleece you with services that may not be needed and are extremely overpriced.Two and a half hours for an oil change and being fleeced was the cherry one the poor visit.Their service department is making me question if I will ever purchase a Buick again.Am I can say is look CLOSELY at anything and everything they put before you.

The worst customer service. I have EVER received since owning my first car at 16... i am now a 50 year old man... The blonde in the service department had a TERRIBLE attitude and was very RUDE! My son was promised his first oil change free. From the the sales person... we didn't have the certificate with us and asked the customer service desk for assistance. If, they could look up a copy... THIS, very rude older gentleman stated... we've never ever given free oil changes and didnt even bother checking for the paperwork. I WILL NEVER COME TO THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN!

The Servicing technicians are very professional, courteous. Very pleased with their services except once when I had to have them re-do my front brakes. Radiator replacement was done exceptionally.

The service there needs more help. Reserving a car shouldn't take all day.. Telling people to come in for service then , explain why you have no loaner car. Then say you have to wait on a list for hours or days? I brought a car here a major purchase but since, it's already brought they stop worrying about customers. HEY it's YOURS you got to deal with whatever we do your stuck.. Ha ha ha.. Wait till we have time.

You gotta like Chevrolet and its cohort automobile makers. Second, you have to be okay with the location near 495, which while easy to get to, is frustrating when traffic is applied. The service is consistent, prices comparable to other locations, and they have e a decent understanding of customer service and quality expected. This will be 5 stars when either the location gets better traffic coordination, or if they had Sunday open for service.

When you have an appointment for an oil change at 730, and your car isn't done til 530 pm that says something. I called multiple times and they said it would be ready soon. Finally had to put pressure on them to get my jeep done.

Great client service. Negotiations for new Encore were smooth and they were quite accommodating. Lovely, lovely SUV. Do the complete package for maintenance and repairs. It's worth it.

Quick service on scheduled maintenance and routine oil change and tire rotation. Seem to a be big turnover on Service Advisors. The last svc advisor I had seem to lack customer service skills. I always look for good customer service wherever I go and he lack it a great deal.

This was a very negative experience. My wife made an appointment to get an oil change, tires rotated and the car washed. And 2.5 hours later my wife told them to stop what they were doing and bring her the car because she had to pick up the kids. They didn't even get the car washed. We will not be returning. This is second negative experiences we have had with their automotive department.

Just bought a new Gladiator from Ourisman. My salesman, Robert Baza, was fantastic to work with. His sales manage Bernard was very rude to us, luckily Robert took care of us and got us everything we needed. Would highly recommend talking with Robert to get your new car.

Great service clean break area prompt attn to service appt time. Fresh donuts two waiting areas one quiet no tv. Car wash after. Mike is my guy and he takes good care of us.

Absolutely awful! Took days and THREE wrong diagnoses of what was wrong with my van. Once they finally fixed it, they did not attach the battery or the engine cover correctly. Also got to watch as the new car salesmen made fun of and ridiculed a man in a wheelchair. I would rather get a root canal without anesthesia than step foot in this dealership again.

Adam in the collision repair department was professional and found things on my truck I missed that required repair. He was engaging and polite during our conversation. Highly recommended for someone looking for a place to have their vehicle inspected for damage and subsequently repaired.

My first visit to Ourisman. Made an appointment to just have a recall (Passenger Airbag) notice taken care of. A little back and forth chasing paperwork in the end, but overall, Garrett and Raphael took good care of me and my 2010 Chrysler 300S. Quoted $90 for an oil change. Too high for me so opted not to get it done there. Also got body shop estimate. Adam quoted me $100 to replace a strip of chrome door trim and $785 to strip and repaint hood. Typical dealership prices (high). But again, everyone treated me well. Will go back.

It was extremely pleasant. Valerie is a great car saleswoman. She is extremely knowledgeable and ready to assist you with all of your needs. We're more than likely going to purchase with her because she has all the discounts.

This place is so unprofessional and misleading I do understand sales they misrepresent placing the amount about cars just to draw customers to their business and then hike up the price big time this is just my opinion but at the same time our funds to hand out no way to this company not dealing with this type of unprofessional business. We will not be purchasing any vehicle there and we will not recommend any of our friends at this dealership.

I have used Ourisman for multiple service visits (preventive maintenance and repair) and always leave as a satisfied customer. Pricing is always respectable and I've never had an instance of a "needless recommendation" as is the case with some mechanic shops.

Used to go here but stopped after having significant issues getting things truly fixed even after paying top price. The last time I went, I couldn t get the guy assigned to me to talk to me about my car on the phone. I had to physically get to the dealership in order to get an actual answer to questions about my car. No thanks.

I like my salesman Alibi he was wonderful, very attentive to me as a customer, he wasn't pushy and never harass me for a sale. I am handicap and he made sure I was comfortable, offer a lot of information . I bought my truck at this location and if I buy another one I hope Alibi is still there, thanks.

My salesman Adrian gets a shoutout. That being said the rest of the experience was subpar. The prep on my new car was substandard. Dirty interior, adhesive still on outside. Krish in finance should sell used car with his sales and misinformation. I doubt I ll go back to them for service based on the initial experience.

Mechanic forgot to reset the oil life remaining light after a change and we got an "emergency" warning driving through Tennessee. Not a happy camper, with a 4 hour delay at another dealership.
