Went in to get my oil change as I regularly do at this location. Reggie is usually my go to as he always makes sure I'm taking care of. But today he wasn't there and Richard whom this is my first time working with was just as awesome. My appointment started on time, and he assured my oil change went smoothly! He even went the extra mile to check as to why my tire pressure sensor light wouldn't go off when I put air in the tire. He fixed it all within 5 min with no problem. With 3 locations on/off of Richmond Hwy, I have been to all 3 for oil changes and I have to say this location is by far the best I've been too. In and out with no issues. I hope I didn't switch the names around. Either way R & R are the best!!! Even the technicians I have encountered working on my vehicle have been great, when needing to explain any issues. Thanks, as always... see you all in a couple of months!

Went in for new tires and alignment. The employees were all pleasant and polite. Was able to get checked in with no problems. My car was ready in the time they said. The technician Richard even went the extra mile when he noticed something else wrong.I will definitely be back.

I had to come in last minute for a flat tire, and the folks here took care of me. No questions asked. They were honest and gave me their personal and professional opinion on what I should do about my tires and I really appreciated that. They were able to get my tires Replaced in a timely fashion so I could get back home safely. Would definitely recommend the folks here for any car issues!

My daughter and I worked with Richard and Reggie on 3/18/24 and it was a great experience. Both Richard and Reggie were very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful with explanations for our many questions. I have a credit card with another company where we could have bought tires but, I purchased here because of the customer service and professionalism. Hats off to you gents. We will be back when it's time to replace the fronts.

Went in Saturday to get an oil change. The staff were professional and nice, and I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. I was just at another place before I drove here where no one was at the front counter and then were dismissive before just wanting me to leave my car there for an unknown period of time. NTB was much better.

I had a good experience at this location. Reggie was very helpful when I came to get my two front tires switched out, and it was a good deal price wise. I recommend getting new tires from here and also any other auto needs such as oil changes, alignments, etc.

I ve always trusted NTB to take care of all my tire/wheel installations on my vehicles, but this new team went above and beyond, further solidifying my belief in the company. The entire staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Reggie and Isiah do a stellar job managing the shop, and the mechanics/technicians are top notch. Khalil and Neil were awesome to work with and consummate professionals.I recently just had the stock wheels and tires replaced with a staggered setup on my Dodge Charger. The issue we encountered was that the new lug nuts didn t come with a socket adapter to install them and the ones the guys had available were too thick.The team utilized all resources available more than an hour after the store hours. They even went as far as running around to a couple local auto parts stores to purchase the correct socket, but to no avail. Neil and Khalid, being the forward thinkers they are realized that if they removed the sleeve off of one of the existing sockets they had in hand it would work and they could secure the lug nuts/wheels as needed. Talk about going the extra mile!!!I can t say enough about the quality of service, and the genuine care exhibited by the entire crew. Great guys, great energy, and a pleasure to talk to. Thank you gentlemen, you are all aces in my book!!!

The service I received at this location was outstanding! I appreciate the representatives at the front desk squeezing me in because my oil light came on. I have an Older model, Mercedes, and I m very careful and who I allow to work on it. The gentleman reassured me that my car was in good care because of the emergency that I had. A few hours later, my car was ready and it was running like Brand new. I am appreciative for the service I received. And the job they did on my car. I will be a return customer.

I ve been to many NTB locations and this one by far is my favorite. Kevin and Reggie were literally the best ! I will surely be back even though I live 40 minutes away. Highly recommend! Service was also under an hour . Can t beat it!Thank you so much!

This place is low key a gem on Richmond Highway they re by far the best Andres and Isaiah blessing and peace on those brothers. Mr Reggie was insightful courteous and helped us out immensely brought in my 2021 Corolla and did a tune up and replaced tires they helped me out and saved big bucks!!! Appreciate these guys!!!

Great customer service! The installation took longer than expected because and additional part was needed. What s important is that it s done right. Come to this location for great service, technicians that can provide explanations in easy to understand terminology, and things done efficiently and effectively!

Richard and Reggie were amazing. They actually saved me money cause I thought I needed an alignment and turns out ot was jus new tires. I feel like a lot of places would have gotten over. Also I was in and out. Great experience. I would/will def come back

Great service, I got a flat tire on Route One and drove in to NTB. They had my tire size, great customer service and changed my tire very quickly. I ll definitely be coming back for future tire replacements.

Great experience. Tires that are online were not available at the location. Reggie located the tires at a nearby location and traveled in the rain to make sure that I received the correct tires. Provided great service first thing in the morning!

Came in at 3:00 for oil change. Was told it would take one hour and was given the cost upfront. After 90 minutes I asked what was taking so long and found out they did not have correct filter and had to order one. Thirty minutes later nobody is working on my car. Hopefully the oil change will be completed by the time they close at 6:00. Do not recommend this place in Hybla Valley. Will not be coming back here. Very poor communication, service and management.

Let me first start by thanking Reggie and Andres. By being super knowledgable on my vehicle and experts at their craft they re real people no question I came in with an axel issue with my 2021 Camry they were able to identify my rims and my oil that needed changing as well as provide insight on vehicle maintainence. Isaiah also assisted and helped expedite my time I was in and out in no time I'm grateful to them

First all these guys are consumate professionals they were quick in diagnosig my issue and finding and lettinmg me know of the other outstanding issues with my car brought my car and Isaiah, Reggie Andres took care of me they're actual people and real mechanicsby far the best I've seen on Richmond hwy period genuine car enthusiasts!!! Ask for any of those three and you'll be blessed period!!!! If they're not getting paid get them paid or recognize them!
