I was able to schedule and get my car serviced on Saturday April 6, 2024 @ 7pm. UNBELIEVABLE!!!! Were do they do this at? Absolutely, amazing. The wait time was short, quick and convenient. The service person was very easy. GREAT Experience!!!!!

I bought my car back in October 2017. I believe that I have brought my FIT to Landmark Honda for all of its maintenance and oil changes. I feel secure in knowing that I am getting the best service and not being taken advantage of because I am a woman. I ve had bad experiences with other cars in other places. Landmark Honda has the friendliest staff that I have ever dealt with. Thank you for years of excellent service and attention to detail! It s always nice to see Sean s smiling face.

Ricardo is a great service advisor. He found coupons to help offset some of the cost of my service. He explained things well and was never pushy about other maintenance that could be done. I feel confident in his advice. Other folks who work there are very friendly and helpful. The cost for an oil change and tire rotation is comparable to other places that do that service and I feel more secure having service done by Honda trained techs. I very much recommend Ricardo and the Landmarks Honda service department.

Professional, considerate and communicative. Honda Landmark is my go to whenever I have issues with my car. They re responsive, and keep you appraised of vehicle at all times. The shuttle service is great too. Quick and easy checkout process too. Richard attended me and was very clear in explaining issues with my car, while providing service options.

I receive an outstanding service from Richard at Honda Landmark. Richard explains what needs to be done, the costs for any repairs that are needed, the estimated time of the work that needs to be done, and keeps me updated with any additional repairs that are needed for my vehicle. Also, he keeps me informed on when the service is completed and vehicle is ready for pickup.When the work is completed, he uses the printed report and reviews the services that were done with you that were performed and the associated costs of the services.I deeply value and completely appreciate Richard's detailed explanations and review both before and after the services are completed for my vehicle.100 completely satisfied with my service.

I m glad that Ricardo A. Is my service coordinator. He has always maintained professionalism, patience, integrity and respect when things were out of his hands. I had to wait for 3 months for a new windshield on my 2023 Honda Pilot because the manufacturer was having supply/shortage issues. Ricardo made sure I was kept in the loop and updated. He was very patient with me when the wrong seal was ordered and I had to wait yet again. He maintained calmness and always had a smile on his face reassuring me that the windshield would be fixed and it was when he said it would be. I normally do not use the dealership for maintenance on my vehicles but having Ricardo makes it worth it. He deserves recognition and a raise especially having to deal with me lol.

Morgan was great and very good at communication with what my car needed. She had a fun uplifting aura and make it seem less dull, and had a big smile on her face. Would recommended Landmark Honda always and ask for Morgan!

I am very satisfied with my service at Landmark Honda. I was able to make an appointment the day before which was nice. They were able to service my car in a timely manner and the Service Manager Al was very nice and professional.

Great experience with a combination of AAA and the repair shop vehicle was dropped off about 1000 in the morning. The company honored the warranty. Great communication. I was notified a little before 6pm (same day) that my vehicle was ready for pick up.

Went in for routine service and they did a great job. It was fast. Ricardo explained what was completed and what to keep an eye out for my car for next time.Their waiting area is clean and has wifi so I was able to work while waiting for the service to be completed.Highly recommend this service center.

An honest dealership sounds like an oxymoron. But Landmark Honda makes the moniker work. They were good to me with honest pricing on two cars and fabulous service every time. And today, Tim and his team knocked out a service so smoothly, I didn t even know I was waiting. I am keenly aware that that is not an industry standard, but I appreciated the mercy on what had been a bad day. Thank you, Landmark!

Landmark Honda s service center is awesome. We drive past two other dealerships because of the people at Landmark. Ask for Tim. He knows it all, explains everything and helps you decide how best to spend your money on the service and repairs needed to keep your car running and safe. You got a recall. Get to Landmark!

I highly recommend this Honda dealership service department. The service went very quickly, but the service adviser, Jairo, took the time to carefully explain all of the necessary and unnecessary work. I avoided spending far, far more at a small, nearby service shop. I will absolutely return to Lamdmark s service department.

This is my first time at Landmark Honda and I had a very positive experience. I had some concerns that I wanted checked out and was able to quickly get an appt. I left my car overnight so they could run diagnostics. The good news is that they alleviated my worries after thoroughly checking out the car. The better news is that they didn t gouge for the diagnostics; in fact, they didn t charge me at all. As long as I live in this area, they ll have my business!

I scheduled an oil change at 9am and my car was in the service bay shortly thereafter. I had not heard anything for 90 minutes. I reached out via the provided phone number to no avail. About 5 minutes later, they said they were finished. I feel 90 min is an excessive amount of time for an oil change and multi point inspection. I would anticipate that amount of time if I dropped in unexpected without an appointment.

I understand that the mechanic did the maintenance work that is required.However, I m still having problems with my dashboard. There is intermittent loss of contact with My phone and the lights display panel goes off and on. I have changed the cord which connects the phone to the system as recommended by the representative. That has not improved or changed the situation, there has not been a difference.

I have been using Landmark for going on 8 years. Ever since I moved back to VA I was looking for a good dealership to get my car taken care of such as oil changes and such. I tried multiple different places and was happy when I found Landmark! The other dealerships I went to would put me on spam calls, try and get me to purchase things I didn t need etc. I appreciate Landmark being honest with me and friendly and understanding my view point on things. It isn t about the next sale with them or having me fix things that are not needed. I have only worked with their service department from making appointments, getting needed car parts to the people who actually service the car I cannot say enough good things about them!! So glad I found them!!

Pros: Best rated Honda dealership in the area (and for good reason), highly qualified technicians, good personalities.Cons: small waiting space, wish it was more roomy like Bill Page Honda. Very few coffee options, one bathroom facility.Summary, great place to take your car, not the most comfortable place to stay for a long time.

Shawn Williams and Ricardo Astudillo were my Service Advisors, they were very friendly and easy to work with. My car runs better than before I am very happy with that. My headlights were reconditioned and now they look brand new that is just awesome
