This is our new tow company. As a fleet owner it s hard to find a towing service that will accommodate large trucks, and the need for fast response (time is money) we recently needed a tow, the dispatch office is very professional, handled our last minute pickup location change perfectly, tow driver was polite, shook my hand, looked me in the eye like a professional and even asked how my day was going! That s when I knew this was our new crew. Pricing was great given staggering fuel prices, pickup and communication excellent, handled our valuable company asset with care.Services: Special vehicle towing, Car towing

My vehicle required a tow this morning from my office. I contacted my insurance company and determined (based on price and availability) Superior Towing Services was the best option. The customer service I received from Superior Towing via phone was extremely unprofessional and rude. The employee who came to pick my vehicle up called twice while I was away from my phone. As soon as I got back to my phone, I returned his call. He was verbally aggressive and stated he called 8 times and had been waiting for over 30 minutes. Again, he called two times and I called him back within 20 minutes. Unfortunately, I was at work and unable to respond right away. I understand this is frustrating and I apologized for the delay. However, nothing can excuse the unprofessional and disrespectful way this employee spoke to me. Once the employee yelled and hung up on me, I called to speak to the manager Charlie, who was very friendly, to inform him of the rude customer service I received. Charlie said he would take care of this issue right away. I decided to contact my insurance company and request a different tow company. No one deserves to be treated this way. I will highly recommend this company be removed as an option for towing in the future.I recommend using a different company in the area. There are so many options in the metropolitan area. We don t have to stand for rude customer service.

The dispatch person was extremely rude every time that I called. My pick-up was supposed to be between 9:30 and 10:00 am. I called Superior at 9:20 because I saw a missed call from them. The dispatcher wouldn't even let me explain why I was calling before becoming defensive. She said they had a police call so my pick-up would be delayed. I called back at 10:10 just to check in and she immediately started calling me a liar for saying I hadn't heard from them (it had been almost an hour and I called them the first time, not the other way around). She then refused to provide me with any kind of timeline and basically said if I didn't like it, I could cancel the tow. I understand you get a lot of people complaining to tow dispatchers, but if someone is being nice, why would you be immediately confrontational with them? Apparently they cannot be bothered with updating customers or anything resembling polite customer service. This was by far the most hostile customer experience I've had in a very long time so I took her advice and cancelled the tow. I would recommend never willingly doing business with this company. It's so disappointing that Toyota, which had such great customer service, would contract with such a terrible company for roadside assistance.

Amazing service. Yesterday (NEW YEARS) I was traveling to see family got 30min down the road out of a 5 hour drive and had to pull off to the side of the highway. Called for roadside assistance, got a call 10min later that he was on the way and confirmed My Location. He arrived 10min after the call and towed me to the nearest shop. The next day that shop didn t open (not sure why but hours said 7:30 open and no one was there) called for roadside assistance again to take me to the multi care jiffy lube down the street. Received the same guy with a phone call, he was very fast and understanding even though it was early and freezing cold outside. Great service, very friendly, very fast! I would definitely recommend!

Their dispatcher was pleasant and professional, and called me back 3 minutes after I'd talked to her to let me know that the driver was on his way. The driver showed up within 15 mintues of that call, and had my car hooked up and ready to tow in less than a minute! He gave me a lift, along with the car, to my mechanic's. Excellent company to deal with in a stressful situation -- everyone was calm, nice, and kept me informed of what was going on! I will definitely have their number in my phone to call next time I, or anyone I know, needs a tow!

Driver had a customer before me and was still there in less than 30 minutes. Then hooked up my jeep like he was stealing it it happened so fast. He then offered and gave me a lift to where I was staying. The dispatch lady was courteous and updated me on her driver's location. Simply outstanding and courteous customer service.

This company was scheduled to pick up my car via Allstate. The request and payment was complete after 8pm and received a text stating pick up by 11pm. When the time is came I received no call from superior towing and when I tried calling several times it kept ringing. It was an unsettling feel having to leave the car to get home and then not get an update even by 2am. Only to try calling superior towing again in the morning by 6am and then allstate only to find out that superior towing never showed decided to andlet the tow request expire.Update:. Vehicle was picked up same night but allstate or myself were never notified. It was stored overnight at their hold facility and then delivered to the destination the next morning.Service: Car towing

I called for a tow and was surprised that the driver called me back so soon. When Anthony arrived, he was very friendly and knowledgeable. My car wasn't starting and he told me what he thought it could be. I was at a repair shop within an hour of calling. Excellent service. Thank you Superior towing.

I got a flat tire tonight. I called USAA road side assistance and the guy they called from Superior (I hate I can't remember his name) was not only super friendly, but got there way faster than I expected. By the time I figured out where I was he got to me all the way in Williamsburg from Newport News in what seemed like 20 minutes. Last time I used road side assistance another company came and that took 2 hours. The man that changed the tire was very nice and as a female by myself on a dark road I felt totally safe. TY!

My car broke down and ofcourse on a day when I needed to get to a very important meeting. A friend recommended Superior towing and the driver Anthony arrived literally in 25mins, and not only he had the car hooked up in less than 5mins, but also offered to give me a ride to my work since it was basically on his way. I have never experienced service like that before, therefore had to write this review. Use them and ask for Anthony, you will be pleased. Thanks

Hit a pothole and ripped the interior sidewall on one of my rear wheels. Got home before I realized I'd compromised the tire as badly as I had. Unfortunately, by that time, I was in an area where there wasn't a fully-level space to change my tire. I knew better than to attempt the change on a slope, but did it any way. Jack gave way, resulting in my car sitting on it's rear wheel mount. Ugh.Hit up Google to look for local towing places. Of the few places that had reviews, these guys had the highest, so I called them.They were able to dispatch someone to my house in under 30 minutes (better than the local Pizza places!). Called me when he was two minutes out and I met him out front. He did a quick assessment of the disposition of the car and got it quickly and safely elevated and placed the spare on the hub.This service normally woulda set me back about $70. However, at least as of this writing, mentioning Google reviews got a $20 knock off that price.

Great experience. I called for a tow from shop to shop for my Jeep in a tight timeline, and they made it happen. I was not present, however the driver and dispatcher kept me informed the whole time. I would recommend to anyone needing a tow in the area.

If there could be a zero or minus star that would be more appropriately. To say that my transaction was ghetto fabulous was an understatement. The female dispatcher was a cross between the Bloods/the Crips and Empire. Shame on you USAA for allowing this drama into my life. This so called towing company picked up my vehicle on behalf of USAA Tow Services. 2 hours went by and I didn't receive a call or text letting me know they picked up my vehicle and was on the way. I contacted them to get an update and that's when I was told the location I requested didn't exist and they had delivered my car but they couldn't get ahold of me. I said ma'am I didn't receive a text or call and how could you deliver a vehicle to a place that did not exist. She than warned me not to over talk her and that if I wanted to continue this conversation she would put a male on cause she knows I wouldn't talk to him like that. I said you mean to ask where my car was at and the location did exist than she warned me not to back talk her and hung up the phone. (Yeah because a Army 1SG from Detroit....Iraq and Afghan Vet was so intimidated with her threats) .I walked back out to the spot that didn't exist and did a clean sweep of the area. They kept my vehicle hostage and another tow company had to be dispatched to pick it up.

I called Superior to tow my car, the driver Anthony showed up and quickly hooked my car up and took it to the dealer. I was upset until he showed up and made me laugh and I was surprised he told me a few things that could be wrong with my car and he was actually right about it. We need more people in the world like him to remind us that life doesn't have to be so serious all the time.

If I could give -1 star I would. I would never use this company. The dispatcher lady was a total b**ch. Called me with an attitude, no customer service etiquette, over talked you, loud, yelling, wouldn't allow you to talk. The driver was just the same. After yelling at my spouse he allowed my spouse to go inside and get the keys but drove off. And worst of all I was still charged for the tow.

Excellent. Required a random car to be moved to get to my own car, which needed a tow. I imagined it would take a few minutes and require a lot of room. Mike scooped up cars and threaded a needle with his truck faster than I thought possible. Took less than a minute. He was exactly on time. Recommend.

I will never have these people touch my vehicle ever again. I had a flat tire that needed changed on my pickup truck. First of all they couldn't figure out how to get the tire down from the back, then once they finally did it they couldn't figure out how to jack the vehicle up properly. I could tell that they had not been trained very well. When they're asking me to look at the manual on how to jack the truck up. That just shows the company doesn't care about who they hire. The vehicle they showed up in was a car that was the biggest POS I have ever seen. It was missing a headlight a corner light a front tag and athe front grill. When they pulled their Jack out it didn't work either. They had to use the crappy one that came with my truck. It took them almost an hour to change my tire. If I would have known that I would have done it myself.

One of the ONLY 24:7 places actually open 24:7. Called at 0500 on a Monday Morning. They had an Operator to my location in less than an Hour! Anthony the operator they sent was professional, Personable, and very helpful. That kind of customer service is scarce these days. Thank you to Anthony, and to Superior Towing for helping me when I needed it!

My daughter had a blow out around 930pm and I called superior towing and Anthony Babim showed up.He put my daughter at ease and really took care of the situation in a timely fashion.I would now highly recommend Superior Towing to all my friends and family. Amazing that i have to comment. Very polite on phone. Told me the price right away. I called them on the way to Bank and McDonalds only 5 minutes away and they were there before i was halfway through the McDonalds line. Skipped the line and headed straight home 5 min away and the car was already hooked up ready to go and the guy was waiting in truck. He was also polite and knowledgeable in the car service trade. Will add them to my favs.

Someone was dispatched from Superior Towing to help my mother who was locked out of her car and, if they even showed up, made no attempt to contact me at the phone number I specifically provided with allstate because my mother's phone was locked in her car. Instead it was handed over to a different towing company who handled it because they actually bothered to contact me.

Superior towing incorrectly jump started my car causing over $300 of damage. When I told them what happened, they were extremely rude and refused to pay the damage that they caused. The office manager said that the owner would call me back and he never did. I will never use them again!

Superior Towing responded quickly to my request for a tow when my car broke down about 2 miles from my house, and transported it safely to a service station for repair. I would recommend their company if you are in need of a tow.

My car battery died while it was parked at the Eisenhower metro station. They came in about fifteen minutes after I called. I would definitely recommend them again! The serviceman was very pleasant & timely.

My sister broke down on Duke St. on a Sunday and they were there in 10 minutes. Very reasonable prices, didn't try to take advantage of a lone woman--you won't be disappointed! These guys are polite, professionals who can be relied upon for great service.

Like most I would give zero stars if I could. All I have to say is don't use them. There's too many issues to list, first being customer service. Waited for 2 hours and every time I called they were confused. I'll let my insurance to somehow take them off their list. Arrived late brought the wrong truck.

DO NOT USE THIS TOWING COMPANY!!They are the WORST! Had my truck towed from my apartment complex to get fix. My items were STOLEN from inside my vehicle. called to file a complain get this guy that claims his the manager name MIKE .. rude , disrespectful and careless. Instead he tells me YOU SHOULDVE STAYED WITH YOUR VEHICLE WHILE IT WAS BEING TOWED. 10/5/18 ..
