Service is fast and affordable. I enjoy going to the shop because Gonzalo is always courteous and takes care of my car issues with honesty. He always explains the problem and doesn't cut corners by requesting costly parts replacements. I like the fact that he diagnoses the issues and fixes them. In the past, I had mechanics that just threw in replacements at every issues.

Great service, trustworthy and fair. Have had repairs and maintenance done in past, received good service and paid a fair price. Today I had them look at my cooling system and asked them to remove a bike rack off my car, as the bolts were rusted an very difficult to reach under the car. They couldn't find anything wrong with cooling system and they did remove the bike rack for me and didn't charge me a thing. Thanks!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

I've come here since 2006. They've replaced an AC compressor, rebuilt a clutch, replaced spark plugs, etc. etc. I trust the owner and mechanics. Fair prices and quick service. They are straight shooters- no BS is involved.

I've never taken my car anywhere better. The best prices and the best service. Great, honest people. I never go anywhere else. I've been taking my car here for about 8 years and refer all my friends - especially single females, as we tend to be notoriously taken advantage of and talked down to at car shops.

Should be 1 star. Wouldn't even see our car. Said to get tires balanced. Just had new tires installed and balanced. So had to take car back to pa.to get fixed . New tie rods and aligned. Just rude of them . Never associate with them again.

Fast, friendly, honest, affordable and most of all knowledgeable. There isn't an issue they don't know how to tackle. I have been taking my BMW here for 3 years. Saved a bunch on dealer service fees without the lack of attention to detail. Highly recommend!

We have taken our cars here many times. Honest people. They get to the point right away without BS. They will even give you options to get a cheaper price. It took me ages to find a competent garage repair. Hope these guys keep always doing that great job.

Great place. My wife went here for a year or two before I met her. And as noted he is really good for single women (won't take advantage based on a perceived lack of knowledge). Once I met my wife we kept going here and it has been really good. The prices for labor are some of the best prices around.There have been one or two inspections that were a little questionable but I think that was the inspector who I believe is no longer there. Magi (Marzi) is a smart guy and super honest. I will keep taking my car there. Great service and great prices!

Great experience!I was headed back home, which is over two hours away. My car was overheating and there was smoke coming out from under the hood.I literally walked in told him my issue and my circumstances, that I need to get home 2+ hours away. They immediately got my car in there and solved the problem.I am forever grateful!

Honest work and prices.Update 2022: This place is is not the same. I had been going for 15+ years. But now that the previous owner is no longer there there is definitely a difference. Unfriendly, patronizing and no regard for customer courtesy.I just left after waiting for more than 90 min with no update and seeing cars cone and go.

I used to take my old BMW here for service because it was convenient. I lived directly across the street. and they took great care of my car. It got to the point that my car was leaking oil and my trips became very frequent. Instead of trying to make a lot of money from me, I was advised to buy another car. These guys are honest and fair. I have since moved and purchased another car; however, I still come to Lincolnia Automative for servicing. Great team and excellent service.

I have been using them for years. They are top notch, fast, reliable, and won't sell you something you don't need. All of the people, from the manager to the mechanics, treat you with respect and go out of their way to be helpful.

I absolutely love Lincolnia Automotive! They are honest, kind, and time efficient. When relocating from upstate NY I wanted to find another local mechanic shop that I could trust to give me honest information when my car needed to be fixed without ripping me off. Lincolnia Automotive is just that. You won t be disappointed. Thank you LA!

I paid them to replace the camshaft sensor, and they replaced it with a cheap made-in-China one. The part broke a few months later and the exact same problem came back, costing me an extra $500 to have fixed. I'm definitely not going back to this place, even if if is close to home.

We've been going to Lincolnia Automotive for years! They are wonderful and the only mechanics we go to because of their honesty and good work. They don't "nickel-and-dime" you. You won't find a better team of mechanics!

Very poor customer service!!! steel people's money, dishonest people. Please don't take your car to this automotive. Just generally don't go there. they are cheaters !!!!!!and don't trust the other comments because they write themselves. I take my car there they took my money and i bought new parts also, but it doesn't work. don't waste your money!!!!!!!

Great and on time service, they even give you options where to buy auto parts online to save money and come back to them at your own pace.
