Customer service was amazing !They kept me in the loop every step of the way when it came to the status of the repairs !The rep I worked with was David and he's an amazing guy to work with.With all these wonderful comments I wouldn't give them higher than a 2 star because they returned my vehicle with the accident repairs fixed to perfection except the fact that they DAMAGED my roughly $2k JL Audio W7 subwoofer in my trunk. Then they had the audacity to say that I brought this subwoofer damaged from the getgo - false accusations (i have before and after pics) - even after me agreeing to have them pay me less than half of the original cost, 3 weeks later I still haven't received compensation for the damages.I'm saying all this to say, great work on the repairs but they can be a bit clumsy

Recently I visited Lindsay Lexus Service Center and had the pleasure of meeting Tammy. Tammy was very professional and understanding of my situation, making my visit a pleasure. I also spoke with other employees while there. Everyone was polite and made a good representation of Lindsay Service Center.

Great service, great staff. Waiting area is very comfortable with coffee, soda and cappuccino machines as well as ice tea. TV's, free wifi. One of the better service centers I have been too. The staff though makes this place great, so friendly and helpful.

I had the first 5k maintenance I actually faced bad experience I washed my car before I came to the services it costed me 50$ and when I picked up the car they had oil fingers printed inside and outside the car. I asked my service supervisor he just said I m sorry we don t have car wash, but at least clean up the oil and the dirtiest but they ignored me. My advice for all of you don t go when your car is clean.

Lindsay Lexus Service Center Negligence:Last week, I brought my GX460 to the Lindsay Lexus service center for a starter replacement, (As diagnosed by another mech and an OPM scanner). While replacing the starter, they claimed to discover a coolant leak, despite no prior warnings on the OPM or coolant level changes. Questioning this recommendation, I requested them to hold off and return the car.Leaving Me High and Dry:After picking up the car AND driving home, I discovered the coolant reservoir was COMPLETELY drained bone dry. Incredibly, they returned the car without ANY coolant in the system and without informing me - a negligent action that would guarantee engine damage if it wasn t quickly addressed. I immediately refilled the reservoir + radiator and monitored the car over the weekend. Thankfully, the coolant level remained static there was no leak.Shifting Blame and a Lack of Accountability:Concerned about potential engine damage from driving without coolant, I contacted the service manager, who requested I bring the car in. However, once I arrived, he denied any involvement with the coolant system, and suggested that it must have all just drained out while in the shop. This is despite not having ANY change in the coolant levels both before and after being at Lindsay Lexus. Adding insult to injury, upon reinspection, their diagnostic tool now flagged faulty sensors requiring replacement due to "coolant exposure." These new issues were absent prior to arriving at the Service Center, suggesting the damage occurred while my car was in their care. Essentially, they wanted me to shoulder the cost of repairs for issues they caused.The Bottom Line:The Lindsay Lexus service center's negligence and lack of professionalism resulted in thousands of dollars in potential damage to my car. While I appreciate Lexus's quality vehicles, the Lindsay service center falls far short, unwilling to take any responsibility for their actions.

My service consultant is excellent and trustable. However, the prices in this service center have increased so much that is not worth to came back. There are many and good options for servicing a Lexus vehicle.I have brought my vehicles for more than 12 years but now I m extremely disappointed of how much they are charging to customers .inflation in U.S. is not 100%.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. I checked their website and booked an appointment to do maintenance/ oil and filter change. I also wanted to replace the car spark plugs. I went there and found out the prices are different than what they advertised. Instead of honoring their website prices and fix the mistake, the agent put the blame on me even after I showed her the website. She called the manager who was even worst in his way of communicating telling me that the dealership doesn t make money this way, I said that s what you are posting on your website, how do I know what the price is. He said that the website is run by vendor and the dealership has no control over it. I asked for a loaner to run my errands, but the agent refused to do so. She said it would take only an hour to complete the oil change, after three hours of waiting, I went back to the agent who was a mess, and I found out that the was parked and not even in the service. I said that you told me it would take one hour to complete; she went back on blaming me saying that you wanted to change the oil, filter and spark plug, but then you changed your mind to change the oil and filter only, so that s why it took longer than normal. Then she said it is all messed up as I was the problem. I traded my Mercedes Benz for the Lexus, and at that point I was thinking of selling it because of that. In addition, the car came back with dirt and fingerprints.I also ordered some parts for the car, and I found out the prices are more than double the price of another Lexus dealers.If you want your dissatisfaction guaranteed, Lindsay Lexus is the place!

Was informed that my radiator cap was missing and dealer didn't have one on hand to replace missing cap. But was safe to drive. I drove home and checked for myself and found the resovisor box cap was missing under the engine cover. Called dealer and informed them what I had found and also informed Toyota on customer service quality control. I went back after dealer ask me to and Now items missing from vehicle. I am really unset with the service performance of this dealer and it has been a nightmare after twenty plus years of service. Be aware of items left in vehicle and get second option. I have of missing resovior cap.

Your technicians never placed my tire locks back when you replaced my tire. I took the car back to you since the new tire you have installed keeps losing pressure in the absence of any visible damage and YOU LEFT IT AT THAT. NO SUGGESTED SOLUTION. Now I'm stuck with a tire that keeps losing pressure for no reason. I can't even take my car anywhere to get checked unless I schedule in your center and spend 4-5 hours of my time away from work and away from doing other important things. This is a real inconvenience. Give me back my tire locks.

They were quick in answering my questions, but the quote I got from here was frankly absurd.I was looking for information regarding the water inlet sub-assembly (i.e. thermostat) and the water inlet housing on my GX 460, which are right next to each other at the front of my engine. I was quoted $730 in labor for the thermostat, and an additional $1180 in labor for the housing (not to mention the $200 in parts!).Almost $2k in labor for that is laughable. Only reason I am not giving one star is because their staff was able to quickly get me the quote.

I live five minutes away from this place but take my car to Lexus Silver Spring for maintenance. That should tell you how bad they are at attention to detail and general competence, and it has been that way for years.

As we all know, having a good customer service experience when buying a car is important, but it s really about the service department. I must say I was impressed with the honesty, professionalism and knowledge of Tony Escalona in service. Although I didn t buy my car from Lindsay (I should have due to Tony s expertise), I m glad it s in my backyard.I recently purchased a CPO Lexus from another dealership and I kept having an issue with my brakes squeaking. I took my car to Lindsay and he let me know what the issue was, but instead of taking my money, he recommended I take it to the dealership where I purchased the vehicle and they ll be able to take care of me. I unfortunately had to drive 45 minutes one way to the other dealership to be told it was the break shims, so they replaced them. That didn t fix the problem, I took it back to that dealership and they couldn t reproduce the issue and suggested I take it to Lindsay and have them keep it overnight to see if they coupons duplicate the issue. I took it back to Lindsay and they were not only able to reproduce the issue, they let me know it was my brakes + rotors; they needed to be replaced. When I called the other dealership they said squeaking was normal and they would not be fixing it. I had to call Lexus corporate + my salesperson who just so happen to be a sales manager, and he had them replaced for free under my warranty. Tony - thank you for your upfront honesty and integrity! You rock!!!

My car dew for oil change service after 40 thousand mileage . I brought it in for the oil change but I was surprised to see in the report no oil change and I was told my car is no more free for servicing after this particular visit.I was made to wait for two hours for nothing. Now I have to spend money to change the oil in another place . I felt very bad.

The past couple times that I ve been to Lindsay Lexus service center I worked with Andrew. He has been very professional and helpful with everything I needed done to my Lexus. With both visits he checked up a day later or so to make sure everything was going good with my Lexus. I really appreciate him taking that time out to ensure all was good. Thanks for everything Andrew. Keep up the great work!!

Just had my service yesterday and Tammy helped me and had my car serviced in record breaking time. She was very thorough when she went over the services needed and when she found out that I have to be at work, she understood and helped me get my car serviced right away so it does not disrupt my work. She s a true professional, compassionate and knowledgeable of Lexus services. Love seeing Tammy every time I come in for service.

I can t recommend this Lexus Service Center. They failed me everytime I was there. My first time was for 5k service. When I got home, I noticed that they didn t fill the coolant even it almost hit the low marker. At my 10k service, they missed the coolant again and this time the coolant was under the low marker. I wondered if they really did all the recommended services of Lexus when they services my car? Later, I received a letter from Lexus said that my 2nd key was ready. At the same time, my left mirror was shaking when driving. I made an appointment for those. When I was there, their rep told me that my key was not ready and my shaking left mirror issue was acceptable. That really doesn t make sense to me because even an used old car doesn t face that issue. Anyway, those luxury experiences I had in this center make me run away. Save yourself from those luxury experiences.P.s: No car wash for me at all my visits.

As always, I had a great experience having my car serviced at Lindsay Lexus. My service advisor, Mr. D. Mack was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He kept me posted on their progress and what was found. Even the waiting areas are comfortable and welcoming. Thanks!

I m a frequent customer at Lindsay Service Center. I d like to express my gratitude for the service that I received on my LS460 Lexus. I had the pleasure of working with Ms Tammy Lynn as my service writer. Meanwhile,I received prompt and courteous same day service for front brakes . The Lexus service technician was very professional,too. Great place to take your vehicle!!!

I had a 100/10 service appointment today with Chris Pryor and the service department at Lindsay Lexus.I m from MN and use the Lexus of Maplewood there. It is nice coming to a different state and feeling that I matter as a customer. I want to recognize Chris Pryor for his above and beyond service. It s the people who really make you feel special not only the cars, thank you Chris for providing the top Lexus service.All can learn from his example Thank you!!!

First of all, the staff, especially Nguyen Le, at this auto service are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions, making me feel confident that my vehicle was in good hands. He also provided me with a detailed breakdown of the work that needed to be done.Overall, I can recommend Lindsay Lexus Service Center highly enough. If you want an auto service that is friendly, knowledgeable, and dedicated to quality workmanship, look no further than this fantastic shop. You won't be disappointed!

Recently had my car service for the 55k mileage service. This will be maybe my third visit with in 8 months and my service rep Tammy Simone has been consistantly friendly, very helpful and up front. I appreciate her and this Service center everyone has been great even my brief meeting with Ski who directed me back to Tammy because online didn't allow me to request Tammy, thank Ski. This facility is always clean. Thank you Lindsay Lexus Service Center for not ever hassling me or over charging me. Best Wishes

Have been going to this service center for about four years. The service is either a hit or miss. Sometimes it takes too long to get an oil change on weekends even with calling for an appointment. The service definitely has slowed down over the years. The service and basic cleaning for the inside of your car is non existent on weekends.I regularly make appointments for my oil changes for the past four years with Andrew Morton. He is very approachable, knowledgeable, and friendly. Highly recommended him.I have work twice with Mike and didn t care for his attitude and unfriendly service. He didn t seem approachable when asking basic questions about the service I m being provided or about my oil maintenance.Your experience will depend on who you make your appointments with. Waiting area is decent with light refreshments.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Vehicle safety inspection, Oil change

The space is nice but they nickel and dime customers here. Prices are ridiculous and they haven t washed my car in over two years. Getting a Lexus Loaner vehicle used to be painless, now you re lucky if you get a Hertz rental. The biggest perk is the clean bathrooms/waiting areas. You re better off checking out a local mechanic. I ve had two Lexus s purchased and maintained here for over 8 years with this business and you wouldn t be able to tell. They don t look to keep the business of their long term clients by offering discounts or reasonably priced services. I ve tried sticking it out, but I feel like a fool.

I have been coming here for years with Tammy as my main service representative. You can count on her to be a straight shooter. She has worked with me numerous times and always gives great advice on which services should be prioritized. Easily one of the nicest service centers in the area. Tammy is a valuable gem!

This is my 2nd truck from Lindsay Lexus, and both have only been serviced at this location. Scheduling an appointment is never hard. I ve had the same service advisor the entire time but everyone there no matter their position or level- - leaves a warm good impression! I have always felt like my business is valued there.The waiting areas are comfortable even the restrooms are always very clean. It s always a large variety of fresh beverage and snacks while you wait. No offense but some other brand dealerships give you cheap stale crackers, peanuts or chips but not Lexus!I overall appreciate how well organized and professional they are.

Kind and patient staff here. Explained all issues clearly and gave me options for how to proceed. They checked in multiple times during the service to confirm and update. Just amazing customer service for a service center! The prices are a little steeper in some areas but it s worth it for the quality of customer service and work done on the vehicle.
