I was treated amazingly @ Lindsay !! John( the boss ) was very honest and a man of his word . My pre owned truck just purchased needed a minor repair . He promised to repair and deliver to my home in Baltimore Md . I received my truck just the way John had said the very next morning. Thanks Lindsay Cadillac for a great truck @ a great price .

Absolutely phenomenal! The team at Lindsay took very good care of me down to every detail. Jasper, my sales professional, was very knowledgeable, easy going and joy to deal with. Anita in the lending department was very thorough and worked her magic on the deal. She ensured that before I left the lot, I was covered down to the wheels and tires with unlimited wheel and tire covered. Their patience and willingness to answer any questions I had along with bringing items to the forefront that I did not consider were handled. Even the next day, I was presented with a better loan than the day I drove off the lot. An extraordinary experience!!

I have been a loyal Lindsay customer for many years. My service appointment was scheduled and went well as I expected. My service rep, Gino, did a great job of getting my car in and out in a timely manner. He was thorough, explained everything in detail, and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend Lindsay Cadillac for sales and service.

My whole experience at Lindsay Cadillac was great! I initially went to test drive a used car I was interested in, and even though I was transparent that I wouldn t be buying that day, they were still extremely helpful and attentive. I ended up going back the next day to purchase the car. Lauren and John were both great to work with; they made the process easy and efficient and were extremely accommodating. I was in and out with my new car in less than 2 hours including a test drive, negotiation, paperwork, tags, and the car being detailed. By far the best car buying experience I ve had!

In spite of the construction the staff in service department were courteous and helpful. They kept me from having a panic attack with all of the construction. My service consultant Brandon had a great customer attitude. I felt he took care of all of my concerns.Thanks

Jasper was an amazing sales rep more than expectations highly rated customer service skills.. amazing person to talk to, and very friendly atmosphere. she was very professional and very kind. It was amazing time buying a Cadillac car.. I have mixed reviews! I took my car there after Lindsay s worker s changed the battery in my remote, for my Cadillac CT-4! The service key entry on my dash came on as I took it to them! They wanted to charge me for their mistake after it came up on my dash after they replaced the battery in my remote! I don t even know if I will take my car back to them to be serviced! The only good outcome on this was that my dear friend Craig was back, who I have been praying for! Unbelievable

MICHELLE is the BEST customer service agent we ve had in 2 years with Lindsay. She is smart, polite, and thought outside of the box to get our car serviced with one visit. And, this was THE BEST car wash we ve ever received. Sometimes it s not clean inside.

My experience at Lindsay Cadillac was great! Jim, the sales manager linked me with Jasper. She was funny, accommodating, cordial, informative and professional. Everything I d expect at a luxury dealership. Anita ensured that I was well informed of all of my warranty options and now my vehicle is covered from bumper to bumper on all this that normal insurance won t cover, for an extended period of time. I was able to get my dream truck and add in some customizations as well. This is going to be a start to a great relationship. Thanks Lindsay Cadillac!!!

We bought a car from Lindsay Cadillac, and had a pretty good experience. The team there was very accommodating for test drives and providing information. There wasn't a huge push to make a sale right then and there, and we comfortably visited a few times before sitting down to negotiate. The sales negotiation process was typical, as was the finance portion of things.I would like to give a special kudos to their sales team member Sam (5 stars for him). I am very used to auto sales persons dropping you like a hot potato the second the sale is completed. Not so with Sam! We bought an EV and he was very conscientious about setting up our EVGO account, Cadillac Rewards account, getting the car cleaned, etc... He helped us for the better part of two weeks clearing a "We Owe You" item, namely sending the car to a paint shop to get a blemish on the hood fixed (which went great). He provided timely and professional service at a level I haven't received at a car dealership. Thank you Sam.

The service advisor Brandon Nuss was very polite and cooperative. He helped me and took care of everything starting from scheduling the appointments till the shuttle that he sent to take me to the dealership to pick me up my car. He is a good example of an employee who cares about customer and the entity he works for. I would also like to praise the existing services, including tea, coffee, and other things. They are different and varied, and demonstrate the hospitality and the attention pays to customers. As for the car, it seems that those who carried out the maintenance did their duty perfectly, as I feel that the car drives better and has become smoother and more flexible. Thank you very much Lindsay Cadillac VA.

I only stay because of my service rep, Donna. The prices are way too high!! More than $450 for a transmission fluid flush is ridiculous. Oil change and tire rotation $149, is too high and especially because I purchased the tires from Lindsay! Could have gotten a better deal at COSTCO and got free tire rotation through the life of the tires. I ll know better next time! !

I really love the service there! From the first day I called an scheduled my appointment the customers service on the phone made me want to give them a try.On the day I arrived a service worker took my keys an it was smove sailing from there.I met with Brandon thats super cool an nice an very knowledgeable about his work makes u feel like u came to the right spot just buy talking to him.The waiting area is very nice an comfortable with snacks an refreshments I love there ice machine lol.But ok the bathroom was also super clean very comfortable wait with friendly staff.I was also asked if I needed a Uber or Lyft If I needed it.So I ended up leaving the car for service an going to work,by the time I made it to work Brandon was calling telling they found the problem on what needed to be fixed an pricing everything sounded good an affordable so I confirmed with him let s do it.By 4:00 sharp Brandon was calling me lettting me know everything was fix an back in tip top shape.I was still at work so I asked him to hold it for the next day an he said sure.I arrived the next day at 7:00 am an was greeted by the staff at the door checked in covered the expenses an my car was outside in minutes problem fully fixed.I feel so happy I choose this place the car has been running fine every since with no check engine light an a fixed touch screen so I m super satisfied. unfortunately Brandon was not in yet that morning but the other staff member I apologize for forgetting her name but she handled everything just fine an had me on the road in minutes.This was my first time taking a car to the actual vendor to get it fix because people always say it would be super expensive an try to get you to take it to some off brand shop I said No I m taking it to Caddilac to see for myself an I m glad I did anytime I have any other problems I will not hesitate to go back. overall I had a great first time Experience an I will Recommend anyone to go here your in good hands. Thank you guys!!!!!

The Sales and Financing team at Lindsay Cadillac was exceptional. I live in Central Florida and chose to purchase my new EV from Lindsay.I have purchased more than 10 new vehicles from California to the East Coast over the last 40+ years. Lets face it, we've all have had both good and bad experiences in the process. For my wife and I, this one has been THE best ever! We specifically want to call out Jasper Fazio as a superior sales representative and could not have been more pleased with the 'white glove' service she provided. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

Gino is an absolutely WONDERFUL team member you have. Very personable and I feel like I'm the only one in the dealership when he is working with me. He gets a 10 out of 10 in my opinion and I'm sure others. I drive 50 minutes to Alexandria and there is a Cadillac dealership 10 minutes from my house. Impressive customer service.

My infotainment system stopped working and required a part to be ordered & replaced.Eric was very helpful throughout the process.Appointment on Monday - Wednesday task completed. Quick & easy fix.- the new service center located at 1605 Fern Street is in the middle of a construction site so be very careful. Parking is also a bit of a hassle.- and if you are scheduling services in advance also SCHEDULE a loaner vehicle, especially if using a Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) service is uncomfortable for you.

John greeted upon my arrival and was willing to answer all of my questions. I originally went in to learn about leasing an Escalade and ended up purchasing one. The team laid out all my options and helped me to identify which vehicle and pricing would meet my needs. For the inconvenience of not being able to pull off of the lot the same day with the vehicle Jon the sales manager took care of the additional inspection fee the truck required. Terrible service. Sent my vehicle in to fix but when I arrived at the dealer, not only was there a scratch but a whole chunk of my car was broken off. When I discussed this with Gino, he shrugged it off and spoke in a discriminatory way. No professionalism nor consideration to the customer whatsoever. I am very disappointed

Made a sight unseen purchase from 1000 miles away and I was really nervous. Making a 106k purchase like this is not something I have done but their crew made me feel comfortable. Made the drive and now home we are very happy. John, our salesman was great. Worked a better deal for us and disclosed all information before hand. 1- My Vehicle was supposed to be delivered in 7days.I was informed 3 times that the car was ready to be picked up, but sent back home without the car with no explanation.Finally vehicle was delivered after 6 week of purchase.Vehicle was delivered to me by simply handing over the keys by a trainee who said he was new and not much familiar with the type of vehicle. Leave alone even this happened after waiting 4 hours in the lobby.2- One year later despite making explicitly clear it was going to be the first appointment of the day, I was asked to wait 2 hours for a simple oil change.

Not very responsive. Was calling because my battery died and needed to speak with someone about warranty coverage. Took over 20 min to get someone on the phone. Had to call back multiple times. Finally directed me to Roadside but could not be bothered to look up my warranty info.
