Ever since 2014 we have had excellent interactions with the staff here. From the sales team to the service team. They have always supplied us a loaner vehicle when necessary. The dealership is always neat and clean and upon picking up your car you can rest assured that they will wash your car. The waiting area is comfortable and there are places to eat within walking distance.

Great experience! I was looking nationwide for a good deal, and I found it here. Sami was wonderful, fully dedicated from the beginning to the end of the process. I was able to negotiate the price for my trade in comparison to other dealers and websites. Edgar, the manager made the process very easy and less than two hours I was out of there. My 3 hours drive was definitely worth it.

My Service Rep, Jairo Z is the BEST!! He always takes the time to listen to my car problems or request and makes sure the Job Is Done Right!! The MINI of Alexandria lounge and service facilities are always clean and their service and sales staff are always cordial. The clincher is the vacuum and wash service after every service. There s nothing like a well serviced and Clean MINI :-)

We had a great experience while searching for and ultimately buying our 2024 Mini Cooper S Convertible. Sami was instantly responsive with options, photos and to any questions we had during the process.He personally drove to another dealership to pick up our vehicle and got us on the road within days (over the weekend purchase).We would highly recommend getting in touch with Sami if you re in the market or wondering if you should be in the market for a Mini.

Of all my car purchases ever, this by far was the absolute best car purchasing experience I've ever had. From my initial contact via email the salesman, Yves was friendly, professional, and understanding. Yves located a vehicle in transit which fit exactly what my wife wanted and built via the website, a 2024 mini Cooper. It was priced better than any dealer from the DMV all the way down to Richmond (even beat Costco partnership pricing) with no haggle (below MSRP and lower than KBB, Edmund, and car and driver pricing). I didn't believe dealerships like this existed. I'm extremely frugal and was in awe. The gentleman wrapping up the sale for us, (Kermit) was personable and thorough as well as professional. Everything went speedy (in a good way) and was full of genuine conversations, like we'd known each other for years. Thank you Mini of Alexandria team !

If you are in the market for Mini ask for Sami! Sami has helped us during a lengthy buying experience every step of the way, he ensured that everything went well and made our long-distance purchase possible! Sami was always on top of things, extremely organized, courteous and responsible, super easy to work with even if you are located 3 hrs away! Due to the distance and everything involved, this has been not the most straightforward and easy way to buy a car for us but Sami took care of everything and made it all possible! Exemplary experience, this is what the car buying experience should be!

Blake is always so great! He sold me my car last year and now has moved over to Service providing great customer service on that side as well! 10/10 experience with him everytime!

Went for service on a 2017 Mini Countryman, an oil change, and a state inspection. Plus, Some other required maintenance. Failed inspection because of a nail in the tire. They said I needed to replace all four tires. I said no, but they said you need to replace the one tire to pass. I asked why they didn't just patch it, and they said that couldn't be done on run flats. This is not a true statement. It might not be recommended, but it's acceptable to do, and they refuse to do it. Then I took the vehicle to a tire place, and it was not a nail at all. It was a flake of metal embedded in the surface. We removed it, and the tire is fine without issue. I'm done with ever going back. Reinspected at a reputable place without issue.Seems to be missed by service center response. There was no nail! They falsely failed inspection and tried to get me to buy 4 tires for $1200.

I have nothing but good things to say about Passport Mini of Alexandria. Their service is great and all of my buying experiences from them have been excellent. I am on my 6th Mini Cooper and would (and have) recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new or used Mini. My salesman, "Yves" keeps me posted on all the new features for all the models because he knows that about every three years I'm ready for a new one (just to keep up). My service rep Medardo Gomez always makes sure my mini s get a fresh wash before I pick them up. The service department is very knowledgeable and so friendly and courteous. They always give me a new loaner which always gets me excited for my next Mini. Hmmm....Convertible or a new Clubman. I can hardly wait!

My service advisor, Carlos, always does an excellent job with my car. He gives me updates and never recommends services my car doesn't need. In addition, if Carlos isn't available, I can speak with any of the advisors and know that the information will get to Carlos. I can ask questions that are answered honestly and make observations that are taken into consideration when services are suggested. I'm warned about upcoming services that will be due so I don't panic when the service light comes on. This is a wonderful Mini Service Department!

I had the best car buying experience with Mini of Alexandria. They provide excellent customer service. Jeff and Alan were knowledgeable, kind and professional salesmen! They have an assortment of MINIs to choose from. Mini of Alexandria will not disappoint! I bought the Cooper S Resolute Edition and absolutely love the ride!

It's been a year since I've moved to the DMV area from San Diego, and I've had to come frequently for my car since it's up there in age. The technicians and service advisors take care of you and that's hard to come by. Chad is understanding and his customer service is excellent! Even when Chad wasn't available, the other advisors are just as fantastic. I didn't have high expectations coming here just from dealing with my last dealership but I'm ecstatic that here was everything but that. Big shout out to Chad because it's been a great service call every time.

I could not start my car last week. I called Eric at mini cooper. He made some suggestions for me - one was to call tow truck. My roadside assistance ran out last year. He said he would be waiting for my car to come in. The tow company came and jump started my car so I could drive it to mini. Eric waited for me to come in. He explained replacing the battery which was a complicated procedure to take out and program new battery - that was not good news! That was much too much! He held a loaner car for me and said he got the cost down to $517. Eric made the process easy and a relief for me to get it done.

While the staff is very courteous, they have a questionable business practice and extremely high prices for repair. I took my mini in and they failed my inspection because of a small crack on the windshield and wanted to replace it at a really high price. If they bothered to look up the law concerning cracked windshields they would have known that cracks under an inch do not need to be repaired and this crack was clearly under an inch. I ended up taking it to another inspection place and it passed. To me, that's an about abuse of power. They also charge over $100 to rotate tires which can be done for $30 at any repair shop. Typical ripoff dealer.

Great transaction with Todd and the team at Mini of Alexandria. My partner and I popped in for a test drive, we loved the car we test drove (Mini Countryman Cooper S All4), then decided to buy the car on the spot. Service specialist was very responsive and helpful in scheduling the appointment. Drop off of vehicle went well and estimate was accurate and final cost was lower than expected. Overall a great experience and excellent staff.

I am a new customer of Passport MINI and am thoroughly impressed with entire operation from sales to shop. This is a team that goes out of the way to bring a marvelous customer experience.In the hands of world class technicians like Mr. Leo Colmenares you cannot but get stellar answers to toughest mechanical and related issues with your vehicle. He is an ace.Pick-up service in lieu of loaner vehicles is a dream. Peter in sales went out of his way. Ja�r is a gem. Stellar team and value at the pricing, I believe. Keep your passport up to date and travel with peace of mind!

Thanks to salesman Jeff Wannall & General Manager Jim Laviolette for helping me and my wife (Ellen) purchase her 2021 mini yesterday. Everything was done professionally and quickly in arranging a fair trade-in for my wife's 2011 Mini. I highly recommend this Dealership and dealing with Jeff & Jim!!!Fwiw, Jeff was the ONLY salesperson to follow up with a phone call to Ellen............she happened to be near the dealership, stopped by for a test drive, and we bought the next day!

Drove 2 plus hours to not get taken seriously. Mike was not only short with me but was unwilling to negotiate and take a refundable deposit for a 27.5 k cash sale. Car had body damage not in pictures and clear coat peeling. Look elsewhere.Edit: in response to your response..The price and condition of the car do not equate. It was more about the disrespectful manner in which I was treated. I was willing to pay cash and purchase the car. Luckily I found a more reputable dealer that was willing to get me a better car any lower price.

I don t even know where to begin!!! Needless to say, the service department at MINI of Alexandria ROCKS!! I went to the dealership because my hazard light was on for a day light replacement on my 2017 MINI Cooper. I was hesitant on going to the dealership in fear of astronomical costs. I decided to give them a call and was greeted by Lauren. She was able to squeeze me in on the same day. After inquiring about the cost, she later transferred me to Frank. Frank assured me that I ll be fine and he looked forward to seeing me. I live 30 minutes from the dealership but it was definitely worth the ride! When I arrived, I was greeted by Miguel (I think that s his name) and he gathered my information. I sat in the showroom and waited patiently while my car was being serviced. I later received a text from Frank (and I saved his number in my phone) letting me know the status of my vehicle. About an hour later, Frank came to the showroom to greet me and updated me on my car. He was pleasant and personable. I later paid for my vehicle and was greeted by Ms. Clarice. My goodness, her customer service was impeccable!!! I joked about having to go up a hill to get to my car. Ms. Clarice left her desk to grab a bottle of cold water and handed it to me. When I got in my car, I didn t realize that my car was vacuumed and wash until I saw the card placed on my dashboard. I purchased the MINI last year as a treat to myself since both my children were off to college. Prior to that, I ve been with Lexus of Alexandria for years. I would highly recommend this establishment to any owners of the MINI family!! I wish they had ten stars to give!!! I ll definitely will be back again.

I first contacted Passport Mini this year on May 3, and talked to Todd Bartnicki. We have been texting, e-mailing,and phone calling all summer ,and finally the right car came in September 1. Todd could not have been more friendly and helpful in the process.He treated me like I was the only customer he had. Immediate response to any concern or questions. I had the car delivered September 22. I only wish I could have come to Passport personally to thank Todd for all he did to make this happen.I would giveTodd a 10 out of 10 , A+, and 150% for his exceptional service and integrity. My whole Mini of Alexandria experience has been a good one.

This is the best place to get your mini serviced! They always find you the best deals and they are very accommodating! I would never take my car anywhere else!
